Isaiah the manager in front is the best! He helped us out this year with all the deals and was so helpful,Kind, and caring! We called the day before we went and he was so helpful over the phone. Once we went the next day we happened to run into him and met him he was such a cool guy and deserves a raise! He even offered to help load our stuff into our truck!

Well here I am again this time 12 a.m. on a Sunday instead of July 3rd LOL. This was probably the best experience Ive had here ever since I started coming here 6 years ago. But maybe that had something to do with me coming the day before the 4th of July. I enjoy coming here every year regardless which day. My man SAM hooked me up with great insight and I got a whole Toyota Sequoia full of boom booms. I cant wait to share my Independence with all my family and friends. Great deals, lots of selections, great coupons available that will save you over 50% on some items. You can use multiple coupons at the same time for different items. Go early to avoid longer lines. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for fireworks shopping.

This place is such a RIP off. They advertise buy one get one but in reality they double the price. Example is there mortar boxes each are 199. Other places are 100 to 115. Along with everything in the store. I highly suggest going to Jurassic fireworks. Fair prices and great people. Phantom is a scam!

It’s like walking into Ammunation in Grand Theft Auto but for fireworks! Just sign a form saying you’re not a Terrorist and their great friendly staff will assist your purchases of things that go boom!

Mostly Phantom Brand stuff, which you can definitely do better. The sales are complete malarkey. They just double the sticker price then give half off. Also, the buy one get two... total nonsense. Every time you walk in this place theres a reason the kid at the counter wont honor the sale that is sent to your email 4 times a day. Drive by 6 signs all claiming buy one get two, get there, nope that sale isnt going right now. Just go to one of the locally owned places in town, theyve got good prices and you can skip this mess.

Very busy, but that should be expected a week out from the fourth. Not a lot of social distancing, so wear a mask if that is important to you-we did. Our cashier was so helpful and knew a ton about what they offered. Do plan on a line to get in and a line to check out. At this point they are running low on many items, however if youre not picky there is plenty to choose from.

If you love fireworks at great reasonable prices then you must visit Phantom Fireworks. The 2 people that helped me (I cant remember their names) but they were mother and son working together and they were a joy thanks for the great customer service.

Hands down one of the coolest experiences I have had shopping for fireworks! Store manager was super awesome and prices are very good. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

Enjoyed our trip to Phantom Fireworks. All staff were helpful and gave great ideals. Know that when you go in the person whom is going to buy the merchandise must have an identification card (Drivers license) and sign a waiver before going in to purchase. The warehouse is nice and clean, the pathways were well marked if the items down them. Almost everything is buy one get one free of same price so you can mix and match up. If, you spend at least $150 and up you also receive free merchandise. There are pop machines if you get thirst. The only thing is there are only bathrooms outside in sanitation, because of COVID-19.

Total scam. They say 50% off but it is twice as expensive as the ones right next door. Went to Pyro fireworks and it was so much cheaper with a better selection. Don’t be fooled by Phantom!

This was the only store around that had a supply of fireworks on the fourth. The staff was helpful even though they were very busy. Deals and promotions did change due to supply issues. This year had covid messing up supply chains so I get why things changed. Overall, nice staff and an adequate amount of product.

I got there on July 3rd and most of their shelves were bare, stripped clean but they had great deals and i didnt spend a third of what i thought i would.

Don’t post signs on your building/google site that business hours are 8:30am to 11pm if you guys really close at 10:30pm drove an hour away just to be a told you guys closed. I showed up w little before 10:40m. waste of my time and waste of my travel as a loyal phantom customer I’m disappointed.

Absolutely appalled by the employees there!! It is the fourth, I understand that, but rudely telling my dad when he was trying to ask about the coupons not being honored as people have traveled miles to use them that well they should have been here earlier is never okay. Ive been to this destination hundreds of times and can not believe that. My dad wasnt even rude, just curious. Also the line was 1 hr, which yes is expected for this day, but they didnt tell the customers until they got in The store after the hour passed that there was no coupons, refunds or deals being honored. And they did not say it kindly either. I am shocked by this place and their employees.

They had absolutely nothing that we were looking for. If you want mortars, they had plenty, but if you want novelty for children, go elsewhere.

Been buying at this Phantom for years. Here is my take on it:The positives: if you know how to work a calculator and try to figure out exactly what you are paying (after the buy one get one and the add on bonuses and coupons), they are pretty hard to beat pricewise. They do honor misfires from my experience. The selection is decent. There are lots of assortments which can simplify things for some. Nice clean and new warehouse in Cheyenne.The negatives: as stated above, get out your calculator as it is very difficult to find out what you are paying for what. Kind of a warehouse feel, not very personable staff. They need to work on their bonus program and their assortment prices...some of it doesnt make sense. What I mean is that you actually benefit more from spending 1000 bucks compared to 2000...should be the other way around right? They make you sign a waiver which is a bit much.Not a bad place in general, but I am anxious to explore more options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They said if theres something wrong with the fireworks, for example a repeater doesnt launch, I can bring it back and get it replaced for free. They also give a free $20 gift for military. Definitely coming back.

Dont forget to bring the lube when shopping here... they will bend you over and will not buy you dinner first. I found the diablo shell kit at the place across the street for 89.99 but phantom is charging 199.99 for the same kit. Sure if you buy it you get one free but it still comes out to 99.99 per kit and youre still paying $20 more than if you just bought two from the other place. Dont let them play you like that, I spent a few hundred bucks without shopping around and played myself.-3/10 will not ever come here again, pffft
