Amazing, well kept playground! Has signs posted for child safety and a hand sanitizing station along with a sunscreen dispenser for those hot summer days. My kids had a blast and didnt want to leave! Super nice and will be visiting again in the future.

Spacious park with a variety of equipment for three different age levels, a swing set, picnic tables & a shelter, porta-potties, & a reading trail.

Great park for all ages of small people. Multiple slides, climbing structure, swings and totters that teeter. Also a very cool story trail with new kids books monthly (I think)

A very nice, well, cared for park in Christiansburg.

Kudos to Christiansburg for having several public play areas for kids. Always clean and well maintained. This one is close to public , fire and rescue and national guard. Has grills and picnic tables too.

Great place for the kids, my only complain is not that there is no Shelter from the sun, restrooms or at least a water fountain... other than that is super fun, I love playing with my kids when we come here

Love that this park has 3 different sets of play equipment for all ages. (Toddlers-Older kids) Great location, and its always clean. My daughter loves coming here! (And for those that play Pokemon Go, its a great place for pokestops and gyms!)

Always clean, perfect place to walk the dog while the kids play as they have poo bags above the trash receptacles on both ends of the trail. Dedicated to the fallen heroes of our Christiansburg Police Department, this park shines bright in our community honoring their memory and why they laid their lives on the line. So that we have the freedom and safety to enjoy our beautiful planet as we guide the next generation.

This is a good park for kids. There are three separate playgrounds for different levels of play. There is one basketball court and several picnic areas. No soccer fields or anything but there is a trail that leads straight to the library which is great. It is a very short walk and they have signs with pages of a story on them spaced all along the trail so you can read a story on your walk to the library. The stories change out about once a month or so it seems. Parking is a little weird. There are 4 spots in the Armory parking lot that seem to be saved for the park but I dont know. Other than that its street parking (although the street isnt very busy so its not a huge deal). Or you could park at the library and walk over. Only time Ive seen parking fill up is if there is a festival downtown or if the armory is having an event.

Nice location. Not much parking, but you can also park by the library and walk. Nice playground that will be even better once the newly planted trees grow a bit and provide some shade.

Nestled in the center of downtown Christiansburg is this gem of a playground. It offers two newer playsets, a basketball court, walking path, and plenty of open space for the kids and pets to stretch their legs. The grounds are well maintained and trash is at a minimum. Highly recommend this park.
