Awesome location, great ambiance! Decent selection of beers and of course great coffee! I was there while they were testing cookie recipes and was able to sample some cookies and they were amazing as well so hopefully those will be made available soon!

The barista/bartender is absolutely awful. Extremely rude when I’ve been here. Maybe that’s why their dead most of the time. If you’re looking for some good coffee and nice service I recommend roots or Julia’s books and cafe!

My daughter had a superbowl party there, we were allowed to grill. Billy, the owner, helped us set up the outdoor grill.He also provided hamburgers. My daughter was allowed to bring in a DJ. There were televisions on the wall that we could view the game. Tasty looking drinks were sold at the bar. Very nice staff. Very nice venue and a very nice time.

I got some attitude here for ordering a Nitro coffee without ice, a drink normally served without ice. Bartender was insistent that I only get a half of a glass since I asked for it without ice. I complained about the weak pour and he said I should have ordered some liquor. Ive been here in the past with other bartenders though and gotten better service. Two stars!

Came here Wednesday with some friends to see my friends artwork.The area was chill and laid back. The DJ was playing R&B and came around asking customers for any special requests.The cute bartender was attentive to each customer and what tastes/ flavors they preferred. The bartender made a delicious margarita for one friend, and I enjoyed a coffee beer.Pictured is my friends artwork that is currently up.

I live right across the street from this place so the location is convenient. How can you not love a place that serves coffee AND alcohol and can also mix the two to make incredibly delicious drinks. Crown Station offers a great selection of beverages and has a very fun vibe to it!

Love Crown Station! Bartenders are great and fun, they are also big supporters of music so this venue is Great for live performances. Need to bring your own lighting as it is now, but its a great spot, with good sound too!

This was a cool venue, convenient to both the Sugar Creek station and the 36th Street station. I went to see Homeboy Sandman and Quelle Chris perform last Friday. I got a tall can of Sierra Nevada IPA for $5 which was sweet. I feel like this venue could use more seating, but I also get why theyd want to keep the floor open. I would definitely like to see more performances here. Its an intimate space, and I bet its SWEET in the summer.

Pretty chill place. Good music. Good atmosphere. Staff is friendly. It was clean. A big plus in my book. Only tried some beer, but Ill be trying more next time. As well as the coffee. Look forward to coming back.

Always a good time when I come here. Whether its house music or afropop playing theres always a good vibe on & off the dance floor. Ive only been there for evening events. Free parking & patio are a bonus. Drinks are what youd expect. Ill be back.

What a great time! Went in on a Saturday afternoon and had a Sexual Chocolate (drink, to be clear ). It was delicious. Ryan behind the bar always keeps things interesting. Ended up inviting some friends and spent ding most of the afternoon there. Definitely be coming back time and time again.

First time at this spot in Noda area. Very visible to see from the street and there is parking. Inside is a good space with a nice drink selection. Hope to see more events at this venue.

Great coffee shop during the day and bar during the night. Theyre a little slow during the day because (they only had one barista/bartender) but it was worth the wait. I love their coffee and the vibe of the place. Its a neighborhood gem.

My experience at crown station was least than pleasant this afternoon. I walked in and both employees did not acknowledge me even after i made eye contact with both gentleman. One was washing dishes looked up me and then proceed washing dishes and talking to customers at the bar. The only employee with long dark was fixing drinks so i wanted for him to walk to my side. He did not look up nor did he greet me as he fixed a drink so i finally asked who is working able to take my order he stated we are taking orders at the end of the bar. I’m not sure how that answers my question and it doesn’t negate that he stood in my face and didn’t acknowledge me until i spoke to him. He made the ice coffee but he forgot the flavor i asked for. He put Carmel syrup in a cup mixed with hot water and poured that into my coffee. This was My second or third time at crown station and i wasn’t satisfied with my drink or the service.

This place is awesome! It’s very unassuming and spacious and has a very laid back vibe. They have an excellent selection of craft beer, wine, and cocktails. The service is fantastic. The live jazz music on Monday nights is top notch! If you like a bar with more of a funky coffee house feel to it, this place is for you.

Had a good night. Went during film festival weekened. Unified souls were playing house music. It was a great event the vibe was so positive and fun. Keith David even popped in for a little bit.

Laid back cafe and bar for folks who are cool with folks being themselves. Ryan, the GM and usual barrista, treated me like a regular. LGBTQ and POC friendly.

Very nice ecliptic patronage. Young and old are welcomed. Fun place to meet locals, unique neighborhood bar and coffee house. Great place to just hang out and relax. Bartender Ryan is a true mixologist and fun to talk to, he keeps the crowd entertained!

Whod think of it? We were going for a coffee after a long shopping experience to wrap up the day. Upon entering, we noticed the bar and the large variety of drinks available. They have combined a bar and a coffee shop. Nice twist and the coffee we had was well done. The bartender was engaged in everyones needs along with conversation. Our shopping day ended well.

Bartender knew his stuff. Cocktails were great. Had a espresso martini. It was amazing. Then had a campari drink. Also very very good.

Had the best mocha Ive had in Charlotte here. There are SO many fine points to the art of espresso, and in most regions outside of the Northwest Ive been unable to find places that know this and practice it.That said, I wish I could come here every morning for my fix - some mornings theyre not open.

Cozy little bar spot on the edge of noda. I always enjoy the setting however parking can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate.

I visit here very often and the workers are absolutely lovely and sweet! The coffee is amazing AMAZING! I just read somewhere you should start leaving nice reviews to places you enjoy and this place came to mind first. The atmosphere is lovely, the place is well decorated and they play great music. My actual favorite coffee shop in charlotte (i’ve visited literally ALL of them) not just cause the coffee is great but also the workers and enviroment. :)

The new Crown Station is amazing with tons of space! Its a great place to hangout or dance to some music. You can grab coffee or coffee with a kick. One issue might be parking spaces, but once the train opens that will be less of a concern. Supper glad to see them reopen!

I only been to Crown Station twice for a House Music event in the last month. Its a cozy place to chill if you just want to listen to some good house music, dance, have a few drinks and experience no drama (older crowd ). Highly recommend a place to visit during the next House Music event if thats the type of music your into.

The staff was very friendly but the place had a really bad odor, and when I arrived there was a dog laying on top of the bar .

Went for an event tonight and an additional $1 was tacked onto the entry fee. They could at least have mentioned this on the event flyer OR have it listed on their Facebook page or webpage that this is a private club. There is no membership cards or accounts so is that an extra $1 every time? Why not simply incorporate it into the entry fee so there are no surprises? Horrible nickel and diming. Will not be back. :(

Great Venu

This is a new location for a classic place. Its a very nice bar setting overlooking what used to be nothing but train tracks. It is a very visible location and hosts live bands. There is coffee and alcohol too.
