I’ve only been once and will definitely be back! This hidden gem is only $1 (cash only, no change) and while you get what you pay for (equipment is dated, bathrooms only, no locker rooms/showers) I was surprised by the amount of equipment offered! Plus there are a variety of classes on their schedule that look like they have significant attendance. Looking forward to saving $ by canceling my gym membership!

Staff very personable. Its not overcrowded. As a woman Ive never felt uncomfortable and I can focus on my workouts.

The place is dated however you only pay $1 for entrance. If you follow the hours when people arent there the most, youll get in and get out. Win Win.

Chattanooga institution! Formally known as the Powerhouse Gym. I have been working out here since 98. Its not the most expansive or modern but for $1 it gets the job done.

I had a good workout.

It only costs a dollar each time you go. No contracts, no memberships. Equipment is a little old but for a dollar you cant beat it. Plus they offer classes which again, is only $1

I believe that it would help if they have staff to help those that are unexperience and trying to figure out whats what but overall it was a great time with Chattanooga fitness center

Ive actually been going there for about 7 years since I moved back from Memphis I love the people they are so friendly and the trainers are awesome highly recommended

Love this gym

This is the dirtyest, nastiest, most grimey, best place to get a workout. Ralph Aaron is easily the most experienced trainer in a 100 mile radius. In fact your trainer has probably spied on him to steal his mojo. 1$ and free classes if your tough enough.
