Its an attractive place, but its very expensive and restrictive. The residents are treated as income sources first (and second, and third, etc.) and as people absolutely last. The management needs an emergency infusion of compassion, empathy, and humanity, STAT!

This place is senior living thats safe, affordable, clean, well maintained and fun. The park is inspected daily by staff looking for hazards that may be unsafe, overgrown or neglected. The rentals are well maintained and affordable, any debris is removed daily, the streets are clear and safe for walking pets or just getting around. Everyone knows and cares for each other. If someone isnt seen regularly someone stops in to check on them. They have activities,bingo, making, trips, dances, entertainers and more.. Nice place to live. Grocery store, bank, pharmacy, post office and UPS right across the street and within walking distance. Theres a awesome little hometown hotdog stand out front as you drive in too. I have a lot of good friends here. I love this place. Come see for yourself.

Country West is a unique, quiet, and secure place to live. Being a 55+ community, the amenities are geared to that age group, with a full library, card games, a craft group and a safe place to walk. Close to Safeway, Walgreens, several restaurants, and medical offices. Very nicely maintained with abundant trees, shrubs, flowers and paved streets. For retirement age folks, I see no reason to look further.

Seems quaint and active for 50+ clean park

Very nice place. Nice friendly neighborhood atmosphere and the management is lovely. They even hand paint a special stone for each resident to keep their newspaper from blowing away and give each resident a birthday card.

Well maintained, clean home-sites. Clubhouse and friendly residents. As of 8/18, the Clubhouse has been razed. They will be building a new clubhouse and it should be ready for use by the end of the year - 2018. The new clubhouse has been built and it is beautiful! Main room has a big meeting area with tables and chairs. Also has a pool table and a big screen TV. There is also a library area with comfortable seating and a large TV. There is a food service area with sinks, microwaves, and a refrigerator. The bathrooms are also very nicely done. They look better than some hotels I have stayed in. Overall this is a great place to live. Easy access and very safe.

This place has been getting better and better each day. They are trying to improve the park by upgrading to grounds, but they are also, paying low for homes and then doing some work on the homes and then selling them for almost double the price they bought it for.
