The good, I liked the mini golf, it was quite fun. It’s a nice course and the price is reasonable. Now the bad, you have to drive thru THE dilapidated parking lot to get there. Yes, the same lot that is surrounded by abandoned motels and bums. Also, the kiddie train looks like it gets in more wrecks than Amtrak. Ouch. The rest of the place is so-so. It has some video games and a decent sized ice rink, nothing for me. Staff was beyond great, super friendly.️️

For starters the employees are hit and miss some are really friendly and others are not too attentive. I know the city budget is tight but I think improvements to the laser tag area like expanding it as well as more maintenance and upkeep is definitely needed for the mini golf course

Very cool minature golf course.Didnt get chance to explore the options inside but looked fun as well.Rentals are reasonable and ice is good.

Had a great time mini golf was fun. Laser tag was amazing. WARNING if you are epileptic laser tag can be dangerous due to strobe lights but if you talk to the staff before you go in they can turn them off. Arcade is small but still a lot of fun. Concession stand is affordable and convenient. Will definitely be coming back when the rink is ready.

Love this place, recently moved to the state and our children started ice skating and hockey. We love it! Plus arcade games, lazer tag and mini-golf! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent spot for family fun and watching Cheyenne Stampede hockey. Snack bar with good food for reasonable prices. Other activities include video games, laser tag, and seasonal mini golf.

We showed up right after a thunderstorm on a Monday after an hour drive from Laramie. It was beautiful when We left. We were afraid the mini golf might have been closed and our trip would have been a fail. We arrived and went inside and a very nice woman asked the manager if the could accommodate us. They turned on all the water features for us and our 8 and 10 year old kids had a great time. Thanks so much!

When trying to sign up for the adult hockey league, I never heard back from the manager, despite my numerous voicemails, and the personal notes left for her by other staff members when I came in to talk. Truly disappointing, especially considering the open skate is taken up by bumper cars. Just close your doors if you dont want anyone skating on the ice.

Attended for Cheyenne Neighborhood Night Out with the kiddos. Had a blast and got to try all the games. Excellent selection: lazer tag, roller skating, mini golf, and bumper cars were all a blast!

Went to a junk fair. There were some very good things there. My only complaint would be there werent enough vendors. However the ones there had quality products.

Visited the Ice and Events Center last night with my family. We rode the ice bumper cars with some folks and had a great time! Those little cars are fun to drive around on the ice and have bright colored lights making the whole experience very fun and exciting. You can def get some speed by going backwards in the car!Next, we played a game of mini golf. The manager told me that they recently cleaned it up, and it was a beautiful course. Unfortunately, I lost to my son by a couple strokes, but it was great fun. I liked the 2nd hole where you have to shoot the ball into the house. Theres another hole where I bounced off the rock and down the waterfall where I almost made a hole in one! So close!We also played a game of laser tag with a big group of people--adults, teens and little kids alike. Theres no where to hide, so theres a lot of action in the game. Theres no teams, so everyone is out for themselves! Watch out!Overall, we had a great family night out at the City of Cheyenne Ice and Events Center. Theres lots to do there, and its a fun place to take your family or your friends. Theres a lot we havent done yet, so we will definitely be heading back soon!

Concessions staff woefully slow and seemingly untrained. Zamboni driver needs practice on efficient resurfacing. Facility sound unintelligible.

Great hockey games! Ice skating is reasonably priced. Putt-Putt golf course is my favorite thing to do here. Theres Lazer tag but I have yet to do it with kids.

It is cold so dress warm if you are not skating and just watching. Ive never seen the sliding plastic helpers for children before. A three sided open device they can hold on to.They are great for kids or anyone whos new to skating.

Managers are never there when needed and the service is just terrible there never will go again and I dont recommend

Never been ice skating in my life. Im 50, with a 3 and 6 year old. Customer service was over the top. Highly recommend!!

Golf is awesome. They need to buy out the old Hitching Postvand make a big go cart course and water slides there imo.

They need to get more child skates.. please. Receptionist was not really interested in helping us.The skate ppl, concession ppl and later tag helper were great. Maybe get more child friendly video games. Ty!

We went for the first time today and what a great place! We went for mini golf today, but learned they offer so much more. We will definitely be visiting again. Affordable and the kids had a blast!

We went to participate in charity event. The arena and building were well maintained. They have a miniature golf course as well. The concession stand however could isae some improvement. The soda flavors were off and barely palatable. Food which should have been hot was served lukewarm or cold. I had to wait 20 minutes in line.

This is an excellent ice skating rink. They have equipment that can also help kids.

Me and the wife went on a date day and play Miniature Golf and it was wonderful the staff was very helpful

Payed $21 for 15min in lazer tag. The guns and vest didnt work or let us kill eachother. It wasnt much fun so we left early out of our game. We did however get our money back.

Great place, would have been better if the water fountains on the golf course were running. Hole 5 is much better when the water is running on the course, but still a great time!

A very nice rink with nice employees. We actually got thanked for coming at the end of the evening. The price is great for families too, not super expensive that would keep a family of 4 or more away- this is definately a price and activity that could be enjoyed weekly or more often as the weather warms. We will definitely come again and we are thrilled we were invited by friends to come in the 1st place. We attended a hockey game a week later and they had upper heaters to where you really didnt need a coat! Their concession prices are reasonable too.

Really enjoy the Hockey games, we dont skate so do not go often. This is another place our community has that we feel is under utilized.

Cheyenne needs a better ice rink and more than one. Hell, kids have so little to do in this town...so stop charging so much and make the place more available for kids hockey tournaments and practice.

I drove all the way from Denver Colorado to watch the bareknuckle boxing championship in this arena and it was fantastic it was well organized and the seats were fantastic the event went smoothly and im thankful that the location was so close to Colorado.

The event center has great prices, the employees are nice. Theyre not rude. The event center is always clean, the food is cheap but good.

There is so much more they could do with this facility. Especially for kids.

Was there for a birthday party, and the staff was pretty rude. Especially when the younger kids wanted to play laser tag, the staff didnt help buckle the vests or explain how to hold the gun

My husband and I go to play mini golf there at least once a month while the weather is nice. Also, fyi, theyre closed July 3rd and 4th for the holiday. But we both love their arcade and mini golf course.

At least they have ice and its pretty cheap

The video games kept eating quarters and the staff says they cant do anything about... the amount of apathy with this staff was the worst Ive ever experienced, even compared with mediocre fast food chains. Im so dissapointed in the place. My kids cried because they ran out of quarters trying to get the games to work. This place is a joke dont waste your time.

Dreadful people who arent invested in their jobs at the front counter. We called ahead to make sure they had roller skating in the afternoon (to avoid getting my daughters hopes up falsely), they said they did have open skate until 7:00pm. We show up and find out that there is no open skate because they have to clean the floor and set up for a pet show. My daughter begins crying, she was so excited, and they didnt even apologize. They just shrugged and blew us off, wouldnt even make eye contact.Why clean the floor BEFORE a pet show anyway? Thats like showering before you mud wrestle...

If you want to ice skate, then this is the perfect place.
