We went on the 21st for my sons birthday..Hours on the door said they opened at 2:00. So we waited with a few other vehicles outside. By the time we finished releases and paid it was 2:10 but our 90 minutes still ended at 3:30 instead of 3:40 so you must be precise on getting there to get the most bang for your $20.00. We go in and Dodgeball was closed, volleyball was closed, obstacle course close, free climbing wall was closed, ladder closed, jousting was open but you are not allowed to use the sticks. We could go to the basketball section which was limited to 2 jumpers or the free jump or the foam pit. We go to the foam pit and the girl tells us it is closed for cleaning. I am not happy about it and I asked when it would open back up. She says it was closed for 30 minutes. I tell her that we only had a certain amount of time we paid for and we really cant do anything except free jump. She told me I had 90 minute passes and I could jump later in a rude voice. I asked if they had a manager on duty, she said she was the manager and smiled a condescending smile. I recognize waiting for things to get back to normal unless your children are happy only doing the free jump area.

Cool to spend time with your fam, specially kids.

Had a great time with the kids. Basketball, Volleyball and the Free Jump Zone were all great areas to play. It was also a wonderful workout.

The staff was polite and courteous. They were very attentive to the your kids, inregards to safety. They appreciate veterans and thats great! Give them a try..

I would give it 5 but sometimes they have stuff shut down. I think its cause of covid. But when everythings open like tonight its amazing! Lots of people to play ultimate dodgeball!!

I had a great time but my son had a awesome time. At first I had a birthday party schedule but everyone couldnt make it. So I cancelled it. Meet folks n family there with my son and cake. Paid for everyone who showed up which was 125.00 cheaper. The had cake and cookies and gifts for coming. I was about to order pizza for everyone but they played to the bitter end. They didnt want to leave. N they got time free because I paid for kids as they got there. So they let them like start over every time a kid showed up. The staff was nice and explained everything to us. Everyone wanted cake, candy and cookies. Yes...we will be back.

I can’t see how this place has all these stars my mom and I waited at the place for some chips and no one was back their. And when the guy finally came back their. He was rude my mom handed him her money for the chips in his hand and instead of handing her change back they way it was given. He decided to put my mom’s change down on the counter like she was a dog. Don’t know if it was a Racial issue but I will never come back here again.

I’m Conor, and I go up there multiple times a week and the staff are so nice and are friends with everyone. And I love going up there when I have nothing to see all the employees and have a good job on there trampolines, and it never gets boring!

I wanted to share an experience I recently had here! We were having a great time, all was going perfectly, until I lost my phone. I was floored at how the staff stepped up and helped me. Literally 6 of these kids (who cant be more then 18 years old) stopped to help me until we found it. Lesson learned, DO NOT JUMP WITH ANYTHING IN YOUR POCKETS. It was just really nice to good quality people take their time to help me.

The kids have fun and I guess thats what truly matters. But the staff is horrible, they dont care really at all...theyre all kids themselves. I would love it if they actually answered the phone when I called up there, i called 5 times and no one picked up ever. I get it they couldve been busy but 5 times...come on. Not the cleanest place around either.

I went during toddler time for ages 6 and under on Saturday morning. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility was very clean. Its only 8.00 during toddler time (9am-10am) which is a great price and the perfect amount of time for young kids to play.I would definitely recommend for early morning fun

Kids had a good time but it is 43.99 for 2 kids to jump for an hour which is a little pricey. Suprised they are open with all the Covid going on.

The Sky Zone Trampoline Park was a great place to take the children so they can burn some energy off. I highly recommend it It was my first time going and I might add that I will be back!!!!

My first thought is that this place is pricey. I am sure that is because we are in StL where there are so many free attractions. But $17 for an hour means a family spends a lot to go here.How to avoid that? Dont pay for adults. Ask for a parent helper sticker. Even at 3 yes old my son only really needs me nearby. And from what I have seen, every parent helper jumps a heck of a lot.The volleyball and dodgeball are not always open. That kind of cones and goes throughout your stay.The problem is parties of kids and parent involvement. A small gathering of kids playing volleyball can suddenly be set on by a party of ten kids with no parents around. Suddenly the youngest kids are terrified and cant scramble out fast enough, getting trampled.There are more referees at this place than most. There is ALWAYS one on the Ninja warrior course, for instance. But the ONLY care about safety. I have seen kids trampled, shoved out of their place, bullied by bigger kids throwing balls at them. The only correction I have ever seen made was an employee reminding kids how many can be on each trampoline.I guess when I am the type of parent who sits on the massage chair and lets trampolines parent for an hour this is fine. As an involved parent, there are just cheaper and safer places to go.

