Took my daughters here to explore. It was fun finding the archery range because this isnt something we see very often. We found some berry bushes all over and took pictures to identify later. My girls had a blast running around on the playground. Love the bridge and walking path around the lake, and my girls loved all the little fish they saw. Would love to come back again!

Its a great playground for kids of all ages and lots of trails to go for a walk. Its very peaceful with the large water fountain and the bridge over the water.

Firemans Park is always a great place to detox from the day. A good place for families and friends to gather for a picnic, celebrating etc.

This was a nice park to spend the day at. It has a beach with lifeguards, park, splash pad area. Paddle boat rental, trail to walk around the lake and fishing. Large grass area for picnics. Concession stand had reasonable prices for a cheap lunch, picture of prices below. Would highly recommend this park. Lots of things to do for many different age groups.

The beach looked nice, and fairly weed free. I have not swam in it though. There is plenty of fishing to be had, and you can pretty much fish around the entire lake. The bass are gigantic! Millions of sunnys to catch. If you can catch the gold fish you will be the coolest. My boy even caught a fish soo big it stole his rod. No joke!! It was laying on the ground for 30 seconds and then off into the water to the depths of the lake. Also has a bug playground for kids, also a water platform.

Firemens park includes a splash pad, playground, Open swim beach. It was perfect Stop for a Hot day! Lifeguards are stationed at the beach area. There is a Snack shack and many Shaded areas and tables. Beautiful park area and Walking path on the foot bridge.

Visited last Sunday for the first time perfect night great place to swim photo opp , picnic.

My 8 year old caught her first fish tonight, a Sunny. Followed up by this bullhead. A great time was had by all.

Our children love Firemans Park! Its a great park for children with lots if variety for fun.

Clean, fun place to take the family for a picnic. Lots of fun activities to do.I recently took my family there for a picnic. We eat and then played at the park. After we went for a walk across the bridge over the pond. A goose decided he wanted to tag along in the water right beside us, during our walk. The kids loved it. Looked at fish, saw turtles, and made a friend with a goose.

I love coming here to walk around and enjoy a little slice of nature. Its always fun to look for the big snapping turtles and the fish.

Ever since the new curling center was finished, the city of Chaska put a lot of money into the surrounding area and the old firemens park has been completely overhauled and updated. Its become a big hot spot in town to hang out. With a new playground, splash pad, concession stand, walking trails, a new foot bridge, and BBQ grills. Even on the dullest day, you could hang out in this park all day long. Catch some fish, go swimming, catch some sun, or even feed some ducks. Whatever you like to do outdoors, can be done here!

Fairly nice park but when it was remodel most of the mature shade tees where removed. So if it is a hot summer day be ready for the sun.

Great park for the whole family. The two play sets are great, separating an area for toddlers and an area for school-age Kids. The park is well maintained and has adequate restrooms. Once the splash pad is turned on for the year, the park experience will be complete.

Wonderful spot to spend time with family

This is a very awesome and attractive park. Theres a swimming hole and board walk that surrounds the majority of the water area. Theres plenty of fish to go fishing and recreational activities available such as a paddle boat. Theres the crooked pint ale house to grab a brew and a bit to eat which is also attached to the curling center. Theres a nice play ground and a land fountain to play in and cool off from the mist. The reason I give four stars Id because of all the trash and toys in the water. Clean up after yourselves people-We only have one earth.

Beautiful park with Boardwalk walking trails, about a half a mile. Playgrounds for the kids. A skating rink / skating track .Great great job Chaska. !!!!!!Superb way to honor your fireman. The building has a curling Center and a ale pub.

Splash Deck is lots of fun, but does get very crowded on hot days. Pretty nice public restrooms, very nice playground & beach with lifeguards.Best part might be being able to buy ice cream cones.

This park is absolutely wonderful! It is super clean and beautiful and there are a surprising variety of things to do here. We visited at night after dark, and the whole park was so lit up with lights that we had a great time playing at the playground and walking on the board walk around the lake. We also set in one of the many swinging chairs and just looked over the lake. It was very peaceful and lovely. Theres also a cute little swimming beach with paddle boats. Right now the beach is closed because of the water being bad, but when its open Im sure its a great place. Overall an awesome park and I highly recommend it.

