I have been a Broadway in Chicago subscriber since the Winter of 2016. For this fair amount of time, I have been thrilled with both the overall price and the customer service in the subscriptions department. The subscriptions department is consistently very helpful and courteous whether its via phone call or email. Apart from the best customer services, they have the best products to provide. For example, they are not having the worst seats. This is a win for them. However, they need to improve on the online booking system. They should provide other options apart from Ticket Master. I do not have the comfort to recommend this type of booking system.

Great place to watch live plays

Nice small theater. All seats are great and the aduio quality is great.Easy access to parking and streets.We saw the Harry Potter play and the acting was great.I would recommend seeing any paly there.

Shows aside, the customer service was surprisingly good for a couple years, and now it is really bad. They just dont answer their phones for exchanges/questions, message says your phone will be returned within 48 hours, but nothing, and they sometimes transfer you, internally, to that same voicemail.
