All the other adult stores I went to felt like walking into a dollar tree/dingy beauty supply store.This place has class and very helpful staff. I did not feel uncomfortable being here and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if your like me and you just want to try something new, but don’t know what to look for. I bought a very expensive item and it literally did not charge the same night I bought it. Couldn’t return it back to the store and when I tried to call no one picked up. All sales are final for toys of course. Yes, it has a 1 year warranty but the company’s warranty policy is a pain, of course. And tbh, being asked if I have any questions or need help every 2 minutes was very annoying, when I just wanted to browse and discover. I’ll just stick to online shopping. Who knows how long it will take to get a replacement. The items are almost twice the price compared to other places, but it’s nice to go to an adult store that doesn’t have a sleezy feel and has testers. When you spend over $100, you still expect to receive quality products. The customer service was great but excessive.

Ive been coming here for YEARS. I just LOVE this store. I LOVE the points system for being rewarded for purchases but aside from that they have EXCELLENT customer service & will go out of their way to help you find what your looking for

Need a bigger selection on hand and or store pickup for online purchases, otherwise it is best to order online and have products sent to your home.
