Got there about three, it wasnt crowded. service is typically good. the bill was average for the menu. food and atmosphere reminds me of kansas city.

Very fun atmosphere. Great music. Filled with people having a good time. This is a place where you can chill and/or go crazy.

I got catfished by a date here, but the vibe and music were so good I stayed for one drink before leaving. Very casual place with good people.

I really like Tilt the few times that I went. The drinks are always great! The atmosphere is relaxed. The bar area is always clean and I liked the music that they played while I was there. I went right after New Years and was given some free merchandise so that was a plus too! I would definitely come back!!!

This place was pretty cool. If you’re looking for a very bar like atmosphere nothing to do but socialize though the music is horrendously loud, and there’s only a tiny space for dancing, this is it. They have two bars which was cool but didn’t seem to speed up the ability to get a drink. They had five bouncers outside the door which seemed excessive, and were kind of rude but still did their job. It’s a good spot to include if you’re bar hopping but not to stay all night.

Casual bar with beer pong, decent drink specials and a full bar. Usually crowded on the weekends with nice outdoor space for when the weather is nicer. Usually a younger crowd (25 - 35).

Disappointing drinks, fratty vibe, somehow got roped into a singles party when all we wanted was to smoke cigs and drink on the patio. instead we dealt with lonely dudes thinking we were speed dating.

Fun place Spring-Fall when the outside area is open.

You could consider this a dive bar, but its way better than that. There is a great outdoor space, its small but it works. The DJs they have are always amazing. One of my go to places for drinks and dancing thats not a club.

Extremely unsafe bar with a horrible staff. They left their basement staircase open with no warning, in a dark crowded bar, causing me to fall through it. I’m not one to cause a scene but when I told the manager he didn’t even apologize, all I got asked is if I want a bandaid. I was the designated driver so i wasn’t even drinking, but imagine an actual intoxicated person tumbled down the stairs. Horrible experience, definitely a place to be careful in.

Both times Ive been its been insufferably white. No one would dance, even though the music was good! Maybe Ive just been there during off days (are Saturdays off for them?), but the atmosphere has yet to impress me. Drinks were decent. Also, the shape of the bar is off-putting to me. You HAVE to push past people to get to the other side regardless of of its crowded or not! Sometimes I just dont want people touching me. I think if they rearranged it would help a lot. They have a really neat back room with tables that isnt (last I checked) used for much. Ill come back sometime to see if I have a different experience.

I have been to Tilt three times now. Most of the bar staff are pro. My bill has been fair at all times regardless of...sobriety. Its easy to tip these guys 20% because the booze flows strong and the security is on point. Music varies but the dj does take requests so no complaints there. Smoking area could be a little larger, but I am not complaining. Thank you owner for a great spot to hang out uptown!

Tilt is a great dive bar concept in uptown. Cheap drinks, friendly people, no frills. Its unique to uptown where craft cocktails and local beer are dominating the scene.Tilt is a nice alternative when you just want to enjoy yourself and relax in an unpretentious atmosphere.

If you want a great and easy place to grab a drink, tilt is the place to go. The bartenders are super friendly and always get your check right, not to mention the men Who staff the door are, bar-none the best. Whether you work in the service industry or not, tilt is a great place to go have a drink and perhaps meet the love of your life.

My only quell with this place is the fact you cant set your drink down for a 10 seconds before the security guy is clearing it of the table. Probably a good way to get people to buy more drinks but dang!!!

This place was possibly the best place Ive visited so far. The drinks were great, the music selection was shaky but expected for the environment. The crowd was a mix bag, which, I like. The games where entertaining and they had karaoke. If you are looking for a place to loosen the tie and chill with good people and strong drinks then this is the spot.

TILT is a very entertaining venue where you can participate in bingo quizzes to earn rewards, raffle drawings, play a game of Darts, listen to a wide variety of music, & enjoy a out on the town. The staff makes you feel like your in the company of family @ a reunion. Really great place to visit if your ever in the downtown area of Charlotte NC

One of our favorite late night spots in CLT off Trade Street - walking distance from the Epicentre. Recently renovated the back bar and looks great! Weekends get shoulder to shoulder, but maybe thats how you like it! ;) Love Tilt

This place is hard not to like....at first glance you dont think it is anything special, it even kind of looks like a dive. But if you go a few times you will find that the staff and owners are so fantastic you just want to come back. There always seems to be some sort of event or something going on that makes the night fun. Drinks are reasonable for uptown and music is pretty good. It gets packed late night so get there early if you like a quieter atmosphere. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite place, well use to be up until the bar manager Brandon was off work one night and drank himself into a rage at his own bar one night and completely disrespected some of the regulars that go in there multiple times a week. Brandon has zero respect for others, under poor drinks, has a cocky self centered attitude and really no direction in how to properly manage a bar. I hope this wont be an issue for long. People that work at a bar make the bar and it is the main reason people come back. I pray this Brandon loser doesnt cost them anymore businesse...

This place is the best!! Not only is this a great and fun location, but the owner and staff are fabulous and caring people. The night of my wedding we lost power at our venue down the street from Tilt. Tilt not only welcomed us with open arms, but they opened up their private room in the back, sent cars to pick everyone up, then bought everyone a drink and a shot upon arrival.They did all of this without expecting much from us in return being that we brought our wine and beer from the wedding reception with us. I would recommend Tilt to anyone whos looking to have a great time and be treated well for a night out in Charlotte!

I had no clue what to expect with Tilt, but I must say Im pretty surprised. Ive been here a few times, and the crowd has been a big mix so far. The saff is friendly, and the bouncer Andy is extremely good looking ;).They do have a lot of drink specials. The last time I went they were having a 1-2-3 special where my vodka tonic was only $2.Right now the back area is covered, but they do have yard jenga back there and a beer pong table as well as some rocking chairs to sit on.
