The recliners and ability to drink alcohol obviously make this the best theater in Chattanooga. The prices are actually pretty decent as well.

Seats are comfy. Theatres are kept clean. Chimichurri tacos are awesome and they have alcohol. Staff is super helpful

Well maintained theater with lots great old fashioned movie style pictures on the walls. I really like this place. Very unique and a different style than the normal. Loved it and the movie I watched.

My favorite theater in Chattanooga! The reclining seats are very roomy and comfy, great for relaxing with a blanket during your movie. Theater is kept very clean which is a huge plus. Great tasting selection of alcoholic cocktails, food is also great! The only downside to this is that the seats fill up quickly, I suggest for an upcoming movie you pre order your tickets online a day or 2 in advance and get your seats reserved as this theater is always in high demand! I will always use this theater to see new movies.

Super comfy seating and above norm concessions. Not too loud of volume on the movies, and the staff swoop in quick to clean up anything. (Theyre pretty nice, too!)

The theater is nice. Seats are great (they recline) liqour is almost double what youd pay anywhere else (almost $13 for anything you get). Food isnt too bad for a theater. I do Matinee so tickets arent too bad. All in all its not a bad place.

Bar has been closed the last two times Ive been. Seriously, whats the point in being the theater with a bar and restaurant if you dont serve your customers? Like hello Im willing to pay for that $12 pint of beer... Food is eh, but you cant expect too much. Chairs are comfy, thats why its two stars and not one

Friendly service, good theater seats, seats are always clean when we see a movie. The 5 star review is for the exceptional service I received when I left my wallet in the theater. The manager went and looked for it himself after I told him I left it, and he came back in a few minutes letting me know he found it and that I could come back and get it. Nice!!

Decent Theater. Its kinda small, but that just means youre not going to be stampeded getting out. Theyve got decent refreshments. Im 99% certain that they do sell beers and wines, if thats your thing. Nice enough place. Seats recline.

Great theatre. Clean with electric reclining seats. Friendly staff and of course good concessions. This is my personal favorite place to watch a movie. If your cold natured, bring a lite jacket. Me? I always burn up so this theatre is nice and cool!

We enjoy this theatre often. Really enjoy the comfortable reclining seats but the theatre itself is cleaner than the average and the staff is helpful and friendly. We havent ordered the food yet but may have to do that based on the good reviews.

Very nice remodeled older theatre with bar and reclining seats. The popcorn was wonderful. The seats are very comfortable and adjust to whatever position you wish.

The seats are what makes this place.The food, although VERY expensive, is nothing more than concession stand food and you wait too long for it, in my opinion. My spicy chicken puck sandwich was served on a thick, stale bun and the paper was still on the cheese. Skip the sandwiches and get the overpriced nachos or popcorn. Also, you can only get one refill for a large drink.Nevertheless, I will continue to keep this theater as my favorite because of the super comfy seating, ease of access, close proximity to the mall, and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Very rude customer service. walked up to the counter and was greeted with “what do you need” then after we bought the tickets she walked away when we were still ordering popcorn. other than that, great place!!

Parking was relatively close and accessible during a very busy showtime, on a Saturday, and being for an extremely popular, new release movie. Using online tickets and rewards with the Regal app was quick and easy as well, taking us almost no time to get in, along with the concession stand staff being very helpful making that process relatively fast, especially considering how busy it was. The seating inside was amazing; reclining with cushioned seats along with plenty of room for you and the kids, all topped with the movie production and acoustics being top notch, too. Well definitely go back - thanks, Regal!

Includes a bar now on top of normal movie concessions... Standard recliner and assigned seating is a major plus! The audio mix in my movie was a bit underwhelming, but all else was great.

My boyfriend and I took my girls and granddaughter to see Spies on Disguise at the 130 showing...we were sold the 4:00 showing but was told to go the theater 3 which was actually for the movie Cats Needless to say while the seating was very comfortable, this is NOT what we paid to see.... we were refunded our money and given passes for a later day. This was not the way this day should have gone.

This is my favorite theater in town. I like the reclining seats, but I wish there were love seat options too. The price of food is exactly what youd expect, but the drinks at the bar are surprisingly fairly priced. I want to try a frozen rum and coke the next time I go.

