Theyve upgraded many things since I went here last a couple of years ago. The chairs are reclining but not overly large and spaced as AMD. The only thing I dont like is theyve copied some of the competition in taking out the arcade for a bar.

They have new recliner chairs. The employees were great and friendly. They have some of the best classic movies available to watch on the big screen.

The experience was fantastic. We watched Unhinged, which was a pretty goos flick. We Loved the fully reclining chairs. And were Just Happy the theater was open. We had regular popcorn, licorice, sodas and more.

Harkins theaters are one of the best around good atmosphere, great popcorn and the best movies, my kids love Hocus pocus, but seeing it on the big screen again, was one of the best moments of my life on October 11th 2020.Thank you so much for bringing that movie back that week Harkins Theater

The staff was quick with the concessions and the whole experience didnt involve touching surfaces so its pretty safe.

Had a horrible experience here and will not be returning to Harkins again. Their website charged me but didn’t provide me any ticket info when I called they guaranteed me the tickets were purchased and I’d have no issues. When I arrived the manager was rude and made me purchase the tickets again without offering any help or empathy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My wife and I really love, Harkins we were so happy when they opened back up, And we were so happy to see our great friend Karate who love he is amazing!

GREAT THEATRE!! It was comfortable, super clean, and extremely friendly. It was our first time going there, and the seats were incredible as well. They have this cute little thing they do before they play the movie. And youll find out when you go, because you need to see it for yourself. Great sound quality, and just a beautiful theatre to relax and enjoy a movie in. Will definitely go again, also has the ideal location for incredible restaurants. But the food and drinks there itself, were also of amazing quality, and very reasonably priced. Cant wait to go back ️.

Went to the pop-up drive inn to see Temple of Doom. Great logistics, stellar sound through our car speakers, classic Harkins popcorn. Great night.

I have used the Chandler Fashion Center Play Place for the past 1-1/2 years, I would guess at least 20 times, for my 5 year old daughter. I have been completely blown away, each and every time. From the initial booking, which is always easy, to the safety aspects... wristbands and pagers, I am so thoroughly impressed. The girls at the front desk greet my daughter warmly with a huge smile every time, and they genuinely remember her name. I know from having 3 kids that the turnover rate is high for childcare, and yet they seem to retain great staff that truly enjoy their jobs and like the kids. We have grown to know Miss Debbie, and my daughter is always happy to see her there. Tonight Miss Kristine was working at the check-In desk, and had such nice things to tell me about my daughter, and also remembered what my daughter had told her she received for Christmas, and Miss Kristine told her she hopes she enjoys her Anna and Elsa dolls and playhouse. I think it’s awesome that Kristine truly listens to what the kids tell her, and makes such an effort to interact with them in conversation. My daughter loves the play place so much that she chooses to go there instead of seeing movies like Frozen and Toy Story! That says a lot about the experience she has in the Play Place and I just wanted to make sure that the employees there are recognized.

They redid the theaters so theyre nice. Staff is pleasant enough. Karate at the ticket taker spot is 100% the best person there. Remembers people, fun attitude. We make a point to see him whenever we can. He deserves a raise!

All seating is now spacious with the recliners in the renovated rooms, which may be all of them now.5. Assigned seating! One of the best features for a theater ever.We dont go to the movies much as I normally just wait for them to release digitally. But when we do, we love the Chandler Fashion 20.

Clean. Seats comfortable. Handicap designated area awesome! Reclining seats are great. Child care area available. Snack bar service ran smoothly even when very busy. Great place to bring family, meet friends or just go solo for a relaxing time. Remember to download app and join rewards program! Very well worth it. Get annual cup and benefit from future savings. Each popcorn bag has free one time refill.

They serve hot food now I dont know how long thats been going on. It was pretty good. I had the hot dog I liked it. They have reclining chairs thats a nice change. Overall I really enjoyed my time there.

This is a decent Harkins movie theater, nicely updated over the years, friendly professional staff. The big problem with this please is parking, parking at the Chandler fashion Center is just horrible. If you try to go there on a weekend best of luck and much less on a holiday. I’m to the point to where I won’t even consider this movie theater anymore mostly just because of the parking.

Great movie theater and has good pricing for movies. The seats recently got upgraded and you can reserve them now which makes it even better. Students get cheaper tickets and they usually accept matinee ticket VIP that you can purchase at 3rd party locations. I think the overall quality of the theater is very nice and I have always had a good experience there. I wish the food options werent extremely expensive (I mean it is a movie theater so it is expected) but outside of that I think shows here are plentiful and well managed.

Wonderful and love that you can reserve certain seat ahead of time. And is suggested to do or will end up in seats that are left. But love the movies... their upgrade is impressive and totally worth it..

Id give ten stars if I could! The staff is incredible always friendly and helpful, this location is on point, clean restrooms always. If youre looking to enjoy a movie comfortably: reserve in advance, pick up a ticket at the window or quickly shuffle on over to the automated machine, the food is always fresh and they have a nice bar you can have cocktails or wine, and if you have little ones [and no nanny] theres a kid drop off area or... you can takem in to the movie with you ,...IF YOU HAVE TO this is my favorite location as of the last year.

Harkins is amazing. This chandler location is the best. They have nice leather seats and kids center . The place is always clean and the staff are friendly.You can make reservations ahead of time , and they have a lot of good food .

Movie was excellent. Good popcorn and great time with family.

