We had a good experience at this facility. All the machines were working and the staff was friendly. The pizza was hot and we didnt have to wait long. They did a decent job with social distancing considering what they offer.

I remember going to Chuck E. Cheese as a child and having the best time! I loved it and remember having some great birthdays there. Our kids have had parties there & so have our grandkids. We always have a great experience! It’s changed a lot over the years but it’s still great.

This was a fun experience, I only got strangled by the employees twice, and my son Ben drowned in pain and agony!!!! My only complaint was when I fell in the basketball hoop and was poked repeatedly by the evil 5 year olds!! I recommend this to people who want to feel like chocolate milk dust without milk!!

Best time with my daughter ever!! Not overblown, u can find ur kid easily, courteous and interactive staff, cozy and fun. Good for a night out with a horde of minis!

We just love this place. Seeing my boys get so excited about going is the best. And the salad bar is wonderful. It really is amazing. And the best part is our grown autistic son will never outgrow it. Lol

The animatronics attempted to exterminate me but I escaped into the ball pit and the animatronics exterminated all of the 4 year olds. Also, all of the 4 year olds attacked my 89 year old grandma. I only got strangled twice! My son got knocked out by one of the basketballs. It was so much fun! My only complaint is that a man in purple burned the building to ashes. It was a really good time. Also, they did reuse some of the pizza I know because Shane Dawson said so and I snuck into the kitchen and saw them do it.

It might have changed but when I went there a few years ago the experience was horrible. The prizes were lame and the employees looked liked they didnt want to be there.

My daughter had a blast as each time we go. the staff go above and beyond to see that the kids have a safe and fun time..

Half the games were broke down looked like they had been that way for a while too. There was only like 4 employees in the entire place making everything from getting in to ordering pizza so slow. Not only that we were there for almost an hour when our pizza made it out and then it was cold had to get them to re heat it. Wouldnt waste my time or money here.

Good for small kids like 3-12 years old. I mean older kids may enjoy some of the games but most of the games are geared to that age bracket. Is a bit on the pricey side as far as just tokens and exchanges go. Lots of tickets for cheap items but that is normal for any arcade style place. Good time overall.

We went yesterday and they were great. They cleaned the whole time we were there. We felt very safe. Good job.

They have removed the stage and opened the area up. They have also done away with the booths on the side. Now its high top tables. It looks good! With it being wide open its easier to see and keep an eye on your kids. The staff was friendly and the pizza was so good!

Always a good time

As always, an enjoyable place for younger kids, and even some fun to be had with the older ones as they get into gathering tickets for something nifty or sweet to take home. Definitely gets a bit crowded for its size on weekends, but truly its mostly amiable, parenting types along with their children just trying to have a blast like your family. A little pricey for the experience if you have several kids like myself, but if you can get them to pair up and take turns with less time cards than one each, it actually becomes a pretty affordable evening! Enjoy a night out with your youngsters, and have fun being a kid again for an hour or two!

The girls had fun but I got super annoyed the machines kept running out of tickets and I kept having to waste time to go talk to them and they got annoyed at me because Im like these machines aint giving the girls their tickets... get annoyed idc do ur job and we wont have this issue... we came to have fun befor school starts.

When we had an issue it was addressed quickly and fairly. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Our food was hot and correct. They have a decent military family deal that includes game play.

I had not been here since I was a kid. We took our 2 1/2 year old and had a blast. They have a really cool feature at the door for added safety and the team working there is nice! It was a little chaotic but it was a Saturday night so that is to be expected. Very clean for such an old property. I was Very pleased.

The dude that gave us our prizes was super cool, we talked about anime and company bankruptcy. I dont quite remember but I think his name is Pierre (its the dude who has worked there for 8 years). Whoever it was give him a raise.

I went for my nephews 5th birthday and we had a great time. When you are given the cards to play games it’s not unlimited time as some might hear. Once the playing starts the kids have 2 hours, but it was still enough time for them to enjoy themselves.

Had an AMAZING TIME! Great selection of games. I LOVE that they have the unlimited passes also. My nephew had his birthday party there. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We will be back

My family had a great time tonight! Cameron, the manager on duty, was super helpful and walked us through picking out the family fun time package so that my son could have a great birthday. Also shout out to Emma who helped my son have a fun, safe time in the ticket blaster and the girl at the ticket counter who was patient and helpful when my kids were ready to turn in their tickets for prizes. This location has a great staff and is the reason why we keep going back!

