This is first brewery tour of mine in Phoenix. Anthony and Landry did a good job in explaining the whole process with some good humor. Their enthusiasm shows how much they enjoy what they do.We started from the grains main ingredients is the barley. Cracked open in the crushing tool mixed with water and boiled and the enzymes are released which eats the sugar and produces alcohol.Distillation method is used to suck out the alcohol from the mixtures, different boiling point gives different results.Alcohols are filled in oak barrels for whiskey.Barley mixture is also added with hoppy to get the distinctive flavor of San tan beers.I should also mention the top notch lab that they have which constantly checks that when the beer is ready so that we have consistent flavor.

We came here for date night and had a blast. Our tour guide Paul was so fun and did an awesome job at including everyone. He is very knowledgeable (and funny). Definitely recommend if you are looking for something fun to do in the east valley! Totally worth it!

I took this distillery tour with my girlfriend with no expectations. I was extremely impressed by Paul’s fantastic touring job. Definitely a great personality to have when learning about and tasting alcohol. It kept engaged in the tour and will probably come back again for years to come.Cheers to Paul and the San Tan distillery family.

The tour was awesome. Our guide was amazing showed us and taught us so much!!

Pretty cool place to stop by and sample some of their products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we go back, well make reservations to take the tour.

It was okay, but no social distancing was attempted at all. No one wore masks but us, we all crowded together in tight areas with no regard for the pandemic. Also, our guide was not particularly knowledgeable and wasnt able to answer even the most basic questions (e.g. no idea what the capacity of the vats was, seemed confused when asked to explain grain, malt and wheat). On the plus side, lots of alcoholic samples were offered. The rose gin was much too strongly scented and felt like drinking perfume, but the vodka and the wash were quite good. The bar area was over-crowded and, again, no regard was given to social distancing. Oddly, our guide kept referring to covid in the past tense, as if he believed that it was over...very strange!

Great tour and friendly hosts. The whiskey and vodkas were delicious and definietly worth it!!

Not many people know about this hidden gem that is also open to the public. Its a brewery and a distillery with some unique features and an educational tour.

Picked up load there. Nice people, got a tour of brewery. Learn something new about beer. parking and food within walking distance.

Their website is advertising hand sanitizer in a glass 3 ounce bottle. This location only has 2 ounce plastic bottles. Wish they would let you know before you pre-purchase online and drive all the way out here.