The quality of the video and audio on the screens were amazing. Although the place itself was extremely dirty. There was popcorn on the ground in the front lobby and behind the counter the popcorn on the ground was ridiculous. All the employees were nice, but seemed like they didnt want to be there.

Great if you order on line ahead of time but not so good and you have to sit down in the very front. They shouldnt even bother putting seats that close to a screen. Otherwise seats recline and very comfortable.

Service great. Comfortable seating. Theater extremely dark once movie started and as I was just trying to find my seat I could barely see the stairs or the carpet letter for my row. A very small light on the stairs would be most appreciated.

Holy upgrades! I havent been to this theatre in awhile because I prefer the reclining seats....to my surprise - they now have them! Theyve done a massive overhaul on this theatre since my last visit (2017). Was a great experience. You also can pick your seats so you know exactly where youll be seated. Shop early online and get the best seats!! Was very impressed and since this theatre is closest Harkins to me, Ill definitely be back!!

This Harkins was great! Wide recliner seats, well organized and not very busy (in the middle of a weekday).Will go here next time a new movie sparks my interest.

Just saw Endgame with the kids. Was impressed with security and the whole experience. The theatre seats were super comfy and the venue was so clean. Really enjoyed our movie.

Went to see Downton Abbey. Havent been to this Harkins since they remodeled the theater seating. Very comfy and adjustable seats with wider arm rests so 2 people can actually share an arm rest together. Very clean. Fast counter service. Would come back.to see another movie here again.

Chandler Film Festival 2020 and Harkins has done an excellent job with staff, cleaning and all logistics that goes with a monumental task as this!

Movie theater is always nice & clean , but i can not figure out why that have to blare!! Those movies! There are so many seniors, veterans, sensory children at any given time, i just dont see why they have to be THAT loud. Love everything else in theater

Saw Knives Out here and experienced great customer service at the concessions as well as really comfortable reclining seats in the theater. 10/10 would visit again

Saw the Annabelle movie. AWESOME theater. Comfy recliners that are large so youre not fighting your neighbor for the armrest. Assigned seating means you dont have to stand in line for hours to get good seats to the recently released movie. We saw Annabelle the night it came out. Was an 1130 showing. Theater was packed but it was still comfortable and your personal bubble was never invaded!

Update, wow what a renovation. They now have reserved recliner seats. Very comfortable and I have a bad back so watching movies can be painful. Not anymore. Also added a full bar, this is great at mainstream theaters. Good theater, nothing over the top but a nice place to take a family for a midday movie. Icee cost $6.50 though. :( I still think prices for a movie are high, but the experience is much improved so I give them one more star.

Great popcorn. We moved away a few years ago and happened to visit family. Decided to go see Avengers Endgame and was pleasantly surprised to see they have upgraded everything since we were there last. Keep up the great work and service, especially the popcorn.

Best theater in AZ! They have child care, a bar for the adults, powered wide recliners, and Cine One which I think has a better sound system than IMAX. And Buffalo wild wings is a stones throw away, so get some food then walk to Harkins and enjoy your movie, or the other way around!

My favorite Harkins in the valley hands down! I actually grew up going to this theater. I now live out in Gilbert, just minutes from the San Tan Village location and I still drive to Chandler to go to the movies. Its nice to have assigned seating and the lounger seating gives you some personal space when you end up sitting next to people you dont know. I like my personal space! On another note, this theater is always well kept and the staff is pleasant. Even when theyre busy, they keep the concession lines flowing well and never have to experience too long of a wait.

I love stadium sending for better movie experience. Harkins has the best picture and sound quality in Chandler. The seating in amc might be a tad better but thats no match to Harkinss overall movie experience.

Hidden fees. Rude manager. Corporate is no better. We just want your money or go elsewhere

The Harkins Chandler Fashion Theatres has been my go to theatre since I moved to the East Valley 11 years ago. I love the theatre and Harkins continues to keep it contemporary, having conducted recent renovations. Its a thoroughly modern cinematic viewing experience.

The hubby and I are very hard to impress movie buffs.. Actually, hes the movie buff, Im the tag along. lolol.Plush IMAX viewing of The Meg in this venue. Over 40 surround-sound bangin speakers bringin the action right to you! Balcony style seating around curtain framed HUGE Dolby Screen, Harkin Theatre is luxurious movie entertainment!The theaters impressive attributes are only rivaled by its amazing customer service and friendly customers. Kudos. Kudos.

My favorite Harkins to go to. Very clean and the seats are so comfy. Staff is very friendly and helped me get passes to come back inside when my four year old son got a little too loud and I needed to take him outside for a bit. Manager was very understanding and not condescending like most managers Ive had to deal with. Will definitely come back even though I live 40 mins away.

I love this theater and Harkins in general. This one had the lazy boy chairs which I like. I enjoy that they have added a bar and I can take a drink with me to watch a show. My favorite thing is that they still have the theater fare I like, popcorn, candy, drinks...Harkins forever!!

This location has recently been set up with the new reclining seats. This also allows you to pick your seat without having to hope youll get a good one. Ive been to the majority of Harkins in the valley and this is one of my favorites. I highly recommend this location for seeing a movie.

Very good place to see a movie. Recently renovated with reclining seats. You get to pick your seats so you know exactly where youll be sitting. No need to run in trying to find a good seat, no saying This seat is saved . Good hot dogs & popcorn. Very Welcoming & informative ticket taker.
