Awesome venue with ample space for large crowds. Every seat in the venue and even the lawn has a good view since the seating is elevated the farther from the stage. If you want to spend a little extra to skip lines at the restrooms and refreshments - get the VIP pass, which will give you access to another area with less people.

PNC Music Pavilion is a bit out of the way but still not too far from major restaurants in Concord. Go early to avoid parking in the farthest lots. Expect heavy traffic waits. Prices are a bit much ($5 for a bottle of water?!?!?) Be sure to eat/drink before going. View is good anywhere under the roof and the huge roof fans create a comfortable breeze.

We see about 4 to 5 shows at this venue a year, and its always a good time... Parking is average, but the seating, concession lines, and staff are all solid... We usually sit under the pavilion, and the sound quality is exceptional, and they added large ceiling fans last summer to help keep it cooler... The interesting thing is, that everyone enters at the back middle of the venue - and then for some reason, 90% of the people go to the left to walk around to the seating entrances... Try going right next time, as all of the lines for beverages, food trucks, and restrooms are MUCH shorter on the right side... Great place to see a show - like Iron Maiden this past Monday night...

Great sound system, the view outstanding. But the parking sucks and the people are very rude due to the parking. Its ridiculous in this venue for anyone to leave and there is no guidance for security leave. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. I appreciate the show. However, I will never come back to this location ever again. I have zero patience for rudeness. Sorry.

We had a blast!! There was a thunder storm and pouring rain prior to the show. We were allowed to go sit in the seats under the shelter. As a precaution, they shut down all of the food vendors until the storm moved away. Sat on the lawn. Watching drunk or high people try to dance. I noticed that there were maybe a few Latinos there. (Im not being a racist. Just an observation.) The Doobie brothers and Santana were awesome!!

Fun Pavilion with a fantastic food and drink area. A handful of craft beers, wine and a decent selection of food that is not your standard venue food. Guacamole and chips, Chicken tenders, etc. If you go and it is going to be full it might be worth getting preferred lawn seats and ALWAYS pay for VIP parking. Youll get out an hour earlier.

I was so impressed how this facility was laid out. Between the vendors selling merchandise, food vendors, designated areas for eating or smoking. How well organized the whole event was during the show. Loved that they had so many large screens to watch the event. I got tickets for Elle King, Joan Jett & the Black Hearts & Heart themselves.

Very nice venue! Whether youre sitting in the seats, or just up on the grass, the view of the stage is great, and the sound quality is good. This venue is very well set up.The layout of the concession stands, restrooms, and other booths was very well planned. This makes for easy navigation. The parking lot could use some work, but over all the venue seems to be very well taken care of, and is clean. I would not hesitate to return here.

A nice breeze, sunset, a drink and listening to your favorite artist live is something special. VIP servers are dedicated and awesome. Id give 10 stars if I could

Good concert venue. Its a nice amphitheater and a lot of great musicians play here. Its kind of a cluster you know what getting in and out of the place (driving) but thats to be expected at any concert venue. They allow tailgating and its always fun to arrive early, listen to music from the car speakers, set up some chairs, and hang out with friends and passer-bys. They have a lot of food vendors here (pricy but that is expected at concerts, right?). Theres lots of seating for an amphitheatre. Its a great place for concerts and they always are working to keep it clean throughout the shows. Its a bit hard to get around for people in wheelchairs as there are so many inclines/hills, thats the only downfall. Otherwise, good place to catch a show.

Tremendous venue with excellent sound system and large screens for viewing the entertainment from any angle. Restrooms are plenty, but a distance for those with little patience Beer and wine sales are convenient, as well as liquor sales. Good quality eats consists of the usually and typical pub foods. We had a great experience here for a good reason. All of the complaints I have read are about the heat and parking. Those people are the ones who sat outside the pavilion in the grass. If you are able to, I recommend VIP seating and VIP parking. We pulled right in, didnt have to walk far to get into the arena. We were not burning up hot under the shelter because of the huge fans. With VIP parking there were people directing traffic and it was only a half hour before we were on our way. The concert was great! Also they had port o potties that actually flushed! Great experience Worth the extra money.

Attended the decision America event here at the PNC Pavilion on 10-12 2019. Getting in and parking was great. The facility is very nice. People are very friendly. At least for this particular event they were very friendly. They might be specialty personnel. But I dont know. A nice venue for a concert. However, as I speak, exiting the place is quite a mess. As I speak, weve been sitting in the parking lot for almost half an hour and have not yet moved. Are we think that at a place like this where theyve had multiple large events, the exiting would be more efficient.
