Belterra Park is difficult designation in the evening. Coney Island (Sunlite Pool) Christmas Lights display has traffic backed up on 471 and Kellogg. This event is very popular on the weekends. Belterra Park is the best casino in the Cincinnati area and there restaurants excellent. Come play eat and have a great time

The casino floor was very clean and the machines are well spaced for distancing. Masks are required and I saw the staff wiping games down all night so I felt safe. It was a busy night but I never felt like it was over crowded, we were always able to keep our distance from others. The food at the Stadium was great and not overpriced. I had an issue with a machine but it was fixed and working within 5 minutes of me calling for service. The staff here is the star of the show. They were all excellent and friendly and right there when you needed them. Thanks you guys! I hope their management can find a way to recognize them for this! We won more than we lost and had a great night!

Was walking around from machine to machine when a gentleman walked up and said I had my mask down. Told him I was drinking. Had ice in my mouth as a matter of fact. He said he had Followed me for some timeM in aybe he should be checking the number of people who had their mask down and the many others who had it below their noseIt was not what was said but how it was said and done. Too much attitudeDegrading .Had no problem with what was said but how.He followed me fo so long. Creepy.All my friends agree on that

Nice location, next to a water park and a music center...you can gamble while the kids swim. Every one won but me. Food looked good.

Both restaurants are top quality and service. Good vale for the prive. Rubin in the sports bar and prime rib in the Chefs Table the best anywhere. Slots seem fair but dont go to get rich

My husband and I were having a great time... losing big but enjoying our time until an employee asked my husband where his mask was. He showed it to him. He was holding it bc he was actively drinking. The employee told him it had to be on his chin. That is ridiculous. The mask isn’t stretchy and wouldn’t pull down that far. He was putting it on between drinks so he was in complete compliance. After that we immediately cashed out and left. I have no plans to return to an establishment where my husband was called out like a child unnecessarily. I want to support businesses but not asinine ones. There are plenty of entertainment options.

Belterra Park is o.k. but it is the staff that makes the place enjoyable while you are losing all your money. Especially Emily she really goes out of her way for you and is quick with the service. The food is good and its a nice place if you like gambling, drinking and food.

Just went to see my nieabors horse run. But had very good time. Very clean very orderly. Hard not to have a good time there one of the better tracks Ive been to.

Service was great. Im not a gambler, I was there for a birthday party. The casino did not have any blackjack roulette or craps tables. They only had electronic slot machines.

Fun place, good food at the stadium bar but very slow. You will need to wait forever for your food or drinks. The casino is fine but not very clean

We visited the casino Sunday 10/11/20. And stopped in the stadium club for some dinner. The chicken wings are very good But this day my chicken wings were not done they were raw and bloody at the bone. That turned me off on the wings needless to say. I informed my waitress that they were not done and to let the cook know they need to cook them longer when they are that big. She replied she would let them know. I left the wings there.( AND THEY STILL CHANGED ME FOR THEM.) That was a bummer. Heading back to MVG. P.S No Manager ever came over to our table.

We had lunch there a on Sunday. We both ordered same lunch that was 10oz rib eye steak, 3 sunnyside up eggs, fried potatoes & rye sliced breads great value with great price.

I attended this casino this weekend and I thought they would make you feel safer in their casino. They have no thermal body temperature readings system when you come in their casino. There is not much presence of casino workers cleaning and a lot of were not abiding by the mandate to wearing your mask. Which I seen more people I couldnt even count on both hands with masks have down or under the chin. Floor security or management was not enforcing it to. This is a call for the state of Ohio governor office and health department to look into. My mind was not at ease when I left, because I dont want to ever put myself or my family into a situation of having to quarantine, because I caught cov-19 from going to a casino that I thought had all safety procedures in place. This is a hotspot I predict will have cases happening here. Please dont go, but if you do then go very late when theres not a whole lot of people there and take gloves and plenty of hand sanitizer to be safe.

Overall enjoy this casino but i go to the bathroom it was looking clean until i went into a stall in the womens bathroom and saw gum on the door now what the heck how did the Cleaning crew miss this? Looks like its been there for awhile.

I called multiple times trying to find out information on throwing a party here and was transferred repeatedly to people who know nothing about the casino. Eventually the woman told me everyone who knows any info leaves early everyday. Who works somewhere and knows nothing about that place?

Was asked to put my mask on even though I was drinking a beer. Slots are tight enough as is. And now I have to wear a mask 24/7. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Always clean, always friendly. I guess 5 stars would be in order but machines seem to be hitting less since the re-open. Could just be my luck, though, so take the missing star with a grain of salt.

Otherwise be prepared to be viewed with suspicion and judgement by some members of security. A few of the security folks may accuse you of thievery or even attempt to coerce you out of money via any number of empty yet intimidating threats.Still a great casino and staff in spite of a few scandalous and rouge employees.

