LOVE this place, only issue is calling them, Im always on Hold for longer than half an hour, some people give wrong information about hours etc. but doctors and everyone is REALLY inclusive. just wish service was better. I’ve been on hold for 50 minutes, and i called them RIGHT after i missed their call. I work, and i cant sit around being on hold when its something VERY simple they need to talk to me about. Phone call worth 5-10 minutes, ive been waiting for over 50. im not the type to get frustrated with customer service cause you never know if theyre new etc. but this really is upsetting.

This place is a joke. They never answer the phone. No one is ever there. Providers will Dead name you. Horrible service

I just wanted to publicly thank Shon! She found my phone and wallet on the south side and kept it safe for me until she came up to Lakeview for work. :) I live around the corner from this place so it was definitely fate. This woman is an Angel. She saved the day for me and I appreciate her so much!

BYC is amazing! so many services, no strings attached. I am a youth advocate and work with many youth and BYC was the only place without BS, that truly has cared and done the work for our youth. I took one of my students to get birth control. no insurance no copay. No worries! They are all set! Thank you so much!

This place saved my life in a lot of ways. Great place to go if your down on your luck. Any resource you need. Awesome and caring medical staff and all staff in general. Judgement free zone. Not sure if this center gets enough credit for what they do, but they should. :)

BYC is a gift from God. They are awesome. The programs are great and is extremely helpful. Its a safe place and there is so much love.

So incredibly helpful, always.I have been here a total of 3 times. Each time, theyve been incredible.There is no judgement here. No embarrassment. No shame for needing an std testing, or for being too broke to afford it. Almost everything is free, and when there is a fee, its very low, and they offer you different options to pay, like plans and whatnot.As a college kid without parents working petty jobs, whos living on a prayer, its a bit of a scary world out here, but Broadway has always had my back.Thank you to everyone who works there, to the funders who keep it open, and the politicians making sure it stays that way.If anyone just looked it up and is thinking of going, go. Really.

They are really supportive. they provide great food to the homeless youth of chicago and also provide a safe place to hang out.
