VR is crazy

Ali and Jonathan were great. They took the time to explain how to use the systems and were very excited to recommend their top picks. The environment was cool and laid back. Plenty of street parking and adjacent restaurants for a quick bite. They have plans to expand to console/PC gaming in the very near future which I believe will bring more gamers in. I had a blast with the VR games. These dudes were the icing on the cake. Definitely go and check them out.

We had a wonderful experience at VR Mania Lounge. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and made sure that our first virtual reality experience was a good one. Highly recommend for family night, date night, or even an individual activity.

It was our first time trying virtual reality and it was amazing. The place has great equipment, the games are so fun, and so realistic too! And the best part, the owner was incredibly kind to us and can tell that he really cares about the costumers. We went on a double date here, and all of us had so much fun playing, watching the other person play, and just chilling on the couches. Thanks for the amazing experience!!!

Amazing VR experience! The owner was very helpful with me and my boyfriend set up and what games he recommends. Very chill atmosphere (think cool neon ambiance) and some drinks like soda and such you can buy as well. Definitely returning!

Brought my two tween sons here yesterday and they had a blast! Super friendly and helpful staff. Brand new equipment worked flawlessly. Great place to try VR gaming if you get a chance. Recommend you support this growing local businesses. We will be back again.

There was a mix-up with our reservation and the owner gave us extra play-time and complementary beverages. It was our first time doing VR and he personally helped us figure out each game. Such a sweet guy! Had a fantastic overall experience! Definitely am looking forward to coming back soon! :)

I took three of my friends to try out VR for the first time and it was SO fun. The owner Ali was an amazing host and helped us out for being newcomers. And the atmosphere is super chill, with great music and good people. Definitely plan to come again! :)

Great experience. Incredible staff. It was our first time with VR and they were very helpful and patient with us. My family liked the Walk the Place/ flying experience best.

We went there for the first time over the weekend. The owner was incredibly nice, he showed us how to use the games, he gave us tips when we were getting into trouble, and extra time to play. It was a great experience! I’ll definitely go back and bring lots of friends.

Celebrated my sons birthday with his friends and we had a blast. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we all had a great time and we did! Staff is super friendly and attentive.

It was a fun experience , very entertaining and the host and staff were very cooperative and cool. Also got good snacks and fun games. And they also have the best milkshakes.

Booked a reservation 5 days in advance. Received a confirming email. 4 in my party - we are all from out of state, but travel regularly to Chicagoland. 40 minute Lyft ride- 1 way. We showed up on time to find a sign on the floor, barely visible throught the glass door “closed due to tech issue.” No call. No email. A sticky note contained a phone number. I called and the man said the “gear was out for service.” Service failure and 4 potential regulars burned.

This place was amazing!!! I would go there again many times. There where two kind people that helped me put on the set and explain what to do!

Great, amazing even. I highly recommend going here. It doesn’t have have shovelware. It has titles like Beatsaber and Zombie Barfight (it’s great). You’ll never regret coming here.

The place wasnt open after I had made a reservation. Had to wait to get in, and when we did the place wreaked of alcohol. There was trash overflowing the cans, the bathroom was disgusting. The owner knew I was unhappy, offered a refund and then never followed through with the refund. Would never go back and suggest if you have kids, dont take them. Not a clean venue.

Being a neighbor from north park and usually going far to find a fun place to go with my daughter, we were searching whats new around the area and found this place. I have seen a lot of funny on line videos where people fall and have a lot of reactions while experiencing VR and definitely I didt understand why was that, it is not the same AT ALL, watching those videos on line than having the actual experience, we came on a friday and there wasnt a wait, I didnt need any reservation, but booking in advance is highly recommended. Is not only about the VR experience, but also the great customer service that Ali (the guy running the place) offers, he takes time to explain everything, he is very helpful and patient with all the customers, I came with my 9yo daughter and he took care of her very well explaining all the games and stuff, she really had a great time. This place is going to grow very fast (I have no doubt of that) and eventually they will need to hire more people, so take advantage of this, go there while they are starting, support a local business and help them grow, it is a great and valuable addition to our neighborhood since it will atract people from all over around. Thank you so much for letting us having an amazing experience.
