If you go to Michael’s you know they are the leader in crafting holiday decor!! Love this place, although their sales prices are competitive, I can’t imagine they ever sell something at full price for holiday decorations. 2020 is a horrible year and yes I dropped some coin in this place because I won’t allow 2020 to take my Christmas too!

Hello I was driving around town and making phone calls for package of Windows markers package as graphic windshield and washable from the car paint and they told me on the phone yes we have package like that for cars so I got there within the store area and nobody welcome me into the stores beside each employee was walking together and I also noticed one elderly person was asking for help and the employee by her body language she catch an attitude and refused to help her to pick some items out and I said to the customer Im sorry I have to finish my task at this moment. So Im walking around brought the store no help of where to find the items and then finally I spoke to somebody and it took another 35 minutes more to finally get person with the worst attitude looking at me all weird and Im asking her question can you please tell me which items do you have in your store to use for Windshield celebration and she gives me a package of SHARPIE markers and Im looking at the package but I do not see anything that will tell me it will come off my car if I put it on for $20 price and if Im not mistaking Sharpie markers or like a permanent markers they do not come off especially if you put it on a car so as a business marketing and youre working for the company please know your products what you are selling to the customers because if you put that on your car believe me youll be paying for more than $300 for a paint job to fix your car by Sharpie markersthe first picture I post up is from AutoZone the package that I was looking for and its sold outthe second picture I posted this is the item I was recommended to use on my car for celebration decoration so you tell me the difference

They always have everything! A little expensive, but the same prices youd find at any Michaels. The employees there are always kind, but their store seems either understaffed or under paid. Their hours have changed due to covid. So please be aware of that when entering the store.

I ordered a pre lit christmas tree for online pickup. For no reason they sent me an email that my order had been cancelled without any reason. And they deducted money from my account. I call store to speak to someone for my order and why it was cancelled. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and then they disconnected me and was forced to call ack again

Be very careful when you see a sale sign, read it carefully. I almost make a $60mistake they had clearance and non clearance yarn in metal baskets by the same manufacturer. The only difference between both types of yarn was cotton & latte. It seems as though stores like Michaels and Joanns have a need to makeup in loss of sales from the Covid 19 closures. From now on I just may question the need to spend my money here, in cases like this I would rather spend my money at a smaller business, I would understand the higher costs.

They have so many things and restocks is often. People are very nice and helpful.Look for the daily low prices and quality products.Even jewerly is cheaper here.

My experience at this Michaels for the 2nd time was BAD. I’ve been harassed by 3 different employees about them closing “you have one minute left” while she stood by me to make sure I walked to the register to wait in line. The worst part was I noticed no one else was being told they have 1minute left as I did. This is SUPER Unprofessional and now I will never step foot in this Michaels again. Good luck going there I will stick to the Michaels on Clark street they know how to value their customers.......

I have to agree with some of the other reviews:- the store is well put together and lit up- they have some great deals and they allow you to stack coupons if the need is there- both Michaels and JoAnn have different niches; Michaels seems to be for the crafter while JoAnns seems to be for the person that likes to sew & make their own clothing; both are great but you just need to know which one you need to go to for your needsBut the one thing I have to agree with is that you can walk the entire store and not find a salesperson to help you find anything. I find that so strange since the store isnt small and Im sure that there are more people working at the store than just the cashier.I havent had a bad experience in the store, but I was in a time-crunch when I entered the store yesterday and I wandered the store looking for a gift bag instead of being able to find a salesperson to help me find one.

Moms can get strollers and carts down Isleeasily.Adults and children of school age and sex can find projects that material is affordableThe Sales Associates, Cashier and Managers were professional friendly and knowledgeable about the items that Michaels was selling

I love this place so much. They have everything under the sun. And the associates are so friendly and helpful. They ask you if you need help if you are looking lost!

This is the closest location within my home. Lots of nearby stores within a mile if you need to take care of a couple other errands. The staff always seems to greet you kindly but sometimes it can be a while to get rung out from time to time. Theres no bike rack outside the store unfortunately but you can walk towards the gym nearby and lock it there.Bonus Tip: You can ask for a REALLY big bag if you need extra room for bigger items!

Locating this place is quite easy but I dont like the left turn junction into the complex were its located. It is in a busy area. I went there to get dressmakers pins, it was more pricey than what I get it for at other places. Moreover, the pins werent of good quality.

Me and my parents came into the store to buy Prismacolor Premier colored pencils. We decided to buy a 24 pack, but when we came with the card showing what we want to buy the staff told us that they don’t have it. After we asked to get a discount for the 36 pack, they told us that we could get a discount in their website. I don’t understand why should the store sell a product if they don’t have it.

Went to Michaels and failed to find a dress in my size

Wide selection. Decent prices for items that are on sale or special. Extreme long checkout line (almost to the back of the store) moved quickly when they added more than two checkout clerks. Major drawback (on almost every visit) - no staff out on floor at all, so you have to interrupt checkout clerk or wait until you get to the front of line to all questions (like do you have the second part of this vase?) I frequently walk out without purchasing.

Great for more onbrand Crafters, although the store is a little confusing you may come across items you didnt know you could potentially use.

No iron on patches and so difficult to find things, aisle are packed so high you cant see the names of whats in each aisle! I had to go through the whole store to find out they didnt have what I was looking for, and no one at the help desk. A total waste of time.

I like Michaels, it is a clean, very well organized store and their staff knows where everything is at. The reason why I am giving them 4 starts is because they only take one coupon a day.

I always love shopping at this store. But sadly this trip was the worst! I was looking for gold and black round table clothes. Then I was looking for 2019 graduation stuff. Couldnt find anything! I couldnt find anyone to help me. Staff was all together in the front and laughing about somthing while they should be helping costumes.

The online store said they had something particular in stock, but due to a previous experiance I was told to call in advance. I called and then was put on hold for 4mins and I hung up. It doesnt seem too long but it was frustrating. I went ahead and traveled from the city and thankfully they had the item in stock.

Store is very neat and had exactly what we needed. The lady ringing up front was very nice and helpful. I talked to her on the phone and she held the products I was looking for up front. A lot of people dont do this so its appreciated a lot.

This is a newer location and looks it. Didnt interact with the staff which is unfortunate because I was a bit lost looking for what I needed. The selection was good and it wasnt crowded. There is a free parking lot and its next to a Fresh Thyme so you can possibly kill two birds with one stone.

They had what i was looking for, but it took a rather long time to find. the store is like a maze and i would be fine with this, provided there were more than 5 employees in this giant store. If you know where what you want is, this is the store for you. If not, refrain.

I have shopped here a couple of times. It is stocked more than other Michaels. Its always faced, recovered, and clean. Only thing bad is that no ever asks if you need help. The staff is always completing other tasks and never aware of customers. If you cannot find something, you need to find an associate to get help.

Clean store, but covering so many areas of interest means they dont have a very in-depth inventory of some crafts, but a decent core collection of whenever youre looking for. A good selection of cheap yarn! (Yarn snobs, you wont find what youre looking for here, sorry.)

This Michaels is big, and clean. Its the best one Ive ever been to as far as cleanliness and selection. Parking is not a problem either. Staff could be friendlier, but I feel that way about most craft stores.