Loved watching Rush: Cinema Strangiato!The theater was decent. It was hot in our auditorium. Honestly, the front row sucked. Its way too close to the screen.The sound was good. The picture was a little choppy.Overall, nice. Well attend again next year!

The reclining chairs are nice, but it isnt stadium seating and each seat is directly behind the other. So if someone is sitting in front of you and you recline, youll get an excellent view of the back of the persons head in front of you.

Loved this stand-alone theatre! Convenient location with ample parking and friendly staff. The reclining theater seating made all the difference in the world to enjoyably sit through a 2 and a half hour movie. As usual, concession prices were way too expensive, but overall, we certainly enjoyed our family matinee movie. A definite place to return.

Thanks to Google it was easy enough to find, but my GPS could not take me to the door. Great place for a movie and had a bar inside. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the mall.

Went to see Jumanji last night and it was pretty funny, but there is a problem lately: about a year ago, the previews and commercials they were running before the movie started were kept between 15 and 20 minutes, but yesterday it was exactly half hour. This is not a good sign.

I love this theatre. Its updated, clean, and the manager is so friendly. I dont like the feature of picking your seat before entering, but I get it. A lot of theatres do this now.

Great seats. Needs better control of disruptive behavior from some patrons. Cleaning between viewing times should be done more diligently.Prices are always a bit higher than anywhere else in town.Overall its a decent place to see a movie, but dispite the added expense, youre still subjected to the same disruptions you get at less expensive theaters.

I recommend this to everyone that loves to unwind and want a ultimate movie experience! They have recliners people! I make a habit of getting myself some popcorn and a bar drink when I go and I am never disappointed! Forget strangers arms touching you or someone kicking your seat. This place has aisles and spacing big enough to avoid all the negatives of the movie theater experience!

Hadnt been to this theater before and the recliners were great. The sound was good, too, and I didnt freeze to death. Then I really enjoyed the movie. Couldnt ask for better!

Regal Hamilton Place—Chatt is my fav theater of choice. You’re greeted with smile, selected seats are so comfy, and movie area is always clean. My fav guy that helps with my popcorn treat is Josh. He remembers me and goes the extra mile to make sure my popcorn is fresh with plenty of butter. So to Josh Five Stars and Keep Shining brightly.

Im here right now and i purchased a large popcorn but its cold. And when i asked for a freash one they said they cant give me one. If i knew id get old popcorn i wouldnt have bought it. Its rediculous to pay for popcorn and its not even warm...

Was standing outside for 15 minutes waiting for the rest of the family to arrive and was told (she stomped all the way outside to me interrupting my call with family) by the female white brunette mgr that there is no loitering. Even after explaining what movie we’d already bought tickets for and that our family would only be a few more minutes to join, with pursed lips, and narrowing eyes, she threatened to call the cops for loitering if I did not leave. How do people that randomly hate on others (and abuse the tiny bit of power they have) end up with jobs in customer service?

Its our preferred theater now. Comfy recliner chairs and assigned seats. Buy your tickets online ahead of time and youll get a better choice of seats. They serve alcohol and a better snack selection than most theaters too.

Love this place. All the theaters have reclining seats. They have a regular menu if you want real food and they serve adult beverages if thats your thing. I like to reserve my seat ahead of time so I always sit where I want instead of getting the close up seats when I get there. I highly recommend you take that approach. Service is great and friendly. I have no complaints about this place.

This is the only theater my husband and I will go to. Friendly staff and we LOVE the reclining seats. Prices are outrageous for the snacks but its that way everywhere.

Definitely my favorite movie spot. We drive up from Georgia to see special screening here and the occasional regular released film. Never had a bad experience.

The two star review I’m leaving is for our most recent visit only . This theater is run well, the food service is good, reclining seats are very comfortable. We have attended a number of times in the past and enjoy the experience.But .. we attended the 12:55pm showing of Mary Poppins on Christmas day, and it was physically uncomfortable to sit in the front row. The front row contained the only available seats when we purchased tickets. I did assume they wouldn’t be the best but to watch the movie was actually physically painful to your neck. At a normal theater this might be expected but this theater markets it’s comfortable reclining chairs and above average food service. The screens are small while tickets prices are high so the entire reason theatres like this one exist is for comfort. With the chairs fully reclined it was still impossible to enjoy the movie and from the side seats the picture was blurry. The front row of seat should not exist. If they are retained the price should be a third of what the other seats are and should have disclaimer when ordering the tickets of the horrible view.

