The customer service as well as customer appreciation shown by all reps was spectacular. Very knowledgeable about all of their products and the reps I dealt with went above and beyond allowing me to purchase products best suited to what I was looking for, not just the most expensive. I wish I couldve remembered the gentlemans name who assisted me mainly. The other employees also went above and beyond assisting me as well as other customers never making any of us feeling as tho we being ignored. 5☆ only b/c thats the max, if it were out of 100, they would recieve 100☆, for customer service, knowledgable employees, items I wanted in stock. Definitely going back for all of my fireworks needs!!!

Great service the saff is very friendly and have a strong knowledge of the products. The manager is very helpful and was quick to assist everyone that had a question. I also like how they have a kids section that is full of stuff kids like. Great selection of fireworks and one cool feature is the offer a safe place to shoot your fire works without worry of the police giving you a ticket. Its my first time at the store but wont be my last. Thank you for great service and happy 4th of July everyone!!!

Signs everywhere that say they will take competitor coupons and beat any deal. Used a buy one get one coupon from phantom. Was told they would only accept it if they could double there prices just like phantom. Bunch of bs and a ripoff on top of beeing an incredably small store that you can hardly walk around.

They give you free stuff depending on how much u spend
