Older trailers, that need to severely be updated or replaced. The owners were easy to talk to and deal with, but beyond that it was pretty standard trailer park stuff.

Before you move!Apex Properties no longer owns this property and is under new management. Slowly things are becoming better as the new management team has reinstalled dumpsters for its occupants.The parks roads are still horrendous and will f*** up your car bad if you dont drive slow.They do not allow anymore new animals of any kind from new residents but allow those grandfathered in to stay.The park is generally quiet at night and your neighbors will generally keep to themselves. Theft and crime is low in the park but its still not wise to leave your door unlocked or your cars unsecured.Cops patrol in the park once a month or twice a month depending.They do not allow trampolines, swing sets or pools of any kind.I would love to see this place flourish, but a lot of things need to be changed in order to promote people moving in trailers to the park.Water pipes in the winter time always bust or freeze up leaving some of us without water for sometimes days.

Worst trailer park in the world! The management wont fix anything. The roads are terrible... Septic problems... No trash service. The list is endless with the negative things about this place!
