I reserved a party off-site, which requires a down payment. However, i tried to cancel within the time allowed and no one answered or responded to any of my phone calls or emails. When i was booking the party the young lady seem to be very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. I was never refunded for the down payment. This is upsetting because i had to take more money out of my sons birthday budget and that meant less gifts because i did not intend on this happening.

Had a party for my child and everything went smooth as possible. The kids loved it. Then a parent of one of the attendees wanted to do the same for their son and theirs was great too. The kids had so much fun that we have gone back for open play twice. Sure fire way to let the kids burn off some excess energy and a fun healthy activity too!

Everybody had a great time! The staff bent over backwards to make it a fun day. Highly recommend this for all.

We just home from a amazing time

Great experience at both the Chesterfield and Midrivers locations. One of the few places that all 3 of my children (ages 6, 13, 17) can be entertained at one time. Going to book a birthday party this year.

We had a 43rd birthday party and between the games and music and ability to bring your own snacks we had a ball!

My family loves this place. If you want to feel like a kid with kids you have to go and try! You want regret it!!!

Open when mall is open, you have to call and schedule appointment. This is not good, when kids are bored and looking for something to do.
