Very clean and quiet park disappointed monthly lot rent keeps going up. Hardly any animeties. No club house .no play park. no dog park.

This is a perfectly situated rv/mobile home park in Chino Valley. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live in the Prescott / Chino Valley area but not wanting the insane rental prices or apartment life.

We looked at all available long-term parks in the Chino Valley and nearby areas, and found this park to be the best. We have been here since April 2016 and absolutely love it. Nice friendly folks, well kept, well maintained, very large private sites (most with a nice yard, storage shed and three-side privacy fencing). The management is awesome!

My family lived here couple of years. We had always a great time because there is so much things you can do-or just take-it-easy. I was enjoy visiting them, neighbors were so nice!

We spent the whole summer here and couldnt find anything to complain about. Very spacious sites with trees. People take good care of their areas. Our neighbors were very friendly and it was truly quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The park is beautiful and our favorite! My job is near, plenty of space so kids can enjoy and their schools are also very close. We have a large yard where we can park our car and overall we feel very safe!

Beautiful park. Very well kept. I am delighted to live in this park, and have lived here just a few months! So far, I have found everyone that I have met to be warm and welcoming. There are lots of social opportunities within the park. Its quiet, its clean, and weve had zero issues with the management.

It is one of the best sites in the area. Space between spots is nice, not too close. Most facilities were near (schools, restaurants, stores…). We definitely enjoy living at Mountain View.

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain View. The manager was nice and helpful. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Activities were fun and overall we had a nice stay.

To be honest MVMHP is not posh. No pool, no hot water for the laundry...the streets are torn up from just having put in city sewer. (Hopefully paved soon). But that said it is a sweet little community here. The kids are so darling here, and I gotta say lucky to grow up in this little community where the speed limit is 5 mph and no danger lurks. Weve met really wonderful, down to earth prople here and really that IS all that matters to me. That and a pool would be nice.

It is a very nice location, just within a few miles from Aquatic Center. Private, large and quiet lots. I lived here for 6 months and I cant say nothing than great things about this park. Its a good and safe place to live.

Mountain View certainly exceeded our expectations. The grounds were beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. A huge thank you to the management team at Mountain View for their generosity. This is truly a top notch RV resort!

We lived 1 year here and couldnt find anything to complain about. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and let us pick our spot from a couple available spaces. Very spacious sites with trees.

This place definitely deserves 5 star! Very easy check-in and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Laundry room was very nice and reasonably priced. One of the nicest parks weve ever stayed in.

Very nice Park perfect for retirees like us. Safe neighborhood, convenient location. Large and private lots lined with mature trees. Excellent water quality - Park sits on top of the second largest acquifier in AZ. Water is pure and cold, tested every day for quality.

There are not a lot of choices in Chino, unfortunately. Lived here for a year and during a management change. I have to say that these folks pretty much make their own rules as they go. My experience and opinion only, your mileage may vary.

Forced to move here in 2011 and on New Years of all luck my life sucks. Very easy going people and Thay like dog & cats. Wife was happy thats all I care about making her comfy.

I am so happy and very comfortable living at Mountain View. Its very quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful. It’s located in a safe area and grounds are always kept clean.