My wife and I visit at least twice a week and we love everything about the casino. Food is great at all locations and they have a very diverse menu. If I don’t have a good night on the machines I have the option to play the horses or just sit in the bar and have a beverage. Keep up the good work !

Grew up on horse racing, the horses are beautiful and its a clean well landscaped park. The casino is a fun addition to the racing.

Love the setup, no smoking and I seem to have better luck than in IN. Parking easy and really practicing safety precautions so I felt comfortable.

Loss 2100 on Buffalo game betting $2 & $4. They wouldnt give any comps or free play afterwards. I returned my players card & we are nevet going back. Thos lil hits i posted did not compensate for my losses at all. The game next to me , where people were betting 25 cent and 50 cent kept getting bonuses and people kelt winning. Ny max bet coyldnt gwt a bonus for the 1st $600 bucls and then i won $12 with a 4 buck bet. Im disgusted

Belterra is relaxing place to gamble, many slots machine to play even though there were many shut down for social distance still had fun, employees were cleaning and disinfecting the whole time i was there for a couple of hours they were visibly around the casino.

This place is a joke. The staff is absolutely awful and rude.

Good desserts and crab legs. The wait was about 90 minutes to get in. Not a huge variety of food when we went but it was all you can eat crab legs so maybe that was why. They do have a huge salad bar and a ton of desserts.

We went on Saturday for my Birthday. Went in with $140. We signed up for the perks card or players card. They gave us a free buffet. That alone was a free $70 to eat. The food was wonderful, and I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our waiters name was Terry or Jerry, sorry bad memory. Never went without a drink. Security there is wonderful, the place was clean and very fun.I will go back for sure. We spent 6 and 1/2 hours there and left with $180. Was a good day.

I took a friend with me I gave him $120 out of 500 that we played on. We both have a great time of course he losses 120 but had an excellent time. And I won $200 more leaving Belterra. So I didnt lose that much. Had a great time was there till 3 a.m. had some food there think I had chicken tenders. Will definitely be back

I have been Very unfairly treated by the following fact(s).I left my machine in the smoking area, the Glimmering Pyramids, to go to the bathroom and get some money from my wife in another part of the casino. Upon my return, a gentleman was playing at this machine. I immediately called security, and I thing a man called Emmert responded. He checked the film and said it was inclusive how much money I had in the machine. He did NOT request the man to give back my machine, Just for the record, I have money in the machine, my card was in the slot, and I turned my chair around as per protocol in most casinos.I think the least that security should have done, as the man admitted he took out my card and inserted his, was to give me back my machine that I had been at for at least the hour or so.I think that any film would have to show this man sitting at my machine after pulling my card and turning the chair and inserting money. I think that an apology is in store and some kind of compensation for my lost money and this should be done by upper management so that I can express my personal thoughts on this matter.....Paul

Only go for the horse betting. This casino does not care about the horse racing industry. Big day for stakes races and they only had 6 windows to bet on the outside. The inside full so u cant go in and bet there.

Best seafood buffet this side of the Mississippi, bar none! Me and my first born, my daughter, spend even MORE quality time together when we can. The food on Friday, October 11 was five star. The roast beef, fried chicken and turkey were cooked to absolute perfection; it was moist and very tasty. Please, do not deprive yourself any longer! The staff is super accommodating and always there when you need them.

Belterra park is clean and staff is friendly. The food in the buffet doesn’t compare with the buffet at Belterra Indiana. I have been to both places several times. I have never been disappointed with the buffet at Beltra Indiana. The crab legs Friday night at Belterra park were terrible. Suggest you have your head chief visit Beltran Indiana. I have noticed you change out slot machines that are paying good for poor paying slot machines with the same type. Hope you take this as a helpful comment.

Couldnt win anything. You all took 150.00 + in a little over an hour. Going back to Hollywood. At least they let me win a little.

We have cart racing and made the drive to see thoroughbreds. This place didnt disappoint. The facility was very nice. We brought a group and everyone loved it. After betting the horses for a few hours, we went in to the casino and then to the buffet. One person made a little on the slots but overall we were just there for the horses and had a great day!

Friday is all you can eat crab legs! The buffet is the best in town. Plenty of parking and daily giveaways. Theres an outdoor smoking area where you can play and puff. Free drinks and coffee. Friendly staff.

A very small crowded Casino. Typical of any other Casino. You waited to get to your favorite slot machine, you waited to get a table, you waited to get food. The waiters and waitresses worked hard, I hope everyone give them a great tip. I didnt try the food, but really enjoyed the band.

This is a great place to see live music from local bands. Sometimes if there is a concert at Riverbend they will have one of the opening acts play at the casino beforehand. Ive gotten to see some people who were up and coming there. There is also no cover charge and the drinks are priced about what you would pay anywhere else.