My family visited this location and had a blast. The perfect place for my tiny ones to play to my middle aged ones to challenge themselves. Their employees were very nice and helpful. It was very organized and well maintained. From the moment we entered to the moment we left the service was second to none. We are now planning to booking my sons birthday party here. Keep up the great work.

Great place for families/ kids birthday parties, lots of trampoline activities, dodgeball, basketball, rock climbing etc. Reasonably priced for the party package as well.

The place was a LOT of fun! But I have to say the bathrooms are disgusting! We even told the staff upon arrival there was no paper products of any kind in any of the restrooms and one toilet was clogged and running over and the floors were horrible. The staff didnt seem concerned & nothing was done in the 2 hours we were there. Pretty disappointed in the restrooms but other than that I definitely recommend this place.

I came here for my birthday with friends. The staff were welcoming and friendly! The space is great. There is a foam pit, climbing wall, basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, and just trampolines. Cost was great. Will definitely be back.

My 5 year old loved it which is the important part. The staff however is a bunch of kids and we not the friendliest group. They have several different sections so you can go though an hour of time pretty quickly. On top of the hourly fee they require you to buy their $5 socks

Im 41, and jumping on trampolines is still the most fun I can have with my clothes on. If i manage to not dislocate any joints or throw out my back while jumping Ill continue to go!

Fun place to hang with friends and throw a birthday party. Its a great way to get energy out of you and have fun at the same time. I forgot if the t-shirt is free or not but they give one when you come. Sometimes at night they have lights that could give you a headache. Bathrooms have a lot of liquids on the floor. But other then that its a pretty fun place to have fun with friends and family.

They were sold out for 4.5 more hours. Bought 2hr pass for 8pm glow night on Saturday. Everyone enjoying themselves plenty of seating for non jumpers charging and desktop stations too. Dont think they have snacks or food but indoor trampoline park its probably a good thing. They sell bottled water, sport drinks & soda

Went on a whim with 9 kids in-tow. Professionalism of the management on down to hourly employees could not be better. Manager went out of her way to make sure all the children in our party were having a blast. Unexpected kindness went above and beyond typical great service. Will be back!

It was fun, the new additions like the ball pit and the climbing wall were great. Bring water and deodorant lol, also dont go on a weekend if you can help it, there were way too many little kids and I almost accidentally fell on/kicked them because the lights go off after 8pm and I didnt realize they were there. They really need a separate area for small children it was an accident waiting to happen.

Came here for a 7 year olds birthday party and had never been so I didnt know what to expect. The party exceeded my expectations. The children got to move around to multiple areas not just trampolines and had an attendant that was with the kids the entire time and helped with the party set up and food. The kids got to go on climbing walls with a foam pit they could fall into which looked like the most fun as well as swinging ropes, ultimate dodgeball and large trampolines. Now Im fairly sure I have to let my kid have his next birthday party here.

Been going here for years. I feel like this location is for older kids, teens, and adults. What I like the most is there isnt a delay. You can immediately start jumping.

Went to the glow night. The only downfall was how hot it was. Paying full price for no AC sucked- it was very hot.

Ridiculous to have to provide personal information for a waiver when you are there with your child. I have no issue providing my identification but they only want my email and phone number for marketing purposes. No other reason except to send you junk mail and sell your information.

I attended for a birthday party with my son and nephew, both of them had a blast! I wish they had more activities for toddlers, but overall it was a good experience.

I took my 3 kids to Toddler Time this morning and they had so much fun. It wasnt too busy so they had plenty of room to play and my son really enjoyed playing with the employees who were out on the trampolines. We will definitely be back to play again. The only down side was that it was world jump day so they told us that we could get BOGO free jumps for 90 minutes but it didnt apply to toddler time. Bummed...wish it had applied to toddler time as thats the only time I can come since I have such a young group of kids.

We just had our sons birthday party here. Only 4 stars because it was expensive. The boys had a blast. The employees were great, they helped us set up the extra things my wife had brought in for the boys. Our experience was great. Just a little pricey for 11 jumpers.

