The website takes booking information, however the store is closed. No equioment is present although the remains of booths can be seen. Either they are closing out of business or remodelling. Either way the website is a scam at this point.Cant reply to a reply so Im editing this comment.I never said I made a reservation -- I stated that the website accepts credit cards. The website does not make any indication that the storefront is reservation only ... I stood in front looking through the windows, reading the hours posted, the reader board in the windows, etc. Nothing made mention of it not being walk-in.Thirdly, looking through the window I could see chairs, but there is no computing equipment. It was apparent where they would be located -- the exposed 2x4 wood framing looked to me like re-modelling work. Perhaps the VR gear is hidden i n the back out of sight of prying eyes.Lastly, if the owner doesnt like my making the claim it is a scam then more would be done to indicate that a reservation is required.

Great time at Anthropod. It was my girlfriends and Is first time trying VR. We did a VR escape room and after some initial struggles figured it out and had a great time. We would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Reserved the whole venue for a live VR album launch concert from one of the most popular EDM artists in the world. 1) they weren’t ready for us when we arrived 2) WiFi was shoddy and they had to stretch an Ethernet cord across the room to get a headset to work. 3) staff, although friendly, seemed unfamiliar with how VR works. 4) their software system was unable to handle the VR app necessary for the experience. While I understand that the VR concert experience was unfamiliar to them they were little help with troubleshooting. Venues around the country were able to troubleshoot and got it running.Edit: 2 weeks later they charged us for the experience after they specifically told us we would not be charged bc the VR didnt work. They refuse to refund the money.