Nice swim area and playground. Also has concession stand with hot dogs/pizza at reasonable price. Also the curling center is right next to the park with a bar/restaurant if you want to cool off.

If you have kids, wonderful playgrounds. A bar for food and drinks. Did not stop in, but they have a mini Boardwalk that walks over a small pond that was pretty nice. A few benches to sit on to look at the water. A place for band to set up outside. Also some historical information about Chaska and Chaska brick.

Great place to spend summer afternoon

A nice community park with a good variety of things for the kids. There are 3 playground areas and swimming in the lake that has lifeguards in the designated area. It also has the type of fountains that come out of the concrete with colored lights that the kids can play in. They have paddle boat rental and a place that you can get ice cream and snacks. Nice restrooms. Plenty of on site parking. There is a wide foot bridge that crosses the lake. Ive seen tons of minnows and people fishing, but I doubt that there would be many fish of a descent size. On the opposite side of the lake there is a trail where you can get a bit of nature with a lot of natural fauna, squirrels, a rabbit now and then. Occasionally there are wild geese. Mostly geared toward preteen kids.

Beautiful and quite park. I always stop by when going to or coming from downtown Chaska.

Very nostalgic. Ive been going there since I was a little kid. It was nice to take my niece and nephew on a picnic there.

This is an amazing park and its just beautiful. The park is clean and theres so many activities. The park is a blast during the summer. Theres a mini splash pad, play ground, food and a gorgeous view of the lake.

We go to a lot of different parks, this is probably our favorite. There is something for us all. The lake, multiple playgrounds, an archery range, paddleboats, the concession stand, and plenty of bench swings to watch ducks!

Beautiful place to spend an evening with the family especially if you have kids. There are two very well maintained playgrounds, lots of swings, and a beach. You can stroll around the pond on a path that is partly paved, partly wooden. There is also a fun splash pad with ever-changing fountains and sprays of water for the kiddos.

This is our favorite park. My 5 love this park. Has it all. Two different playgrounds for ages. There is swimming and splash pad. The walking path and ample grass area to run kids is awaesome too. My kids love looking at all the fish in the water as we walk the path.

Ever since this park has been renovated, it has been a must for us during the summer months! I love the options (fishing, walking, splash pad/fountains, playground & small beach) so everyone could easily enjoy something. Its also nice that they have refreshments at decent prices or you have the option of going to the Crooked Pint. Its also FREE to play!

I love firemans park! Walking around the Boardwalk and checking out the wild life is my favorite- sooo many Turtles :) ...but it could use some cleaning up, I hate seeing pop cans floating on the sides of the water , so sad. Get on top of it City of Chaska !

The park is soooo amazing after the upgrades! Just so sad the big trees are gone. The play equipment is spot on and the walkways are fantastic! I really enjoyed watching the seasons change from the middle of the clayhole without getting wet!

Such a fun place for those young and old. Our 2yr old loves having the chance to choose to play on the beach or sandbox when your 2yr old talks about it, to playing in the water and the playground. One of his favorite places to go.

Excellent place to bring the kids. Large park, splash pad, beach, and food/ice cream vendor. Lake is extremely stocked with fish so easy to catch fun for the kids, although I wouldnt eat anything out of this lake.

Great for all ages and families. Playground and bridge boardwalk, picnic tables, pond, family fun and restraunt and curling center right there in dow town. Parking was never filled up completley but is busy and easy to walk to park

A really great party for families. There is a nice swimming beach, a water pad thing with jets that have lights and change patterns, and concessions. My only gripe is with some of the people. They were letting trash and plastic blow into the lake. The place itself is great though.

Beautiful layout for the curling center. The park is very kid friendly. Even in the winter when the lake is frozen you can go ice skating and a walk. Chaska did a wonderful job revamping this park
