This location had exactly what I needed. I was able to place my order online and then pick it up. Michaels is a great craft store and has tons of options for the young and older.

A good place to come for craft supplies, including photo frames, artificial flowers for arrangements and some art supplies. This location needs a face lift because of its age, and it isnt very large, but they still keep it stocked well enough. Very few employees around to help with questions, but the ones there were certainly friendly and helpful.

Great selection and clean/well organized. I was amazed at how long the line got, one cashier; and she didnt call for help! Another employee was near by on a tablet, I guess; not trained on the cash register!

I got the colored pencils and textured paper I wanted. Too bad there wasnt the set of colored pencils specific for skin tones.

I love coming here looking for frames for the unusual items I have purchased over the years. Shadow boxes, album frames, poster frames, Sports boxes for displaying autographed items, etc. They do have just about anything you need for making crafts as well. Although, I am not a crafty person.

Very bad customer service at this location.I bought canvas for BOGO online & store pickup, I got confirmation, I went to pick up & they gave me just one canvas saying we are out of stock. Why did they confirm my order when they didn’t have stock. Just one checkout was open & Customer service was bad.I like shopping at Michaels but will never go to Arboretum location !!!

Michaels Craft Stores sent me a coupon for dollars off a $50 purchase. I found 10x18 frames $10 each, so I purchased 5. However, they werent ringing up correctly so the manager had to handle my transaction. After the manager adjusted the price, the coupon wouldnt work. Eventually, she realized that she needed to adjust the frames to the after-coupon price to correct my order. All of this was done very close to closing and couldve been avoided if the frames had rung up appropriately. Im grateful to the manager who undeterred by the obstacles, and left me pleased and satisfied with my purchase.

We got so many great deals after Christmas. I was shocked that they had more than just crafts. Clean restrooms as well.

Could have been better if they had more than ONE cashier. Lots of waiting for several people and the line got longer.

Their online pickup was super fast and smooth. I barely had to wait just a few minutes with a huge busy line at checkout. I always get my craft supplies here because I know they will be in stock and fairly priced.

Not a bad place to find some container or femo clay or some sort f thing that you can use to jazz up an interior of a room. You also can find all sorts of supplies here for random jobs that require a craft element to them. You really can actually have fun just coming in here and snooping around.

Great store, well stocked and employees are so incredibly helpful. They make sure you get your discount and informs you on how to save more. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I purchased some poster picture frames from this establishment order is ready within an hour went to the store picked up the frames and had a pretty nice experience at Michaels. Never been there before but actually found a lot of interesting things there that I could use for some of my projects. Wonderful staff very helpful very friendly

In the last few days I have been to two different Michaels. I went to the one in the Stonecrest shopping center and the other one in the Arboretum shopping center. I was surprised to find the same identical product at different prices.. one was $15.00 while the other store was selling the same thing at $20.00. I was able to get a good deal on yarn and was able to use a coupon from A C Moore.

We were looking for a particular sticker and were having trouble, an awesome young girl went right to it for us. We needed more and went to a 2nd store and service was just as great.

Nice craft store. Have wide range of items for those who are crafty. Recently rearranged cash out area inside and the store has much better flow! Like it a lot. They have a great kids program on Saturday mornings if your littles like crafts!

Loved the store the cashier sucked! Didnt tell us about the coupons that we could use and got mad when another customer told us about it and gabe us one to use. Customer service sucked!

Baking selection at Michaels is getting slimmer as far as variety brand colors and selection... Heard closing up shop for all Michaels locations soon.

Ive loved the Michaels concept for many years, dont get me wrong. But it seems to me that lately the stores (at least this one) has lost some of its focus on what made them great. They seem to be stocking more ready made decorations etc and reducing the amount of maker type stuff that I love to get on a whim.I still enjoy going there, but Ive noticed that I am increasingly not finding what I really came to look for, and end up getting something else, or just ordering online.

Got a lot of my wedding decor and bits from here. Love the 40 percent off coupons and they have a great selection of chalk boards.

Going out of business after Many, Many ,Many, years so sad so sad. Can you say missed.

Love it! Needed frames for graduation and they have even the odd sizes! Perfect!! Was well pleased. Also picked up some jumbo cupcake holders, they are very hard to find!!

Went in looking for a crafting tool box. Had to go over all the store to see all the options, as several variations of tool boxes were with each type of crafting supplies - paints, beading, etc - they each had their own area, and lets face it, theres a lot of overlap. Would have been much better if theyd all been centrally located. Oh yeah, and there are no sewing supplies at this Michaels.

Has almost everything and a friendly staff willing to help you out.

This place is SO dirty. I appears to have not been cleaned in years. Also, the employees try to avoid you. Everything is overpricedSince there is no employee help, you are way better off saving money and shopping on amazon

This is not the store for cupcake/cake makers. I figured since its in Ballantyne theres gotta be a good selection, but they sell the bare minimum to make your cakes... but nothing to store them in. When I asked the cashier where I could find cupcake boxes, he said everything you need is in this aisle and this aisle... no, not everything.

I wish you were in Fredericksburg TX or in Burnet TX

I forgot Michaels no longer carries fabric in stores; at least not the ones I go to. The website has it though by the yard. The physical store is always clean and when you can find staff theyre super helpful. Coupons are always a plus so be sure to sign up for the emails. Military gets discounts too. I actually had on hubbys old army hoodie and the girl said oh your military heres a discount. AWESOME!!!

Store has a great selection of items for crafts. Would be nice if they had more people on the floor that could help you find what you need so that you dont have to waste a whole lot of time searching in the wrong places.

I would give the staff at this location a negative number if Google had that rating. They would not let my 9 year old purchase something with her own cash . They said she wasnt old enough to make a purchase. Can you please post the age requirement s for this policy at your store. Last time in this store and probably at this company for sure. On our last visit we were making a return and they would not honor the price we paid due to the item was currently marked down, that is not my problem either. Not sure as a consumer I appreciate a company making up rules as they go. Just my two cents for what its worth. You have to make up your on mind.

Friendly staff. Clean and clutter free location. Parking can be difficult. They always have a nice selection of seasonal items. Be sure to print a coupon off before you go.
