Very knowledgeable and down to earth! We were literally just complaining about being frustrated with our local adult stores, and then happened to see this place as we were driving around! So glad we stopped in! The prices are competitive, very friendly staff, and huge selection! Honestly, the selection was amazing! And so well organized - which I love! Plenty of plus sized lingerie, too - which I cant say about other adult stores. Their lube and toy cleaner is so amazingly organized - which is so wonderful! I always get frustrated with organization in other stores, but everything was neatly organized and clearly priced! We will definitely be locals here!

Husbands/Boyfriends/Significant Others BEWARE!My husband purchased a plus size bodystocking for me, but it did not fit even though my body type is not a plus size, not even by standard measurements (of CDC). I am a size 12. The receipt for the purchase had no return information on the back, and even though 31 days had past since the purchase, I went into the store to only exchange the $84 item. After entering the store, I was impressed with large number of fun, erotic products before my eyes, but irritated when the rude sales woman told me I could not exchange an $84 item that I never had an opportunity to wear. We lost $84 and the store lost two customers.

Never been to a place like this before but the young lady Wendy that helped me was patient and very helpful. I’ve even encountered some of the other employees as well and they are just as respectful and very helpful. Really like this place and definitely recommend it for your pleasurable needs.

Been in there quite a few times. The new people in there are great. Wendi always greets with a smile. She will listen and help pretty knowledgeable. Very helpful you have a return customer.

Been there numerous times and LOVE the place. I see people from all backgrounds and skin color. I have never seen ANY racism happen from ANY of the employees. Easy to talk to staff and a GREAT selection.

Very rude alot of new people so alot of them dont have alot of knowledge tammy definitely made a huge difference in that store!! The new manager that has been there a few months comes and goes and she pleases when trainees are in there. I will not be going back to this location

Greatly surpassed ALL of my expectations of a shop of this variety!! The collection of product was beyond phenomenal, and the knowledge and assistance of the stores attendent, Tammy, was one of expertise- she was very helpful in suggesting new products and answering all inquiries to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this store to ANYONE seeking to add a spark into their private sex life. Also, very affordable, products were priced very fairly. This store deserves a TEN, best sex shop Ive visited in all of Tidewater. Thanks again Tammy, youre awesome!!

I am 20 years of age. I understand that I look young. I’ve been a dancer for two years now, and have been carded almost everywhere I go. I completely understand the need to see my ID to confirm my age. I’ve shopped here many tines before because it’s convently close to my work. However they will never get a dime of my money again. As someone who’s shopped there over a dozen times, I walked in without worry about my ID. As soon as we entered the store me and my coworker, who is over 21 were immediately asked for identification. I understand the need to ask so we both said “Okay” and even tho it was POURING turned to head to my car. But the employee was not done, she again told me I had to get my ID in a very deeming tone, when I was already heading towards the very close door. When I walked back in, the woman decided to further patronize me about my age. I was also the only person of color in the store. At this point it was clearly personal as I had already handed her my ID showing my age. A slight argument broke out from the tone she was using when I had done nothing but walked into the store. This is when she told me to leave, as if I had even touched an item. As I was leaving she felt the need to contiue to parorainze me and as I was at the door, I turned around to give her a last look, and the Grown woman, the employee was directly in my face. This is when the tone completely changed. The employees at this store are racist clearly racially changered. I have never in my life felt the need to give any place of business a bad review. I don’t believe it’s worth the effort. But I have never in my life felt more ostracized for doing simply the color of my skin and appearance. The clothes aren’t even that cute btw. Not worth your money or your time. It’s 2019 and racism is hopefully going to end. But situations like this must be addressed.