Had great time with the cousin babies. Only thing is I got salad and a drink was $11.10 that was little to much.but I was hungry.and diabetics I really cant have bread products. so I think.$7.would be enough. My niece lola love chunkechesse.

It is a fun place for kids. Friendly staff. Prices are too high. Expect to spend a lot and get very few tickets in return. Food is very overpriced. I asked about the buffet and was told they only have it sometimes. Well, when is sometime? As much as they charge they should either always have a lunch buffet or do away with it entirely.

Great games for kids and teens

Havent been in awhile but my 2yr old had a blast and the pizza was actually much better than I remember. Wouldve given a 5 but they messed up and made my pizza wrong. It happens just had to pull off some pepperoni.

Place is updated very well. Enjoyed our time there. Will be returning in the near future.

I was really surprised by this place. Average pizza but overall a terrific place to bring a child with lots of pent up energy. Very clean and safe. There is only one way in/out, it is guarded, and all hands are stamped and must match on your way out.

Long story short we took my nephew cause he wanted to go. We ordered a pizza, and my nephew some nuggets. The nuggets came out burnt! They told us that the nuggets come in frozen, and have to be run through the pizza oven twice! Once to thaw them and again to cook them through! They said the could only run them through just once, but were like he wont eat them burnt, and we wont let him eat them raw. We got our money back, and just ordered fries. They came out with burnt tips. Apparently they only have a pizza oven in the back. So if you want anything other than pizza, expect it to be burnt!

This was my 1st time back to Chuck E Cheese in many years. In one way, I was impressed. In another, i was very disappointed. Let me say, what i was impressed with. The gaming system, is much better. The games are much better as well. They now have a card they allow you to purchase while also, purchasing your order. It allows you to pay by the hour rather than buying tokens at the counter they give you unlimited play time, beginning with an hour and going up. Honestly, the price isnt bad at all. $20 for 1 hour and $24 for 2 hours then up. You can even pause the card time of you want to eat, go to the restroom, or just take a break from playing. I like the layout of the seating much better as well and that they still check each person that goes out the door.The gentleman at the ordering counter explained everything in detail about the card and how it worked.The bathrooms were clean, as was the entire restaurant.What I was shocked to not see... was the Chuck E Cheese band, was no longer there. When my kids were little, that was a huge hit. Now, there are tv screens that play music videos of Chuck E. And there is a Chuck E character still standing in the far end corner. The person they use for Chuck E Cheese, was continually late coming out when it was time for their performance with the kids. And, wasnt really dressed as he use to be. Jersey and Jeans, with a pair of huge sneakers and of course Chuck Es head. I guess for someone that went from it being Showbiz to Chuck E Cheese and remembering it that way then seeing it this way. It just didnt seem normal. But yet, that was still ok I suppose.The pizza, was ok. But the parmesan bread sticks...were horrible. Definitely not worth $10 for the 2 orders. And now for an ordinary salad bar, its $8.99. I was shocked. Our bill, in total was just under $88.00Talk about shocking.My grandson had an amazing time though, thankfully he is only 7 and doesnt understand the cost of things. And while there isnt a price on his happiness. I still wished he could have at least got something more when cashing in his 1087 tickets. Either way, he had a great time and there were great memories made.My only suggestions would be to make the bread sticks as they use to be, lower the salad bar cost and add some cool prizes for the tickets for those that dont have 3000 tickets or more.

Fun for a child. Not as much fun for the parents... Staff is helpful at parties. If you go when there is no party Chuck E. may not even show up when they say he will.

I was amazed on how delicious the pizza was it is a great place for kids like it always has been they took away the theater stage with the animals which broke my heart other than that it still is a fun time

Awesome staff. Good place to have a kids party. During weekdays there is a buffet which is awesome when your on a tight budget. Tons of different styles of games. Selection of toys isnt that great but not too bad. Good location.

I used to come here when I was little now I come with my son and we have blast, he loves it but only complain I have is they keep it very dirty now. bar usually sticky and floor is always dirty.

I like the fact that they have a security measure in place for people coming and going so youre kiddo cant take off with just anyone. The pizza at this location is actually really good! We were three for a party and each child received a card with an amount of time that allowed them to use all the machines in the arcade. I liked that we could pause it and then start again when they were finished eating.

