Kids had a good time. The equipment was in good condition. Bounce houses, but sadly, no trampolines. Smelled like pizza because of the party room. Nothing fancy, but great to get the kids to sleep at night.

Great place to take kids and let them run off some energy. Looks like a great place for kids birthday parties as well (they have designated areas for reserved parties). Clean facility and courteous staff. The chairs and couches were also a lot more comfy compared to the folding chairs in the other family fun centers Ive been to.

First time coming here I brought my 6yo daughter and 15 yo son. Geared for the smaller kids for sure. Has 2 bouncy houses, 2 bouncy slides, an inflatable b-ball game, ball pit, birthday party area, a couple of arcade games, claw machine and a few other day care type toys. Comfortable chairs for the parents to lounge in that are perfert view of all play areas and two bathrooms. Place is in a warehouse conversation so its not all finished walls and ceilings however all is safe and clean. This place is worth the visit at about $7 per child. My 6yo just ran and ran and had nothing but smiles and fun. If you have a herd of youngsters this is the spot in Cheyenne to go.

My family has been going here for a couple of years now and, while we want to love it, I dont think well be going back any time soon. The place seems in disrepair with items and toys that used to be on the floor for kids to play with more stored haphazardly in corners or on top of the bathroom. Every time we go there they have less inflatables and our daughters favorite one, the little 3 and under one, is now gone as well. Now the only thing she can really enjoy is the ball pit, which I have serious reservations about its cleanliness. Honestly, we used to love coming here but have watched it go down hill over the last few years and cant really recommend it anymore.

So, its 9/8/19, and this is the first time ive had the chance to actually write down my review of this place. First off, in response to the owners comment: We were there on July 31. You didnt see record of it because my wife Heather did the waivers.We were in the middle of a 10 day road trip, in route to Denver, and stopped in the Cheyenne area to let the kids get out and have some fun. Jumpin Jacks Family Fun Center came up as the closest to the freeway, so thats where we went first. I would have given this place a negative 5 stars if I could! The reason is, there was such an overwhelming amount of gasoline and exhaust fumes inside this place that my wife and I both ended up with a headache within 5 minutes. we immediately grabbed our kids and got the heck out of there!

The children had great fun, jumping and sliding to their hearts content.

Love it, I would recommend a small toddler jump and another section for families to eat/snack.

My son had fun,but its really expensive.

We vacationed in Wyoming this past week and we brought our 17 month old daughter here for a couple hours. She had a blast playing in the ball pit and going down the inflatable slide. The young lady working the front desk was also very kind.

Good indoor park to run the kiddos out of energy.

Its nothing sophisticated, several blow-up bouncy castles set-ups and a few chairs for the parents. Kids always have fun here and ask to go regularly.

In Other reviews it was stated like they had several employees to help parents watch children so parents could sit back and just watch not chase. Kids had a great time my time as a grandma I was chasing instead of relaxing. Only one employee.

Jumpin Jacks was a great place to have fun with the people we support. The staff there was very accommodating and treated everyone with respect, The place was clean and very welcoming. We are looking forwarded to returning . Thank you Jumpin Jacks for a great afternoon!

Could use a little cleaning, but the kids could care less about that... and, as a parent of a five year old and three year old twins, I definitely understand. Very fun place for kids. Can be high stress for adults during their busy times. Lots of older kids mowing over the littles. Being short myself, I have a hard time seeing where my kids are in the bouncy houses, but they are prepared for that and have placed step stools around the facility. Thumbs way up for that from this petite momma! Definitely recommend if you can handle the noise and arent afraid of building up your kiddos immunities ;)

Not a bad price kidds had lot of fun there

The space is MUCH smaller than I thought it would be, making $7 a child (no matter their age) too expensive for me. The whole top half of the building looks like its under renovation and didnt have a very professional and business-like appearance. There was very little supervision by the staff, since my 3 year old daughter was rammed into and stepped on by older and very rambunctious boys numerous times. Within a few hours, both of my children were ready to leave, and said they didnt want to come back.

Kids had a awesome time.. Staff was great and helpful.. It is loud but the kids are having fun..