Its a really great park and the new obstacle courses are fun. Trampoline dodgeball and volleyball arent that great though

David Bryan May· 7 seconds agoI have never been treated so horribly and bullied so badly by a human being and so-called General manager in my life.I had an issue that was really easy to solve. Instead the general manager called me a liar, did not solve the issue, talked loudly to me in front of my 7 and 4 year old children and then proceeded to laugh and smile. To top it off, I told her we were ending the conversation and she continued to bully and laugh and call me a liar.Further I asked her for someone to contact above her. She laughed and said I am it. I then said what about the owner. She says I dont know the number. I ask for the corporate office number and she says I dont know the number.Whether I was right or she was right she should have given me a contact number to talk to someone above her or at corporate office. Telling me she does not know number is ridiculous, if indeed she was General Manager.In an age where we are trying to teach kids not to bully, I was disappointed that this general manager and human being not only bullied and laughed at me but also did it in front of my children.Unfortunately she really does not care about the kids she knows there will always be more coming.Too top it off after all that was done I had to let my kids play in disgusting filth that had not been cleaned and deal with staff that let unsupervised kids act very unsafe.

Sky zone has done a complete renovation amd its super nice!! The have added like 7 new things to do. There is the challenge zone, one on one basketball, rock climbing, wall running, tug of war and more. They also have alot of deal going on now for summer.

I personally have not been here yet, waiting for the one by me to be completed. BUT one of my good friends went tonight 3/13/2017 with her Autistic son, it was a night just for the. Low sensory night, where they could play and and have fun. I want to say thank you for this, working in the medical field for 20s some children often miss out of fun things like this! I applaud you for having a night like this! And will be visiting you often. So it was our second time at Sky Zone. The first time was a couple of months ago and we had a blast. We went during the week so it wasnt crowded. It was a well run business employees were friendly, smiled and made sure everyone behaved. Just returned from our second trip Jan. 17, 2016 and let me say not the same place we visited earlier. Granted it was a Sunday so we expected the place to be full but not overcrowded where you couldnt get on at times. The kids were unsupervised jumping onto our trampolines and other people having to stop jumping so they wouldnt land on them. The front staff was very professional and did a excellent job. The other employees or kids not sure most could even drive stared at the tv watching football or staring into space. It was obvious they didnt want to be there. My kids had fun but they wondered if anyone was in charge. Will we go back again??? Maybe on a weekday, but not anytime soon.

As long as you are somewhat healthy, this place is super fun. They have a pit basically designed for flipping into, and getting air, and a room with a bunch of trampolines. But my favorite is dodgeball on trampolines. Just remember if youre a kid, you need your parent their to sign a waiver. Go check it out!

Fun place to take your younger siblings or kids from the ages of 6-15, some of the stuff I couldnt jump on because we are adults and they wouldnt let us, so I had to sit back and watch my brother jump the whole time. That was the only downfall, besides that they over charge for drinks and candies that you can get at a store or gas stations for much cheaper.

Staff was on point, played with kids and were enjoyable to talk to. Super fun place to take kids. Was worth the cost. Lots of fun when weather is to hot, humid or raining. Will be back when we are back in town.

Me and my friend went to this Skyzone. Unsupervised children were running around and harassing us. They call him MIKEY. They were clearly very aggressive. All of the employees knew them. They even chased us into the girls bathroom (they were boys.) Have always had weird experiences at this Skyzone. Never coming again. Thank you, goodbye.

Go to Urban Air. Waste of money tbh

My three boys had a blast during GLOW. The only reasons I didn’t give this place five stars is because they would not let my 12-year-olds play dodgeball (which is what they wanted to do more than anything else there. When I asked him why he said because there were older players inside at that time. Correct me if I’m wrong but did I or did I not sign a waiver giving them access to the entire place? I read all the rule boards and there was nothing that said younger players can’t play with older players. My ten year old got yelled at for doing a single flip and when I asked why he said they can’t do flips during GLOW and again there was nothing that said they are not allowed to flip during GLOW. The only rules that were stated about flips was that you cannot do double flips.

By far best place to go young or in my case old lol. Im 35 former SEAL and this place wears you out. Between the foam pits, ninja warrior course, and ultimate dodgeball you definitely get your money worth. Dont go for 2 hrs like my wife and i did unless you like to be drenched, super hungry, and tired after. Next day you WILL be sore but its sooooo worth it! Btw, the best time to go is during GLOW hours!

When grandmas gone Ill take both of my grandkids 1-5 and 1-6 to the Sky Zone and we have a ball they love it and I and enjoy it lots to do huge facility I just think of you have kids its a great exercise and its good for you also highly recommend