Lots of new games, they definitely are friendly as well as up to date.

A very pricey place to have a birthday party and also dine. Attended both grandbabies joint birthday parties here today. Spent over $51.00 for one medium 2-topping pizza which I didnt eat (pizza alone was over $18.00, why I dont know), 3 salad bars (its decent bar, but only a few extra options as compared to say, CiCis and is not included in a meal but separate at over $8.00 each and not included in flat rate meal price) and two drinks (one water cup). Daughter had already paid a lot for the birthday party, which she included 2 pizzas. The birthday celebration was quite different than last years, in which there seemed to be a lot more fanfare by the hosts (just singing happy birthday and the air tickets).We beg our eldest daughter every year, please dont have the boys parties here, but inevitably she does due to time constraints and weather. The reason we request she doesnt, the cost is disproportionate to their income and everyone in our family as well. The second reason is our other adult daughter has photo-sensitive seizures triggered by flashing lights, wheelchair bound and finds it difficult to get around in many places. But she is the baker in the family and expected to attend.Considering my wife had already bought the ingredients for a home baked birthday cake, one gift and the drive, its easy for three adults to spend over 100.00 at the least on a birthday on top of what the actual parents pay to have the party there.One point for the game area as it appears updated and the games WERE fun with the kids.

My visit to this establishment was a very unpleasant experience, my granddaughter was hugged by Chuck E and was greeted with lice. Things only escalated from there, Chuck E wasnt the only mouse running around...we were playing the pop the wheezle game and two little mice came running at my granddaughter and I, we screamed in fear for a team member to save us from these evil little mice...but no one came to our rescue!!! absolutely no team members were to be seen!!! THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Its usually hot inside so parents be warned but my boys love going. The games arent always working and you dont always get the tickets promised but if you can find an employee they tend to handle it within a few minutes. Weve been to Spare Time and similar places but Chuck E Cheese is definitely geared more for the children around 10 and under.

Always a good time for the kids. They have better games than when I was a kid. My youngest is still terrified of Chuck E. in a costume.

A lot has changed over the years. The children definitely enjoyed themselves.

That was the cleanest neatest salad bar that I have ever seen. The vegetables were perfectly ripe. Very unusual for a place for kids. The staff were great and very helpful. It was our first time going.

Pizza was so much better than ever before...I think its a bit much more for the cards that play the games.

Much too crowded on Groundhog Day. This is a great place to be exposed to the flu virus or grtms. Otherwise ok.

The kids had fun. Food was good. Entertainment was good. Only thing that upset me was that the lady working the desk when people leave checked our arms for matching stamp numbers and it turned out everyone of us had the exact same number even though we came in at different times(about 15 minutes apart from a few from our group). That defeats the purpose of using those stamp things. Anyone there could have walked out with our children. They need to retrain the person/people that run the door when people come in or something. All of our stamps should not have matched.

I would suggest that nobody ever do a birthday party there they want to know how many kids and the party and they only give them two slices of pizza so when they tell you how many pieces you need remember theyre talking about slices and you have to pay for the adult he just extra I would rather go to CiCis pizza with a buffet and not have to deal with all the games yes the games are free that was the only good thing about the whole experience

Kids had a blast

Crowded as expected. Outdated. Bathrooms are a mess. It’s hard to tell who works there and who don’t because of the dress code. The workers are not very friendly. However this is a place for the younger audience and that being said, my child enjoyed the hell out of this place. We brought him here for his birthday and the smile on his face made it all worth it. I can honestly say that day was well spent as he is not big on crowds or strangers but he was talking and laughing and just having a really good time.

Rediculously expensive entertainment for kids but they have good specials and decent salad bar. But wish they could add some more ingredients.

Last time my little sister was here she hugged Chuckie and ended up with lice. I definitely wouldnt reccomend children hugging the characters, but I guess its fun if youre a kid. Wasnt dirty, so that was a plus, but we definitely wont be coming back.

Service could be better when it comes to being attentive to the restrooms as well as making it clear about how the tickets are earned for certain games. Should at least have two attendees at the ticket and ordering counters. It’s not too crowded during the week which means there shouldn’t be anyone standing in line for 15 minutes or so. Other than those things, great play to tire out the children; no matter the ages.