It was clean. The staff was polite. They have a bar but Im not sure what drinks are served. They have very comfortable seats. There are 4 designated handicap seats ONLY for wheelchair customers. My mom was very comfortable watching the movie I had to wake her up in mid movie.In re snacks...The big tub of popcorn is enough for a family of 4 while the largest drink (52 ounces) is enough for 3 people. Spiderman wasnt that bad.

Nice reclining seats. Nice food and beverage selection. Cant give 5 stars because the Theaters dont have the Name of the Movie thats playing in them or at what time just the number of the Theater. Then when you ask a staff member which Theater your Movie is playing in, they dont know.

The Regal Cinema is a great place to catch the latest movies, but with one small exception. The wait time for food can be a bit longer than desired. I recommend arriving early if you want more than just popcorn and a drink. Otherwise an excellent place to view movies!

We go to Regal 8 at least twice a month. My boys all like the reclining seats. I like the the assigned seating. I always use my AARP card for a discount on popcorn with soda. The small coke is large enough for my husband and I to share. Price is a little higher but the men think it is worth the money.

This is the only movie theater in the area that you can have a beer or another alcoholic drink while you watch your movie. My favorite part is, without a doubt, the seats. You can lean all the way back and theres a leg rest as well. The seats are very comfortable as well. Easily a top notch theater.I will not hesitate to watch most, if not all of my movies here.

Prices are decent. Love the reserve seating so you dont have to rush to get a seat downfall is you have to plan ahead. Bring a blanket if you get cold easily. The recliner seating is amaze balls. The bar inside is a really nice addition to a date night. Would give 5 stars only because if you have a spur of the moment date night youll get stuck with a bad seat location..

Our first time here and we were very pleased! The seats were super comfy and it was great to get to really lean back and relax to watch the movie. It seemed super clean and the staff were nice. The womens restroom was very tiny and cramped though.

This is not deaf people friendly. Even tho they do have close captions services but 99% of the time it never works and waste your time running back and forth to get it work but whats the point youre missing out movie. They will not refund your ticket. Deaf people/ family dont waste your time in the place. They do not even inspect the device to make sure everything is working properly.Might as well wait till the dvd is release then use the close caption like we always been for years

They still have prob the least updated theatre in town but they at least put in reclining seats. I didnt like it that you have to pick seats ahead of time.

This place is awesome!! They have electric recliners, great concessions, and a great atmosphere. They also have a bar with adult drinks, and a fairly decent menu including actual restaurant style food. The staff was very pleasant, and very polite.On a side note....This place has actual Coke fountain drinks. Not that nasty Coke Freestyle system like AMC Theaters. That was a HUGE plus for me!!

Also offers a bar for adult beverages, and if you have to walk in late... This Regal Cinema location has recently been renovated. They now have a large menu of food and drink selections. But, their biggest plus and selling point is they now have large reclining seats-almost like a Lazy Boy type recliner. Their theaters are smaller and dont have as many seats because of the new large reclining seats so if its a new or popular movie, get your tickets quickly. The temperature of the theater was too warm for us and other patrons and the first 2 rows of seats are too close to the screen. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Top tier service (professional dress, genuine politeness, fast and accurate service). They have more than just mainstream popcorn and fountain drinks. With everything from tacos to cheesecake, this place has wonderful food with fair prices (their pizzas are truly good, not to mention the manager made it for me himself). Their bar has a great selection as well. I cant see myself enjoying other movie theaters more than this one.

This is one of the nicest theaters in Chattanooga, with big reclining seats, and even offering alcoholic drinks and a larger food menu than most! However, if there is a new movie youre really wanting to see, I would recommend getting your tickets ahead of time. The individual theaters are small and with the large (super comfy) seats, there is less seating available. Tickets go fast! But definitely worth it.

First time back to this theater since its remodeling. The bar and restaurant style food where a surprise. The staff were friendly, and helpful. The best part was the chairs! Suffice it to say, this will be the only theater I go to from now on!
