I play baseball at Welles Park, and I have trained here for quite a bit, now! Their staff is great, and so is the management. 5 stars!

My sport buddy is member there since spring 2018. Iv been going to bradley place and have no complain about them. I needed someone to have practice with, and my buddy mention about him registered with BASH. I wanted to become member there so i and my buddy can go there together and do some practice. But before i go i wanted to check it out. I went with him few times and i found out that half of their staffs is rude. Theres a young girl name Liz or Lisa is made me change my decision to become member there. We reserved a net for one hour and after 15 mins she comes and notify us that we have 15 mins left. We booked it for complete one hours but they book it for someone else for the same hour and we ended up practicing only for 30 mins. Taking out one hour with busy schedule, driving to Bash and overall that mess up the entire schedule.Second time one of the machine stopped working in middle of practice, and we asked Fernando or Edwardo to take a look and without him coming out to net he said we dont have any available at the moment, all of the machines are busy.Bash seems great place no doubt, machines are great, speed is really good, overall the facility is 5 star. If the staff go along with you i would highly recommend this place.——Update——Just received a call from my buddy saying that the problem is taken care by owner.Thank you Bash.

Revising my previous post that was due to a misunderstanding. BASH was in fact responsive to my concerns that a 6-pack of private lessons I had purchased in June 2018 had expired without all of the lessons used. They in fact DID respond to my inquiry the very next day with an offer to extend the expiration date which I very much appreciate. As a result, I acknowledge my mistake and revise my review to 5-stars.

I’m in Chicago visiting but had a great hour taking some cuts at BASH. Great facility, nice staff and hitting baseballs in January are all wins. Call ahead to reserve a time. We rotated 4 guys over an hour and got in a lot of swings.

BASH has all youll want for baseball workouts. I find this facility unique compared to other baseball practice sites because they maintain their high quality cages and equipment. BASH obviously believes in keeping the condition of their facility top notch. Other places are in good shape for about 6 months but they let conditions deteriorate, not BASH. Id recommend BASH to anyone over other facilities.

BASH Sports Academy is a wonderful place. I enjoy going there and hitting in the batting cages and listening in on the instructors who are always present. I am fortunate to live about a mile away.I take members of my softball team there in the winter. We go about three times a month, so are pretty regular. Its a good gauge if someone is going to commit to the team if they come to our regular BASH hitting sessions on the weekend. Plus by seasons start we are ready to play. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with accommodating our group. This starts with the owner Jim Price and permeates the entire staff.

Took 5 of players my players from Lake View girls junior varsity and varsity softball team. We rented one cage and each player hit 4 buckets which I thought was excellent. I like that your right next to the batter to give feedback. If youre going for softball call ahead so they have to time set up machine and its advisable to take 2 coaches. Love BASH

Former employee speaking here. Jim, the owner, is passionate about the game of baseball, and cares about the quality of instruction he and his staff provide to the citys youth ballplayers. First-rate baseball and softball coaches with valuable experience are both generously available and affordable. The facility, while always needing to expand to accommodate the growing membership, is well-stocked, staffed and maintained. A north side institution!

We have been going to Bash for several years, first with our sons travel team and then working on our own with the Elite instructors. We also take advantage of our membership so our son gets hitting reps in by reserving cage time regularly. The Elite instructors are terrific and great with the kids. Lots of options for private, semi-private and group lessons, as well as summer and vacation training camps. The customer service at the facility is also great and Lakeview location is very convenient.

Always a good experience practicing at BASH. Jim and his staff are easy going but make sure your cage is available when your time comes. Clinics for kids are always good in the winter, especially the softball ones which my daughter has used to get ready for the season. Highly recommended.

Good place to go for baseball especially when its cold out. Also the pitching machines are great for hitting. Also Bash has experts and lessons. Why Bash only gets four stars though is because it can get quite cold and the machines are sometimes hard to use.

Hello, I was a member of Bash for many years. So many I dont even know. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and loved the people. I would go 2 to 3 times a week, get my work in, and often visit briefly with the staff. They seemed genuinely interested in my progress, season and team. I play Senior Mens Baseball, and never felt out of place or ignored. Many other senior ballplayers worked out there as well. Its an all round training center for the beginner, as well as a former pro. The level of instruction is right on to the degree or level of play you are involved with. Its fun for the beginner and challenging for the others. I strongly recommend the facility for your athlete. Being a former minor league ballplayer, I cant say enough good about the people and the training the Academy offers. I have been to many claiming they are the best and have the best facilities, but what is important is the training and attention to details that measures the success on the field. If you want a facility that knows what they are talking about, and communicates that effectively, you wont find another better. They are ballplayers instructing the game we all love to play. They have been in the situations they are teaching...they have also learned from some of the best former professionals and coaches in the game and know how to communicate that knowledge to all levels.I had to move from the area, or I would still be there training and improving my game with all the rest there. I miss it terribly and when I have an opportunity to stop in and say hello, I will, and they will always be there offering their time, knowledge, compassion and most of all friendship. 5 Star all the way!

My son has been going to Bash for the last 4 years, since he was 10 years old.He has taken numerous classes with Justin Stone, & his Elite Training staff. He has worked out with Ron Munvez, upstairs at Tri-Fitness. And, we have aMembership, where we work out on our own, practicing the things he has learned. He went from playing House Ball to playing Travel Baseball for the last 3years.We are very grateful & appreciative for all of the training that he has received at Bash. This year my son is a Freshman, & he made his High School Baseball Team.Even though his baseball team has conditioning 3 times a week & hitting 1 day a week,he still finds time to take classes at Bash, with Justin Stone, 2 times a week.Bash is just what we need hear in the city, could not recommend it enough.