We went for our 1st time on Halloween when they had stated on Facebook that there would be a Trick or Treat and OPEN BOUNCE. We really enjoyed getting the opportunity to check the place out without having to pay, and had a lot of fun, we were excited to go back.So when Xmas rolled around, and they again posted there would be an OPEN BOUNCE, along with pictures w/ Santa, we made it a point to go! They had me check in and enter my personal info into the computer on the front desk, then when I was done, the 2 or 3 employees at the desk said nothing further. I scanned the place, looking for somewhere to sit, but there was nowhere. They had 2 bday parties going on, and it was madness in there. Went to the bathroom, came out and 1 seat had opened so we grabbed it quickly. About 10 minutes later, my 2 yr old son was just getting comfortable in the chaotic environment, had taken shoes off and started to venture away without me finally, an employee came over and asked if Id checked in. I said yes, he asked if Id paid. I said no, it said on your Facebook post that this was an open bounce. He kind of laughed and shook his head and said, No, it didnt say that, grinning at me like he thought I was an idiot. I told him we didnt have any money right now, he said Im sorry and shrugged, then stood there as I got our things together.To make matters worse, my son did NOT want to leave by this point, so he was kicking and screaming as I carried him out. I bent down to the floor and set my favorite water bottle that cost me a pretty penny down directly next to me to finish getting his coat and shoes on, and within 10 seconds, it was gone. Someone had grabbed it, and everyone in the surrounding area was looking away, avoiding looking at me! I know the water bottle was not JJs fault, but the whole situation would have been a lot different had they not falsely advertised an OPEN BOUNCE. Merry Christmas...probably wont be seeing us there again, or any of my friends and acquaintances that also went thinking it was free that day.

Love this place! Its nice to have a place for kiddos to burn off energy when its cold outside. Just got to keep an eye on your little ones as the older ones do get rowdy. I love the fact that I dont have to pay for myself considering I get in the jump houses as well to help my son.

Loved this place until yesterday the new owner and his guy partner came in mind you we there was only 4 people in there my brother his son and me and my son until a party started to show up they was checking in the owners partner went to the bathroom and pissed all over the toilet seat didnt even lift it up after that will not be going back I am how ever looking into starting another one that feels more inviting like when the old owners had it feeling when u walked in the door

We have attended numerous birthday parties at Jumpin Jacks and hosted my sons 3rd birthday party there. We are always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are, especially the owner. It is wonderful that they allow outside food to be brought in and charge a very reasonable rate. The kids love it because it is FUN and the adults love it because they can easily visit while keeping an eye on the kids. Plus, by the time the kids are done jumping they usually take nice long naps!

I have had 3 years worth of parties here my daughter has a great time and the kiddos love it!

A great place to escape the winds of Cheyenne. You or your kids will definitely end up sick afterwards because of the constant running and coughing that surrounds you, but it will be worth it. The peace of sitting down in a comfy chair and ignoring your children for an hour is priceless.

Good prices ($7 a person, $6 with military) and a good selection of bounce houses. There is a 18mo and under area, and two party rooms that you can rent. The interior is unfinished, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Looks like the Carpenters left halfway through the job.

It is a fun place to go have some fun

Well managed, clean and a great way for kids to burn off some energy. Staff is also very understanding about letting adults in if a child gets too uncomfortable. If kids are getting a little too energetic and running around, the staff is very adept at helping them slow down for other kids enjoyment. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves it there!

I usually dont write reviews but this place is just OUTSTANDING! Weve been coming here since we first learned about it. The price is right, the environment is kid friendly and clean, but above all the customer service is just out of this world. From the first time we came in and were greeted with sodas on the house, to today with a gift card for the card reader malfunction, their customer service never ceases to amaze me. My son has a blast, my wife can relax, and I get to sit down and organize my fantasy football lineups. An awesome weekday/weekend get out of the house kind of place. Highly recommend this bounce house of bounce houses!

Went for a birthday party so cant speak to the prices. Not the best for a large group. Ive been to other Jumping Jacks and this one did not live up to the standards, the room just felt slapped together. I will say the staff did great though and were friendly.

6 bouncy houses, 2 of them are just the normal plain ones. The others are like mini mini obstacle courses. Two rooms for parties. Overall not a bad place to go for the kids to jump around for the price. Especially for the winter times when it’s too cold to be outside. One thing I recommend this place have is music. To lighten up the place a little bit.
