Quiet small community with great view of mountain.

Very nice clean park. Nice pool. I’m next to Gilbert Rd which can be a bit noisy but the rest of the park is very quiet.

Very hard to get out of the park and it looks very rundown and not Maintained very good

Large, level sites in a mixed RV/Mobile Home community. Very nice park amenities, friendly people and close to everything (Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, downtown Phoenix... you name it). Would definitely stay here again.

My grandmother lives here, its always clean well kept and the people are nice

Stung 5 times by aggressive bees. Very tight spaces for 31 motorhome. Management quite helpful.

For being a 55 and over trailer park community, this place is pretty much a dump. The office staff is either grotesquely nice in that obvious fake way or just flat out no remorse rude. They run things on a set of rules they make up day to day, whatever it is that suits them. The park itself is run down, and full of rundown unkempt trailers. The park has free wifi but only for visiting guests in mobile homes and all of the normal things a 55 and over community is known to do like pot lucks, bingo, game night, get together ect, theyve stopped doing. The most disturbing thing there to me is the plaque in the library that contains the names of every person who has died there! I mean really, thats exactly what seniors what to see daily. A reminder that their time is coming! Im not trying to say that remembering those people isnt important, alot of them have friends there, I just think the way they do it is morbid and depressing.
