Was not sure I wanted to join a boat club or buy my own boat - so glad I decided to join this particular club. From ownership down to the staff that works with you on a regular basis, everyone is top notch and makes you feel like you are the only client. Boats are new and clean, you can reserve boats at Lake Wylie or Lake Norman and they are working to open new locations in other areas throughout the Carolinas. There are plenty of boats at each location so you will rarely run in to a situation where you cant get a boat. As an added bonus, if you travel at all, there are locations in Florida as well. We took a boat out in Naples, FL and were able to explore the area while on vacation - huge bonus! If you are thinking about joining a boat club, I highly recommend Destination Boat Clubs.

Awesome boating experience!! The best!You get to enjoy all the fun of boating while they do all the work. Seriously ... you just walk on and walk off when you use one of the many boats you can choose from.The staff is extremely accommodating and work hard to ensure your time with them is easy and fun. Staff support is top notch!!I discovered the club as I was getting ready to buy a boat, and so happy I did before I made that commitment. This option is great if you want a variety of boats to use and no worries of maintenance or storage. Just worry free boating on the lake.

Dave is fantastic and I am so happy with our decision to join Destination Boat Club. The boats are beautiful. They are well taken care of. The staff is phenomenal. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable. I love that we are treated like FAMILY!

We recently joined Destination Boat Clubs and live close to the Lake Wylie Marina location. I have found the whole experience easy and fun, from sign up, through training and now to simply enjoying our time using the boats! We have our 4th trip already set for this week and have reserved our first outing on Lake Norman next week. Dave and his crew are professional and extremely helpful (Ed has been great at Lake Wylie especially) and when I tell my friends about this experience they cannot believe it can be this simple! It is! I recommend it highly!

We sold our Lake James property last year and looked into moving our old boat to Lake Wylie. When we added the real dollars of maintaining, docking, repairing, insurance and taxes to the anxiety of all that, we considered a boat club. We looked into all of them and by far, DBC was a no-brainer. We chose DBC because of the personal touch (our new family), the new boats, the ratio, the locations (both LKN and LKW as well as vacation locations) and the cost. David has assembled an amazing, caring team and we just cant wait to start our relaxing boat season this year. Not sure what it will be like to just jump on a brand-new boat, fire it up and take off. And when you come back, grab your stuff and hand them the key. Totally excited we picked Destination Boat Club Carolinas.

Best decision we could have made!!! Was very nervous about learning how to drive a boat but within minutes captain Dave had me confident and ready to enjoy our time out on the lake. The staff makes you feel like family! The club frees up so much more time to spend with family and friends since whatever boat we choose it is always ready to go and when we return they are always there to meet us. no maintenance or prep work before and after our trips....

This is our third summer with the club and we love it. First off, the concept is great: all the perks of owning a boat without the insurance, storage, or maintenance. No boat dock or fuss at the end of the day. Having grown up knowing the drill of wiping down and drying off the boat, when all you want to do is get home, it’s great now getting to do just that— pull up to the marina and head out.The reservation system is fair and simple, and owner Dave has been great whenever we have a special occasion request or are dealing with spotty weather. Our safety and happiness are clearly his top priorities.We had researched other clubs in the area but chose Destination because of their pricing, and honestly, Dave. He’s passionate and knowledgeable and that makes for a positive experience for us as members.

Destination Boat Club is easily the best boating experience in the Carolinas. For an affordable monthly fee that is very comparable to a boat payment we get all the perks of having a boat with none of the headaches like maintenance, insurance, etc. The owner and employees are incredibly passionate and dedicated and make the members feel like family. The owner himself took us out on one of the boats make sure we were comfortable and knew everything we needed to. Reserving the boats is simple and the employees make getting to and from the dock a breeze. I cannot say enough good thing about Dave and his crew. Do not miss out on this.

Excellent club and fun for the family. The other members and the staff are like an extended family and they give top end training too for new boaters. We always love our time on the water and they make it so easy. I love not having to get a boat ready, gassed up and on the lake. Show up with my cooler and they even help load our stuff on the boat. And when we are done they take care of fueling it back up and cleaning the boat. Saves me a ton of money on storage, cleaning and insurance and boat payments.

We have been wanting to join a boat club for years. We have checked out many in the area, but when we met Dave at the Home and Garden show in Charlotte, we knew that this was the place for us. We wanted the ability to rent pontoon boats, ski boats, kayaks etc. without the hassle of owning, paying slip fees, cleaning, storage etc. Dave and his team are fantastic, making every outing so enjoyable. From the easy online reservations, personally meeting us at the dock and helping us with our coolers etc, to any changes or special accommodations, they have been the best. Dave and his family have become our family. They go above and beyond to make your experience a great one!!

These guys are incredibly professional. From start to finish they give you the best Boats the lowest number ratio quality quality service. Dave and his guys go way above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible time on the water. I researched all the boat clubs out there by far these guys are the best and they’re not as expensive as the other clubs as well. They offer way more amenities for a lower price you get the kayak JetskI, cruise it’s really awesome..

This is our third year in the club and could not say enough great things! Dave the owner makes the club feel like a family. The boats are clean, there is a good variety, and have all of the “bells and whistles”; and most importantly the customer service is top notch. My family really looks forward to boating season so we can get out on the water and Dave and his team have us covered!

My family and I are new members (3 months) to Destination Boat Club Carolinas and we couldnt be happier! We did A LOT of homework before choosing a club (actually 2 years worth!) and when we found Captain Dave and his crew we knew we had found home. From the very beginning, they made us feel like more than members, they made us feel like part of a family. Even we almost didnt join because of personal issues, they were there to support us and work with us to achieve our goals. Captain Dave and his crew have exceeded our expectations in every way and we are so excited for all the fun and happiness that the future brings with the great people at Destination Boat Club Carolinas!

I have searched long and hard for the perfect boat club. After reviewing all of them it was clear who was by far the best. Destination Boat Clubs Carolinas hands down has way more for way less. They treat you like you are family from the moment you meet. Dave is for sure a hands on operator who treats you like GOLD. I will recomend this for every type of person...5 Stars arent enough.!!!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!
