The roads are great. The place is very clean. Great weather too.

The property manager has failed to make repair services to their tenant upon several occasions.

They shut off the water without notice, pool isnt heated anymore and the new owners just raise the rent whenever they want. Why raise the price and take away what we pay for?

Been here since 1996 it has it good and bad if you owe your own manufactured home cheaper than apartments in area..place has been bought out several times..lot rent increases every year ..iinfastrure needs be updated as well as another entrance.not sure who management anymore never see them.the park maintenance are doing a decent job trying to maintain the area..best thing that happened here when the speed bumps were removed

This could be a decent community if the management was replaced. LOTS of kids run into the street without watching for cars. The water gets shut off without warning sometimes and the home I moved into could have been cleaner. When I asked if I could make improvements, was told no. Must have management approval for everything. Kinda silly but I guess understandable if the place wasnt already a wreck!! Lots of dogs run the streets and destroy the yards. There is definitely reverse discrimination going on here. As you can see from my photos, my house and yard are kept clean and weed free and my rent is on time, have only been late once but I have been targeted and receive notices constantly for a domestic abuse situation that is beyond my control. They have never asked me my side of the story or offered any kind of assistance. They have only threatened to kick me out and now are evicting me after my abuser broke in and attacked me - again, never even asked me what happened and why there were screams coming from my house. Yet, one of the workers lives across the street and his mother and sister have had yelling, screaming fights in the street and still here. The yards in 85% of this community are overgrown with weeds and look horrible. If you arent brown, you arent wanted.

FYI....The photos on the website are very old!(Only reason I gave one star is because there isnt an option fo zero stars)Worst place to live hands down. The people who live here are diplorable. The management team here only caters to Hispanics. There are many, many loose dogs and cats running around without identification. The rent goes up every year for nothing. Every home has at least 4 cars in the driveway, most are broke down. The Hispanics set up taco stands in their driveways, it is starting to look like Mexico ! The Hispanics go through everyones trash cans, even when asked not to. The music here is so loud at all hour of the day and night, nothing is ever done about it. If you want a nice place to live stay far, far away from this pit!

WATER ALWAYS SHUTS OFF! TWICE A MONTH!!Office people just don’t care!

The management is terrible. They constantly shut off the water to the whole park without notice. They claim to notify residents of the shut off only during business hours. I certainly dont make it home before 5 to see the shut off notice. Management is the first to send final notices without having all the facts. I have received a first and Final Notice for a dog that isnt even mine. Im glad my neighbors can complain when the dog on the lose is crapping in my yard and not theirs. Your neighbors arent respectable, the neighbor to the west of me would take my front door if they could, throw their trash on the ground near my lot and I always get blamed for things that we didnt do. Cant put a fence up without jumping through a million hoops, you can complain to management but they dont do anything. Residents are constantly breaking the rules, parking on the streets, loud music during quiet hours, etc. Management sends notices about cleaning up your lot, keeping your lot weed free, but drive around, their empty lots are unkept full of weeds and trash. The place is a joke. I have called corporate so many times, filed complaints under the Landlord Tenant act for mobile home parks, not sure what dirt they have on the manager but must be good. I honestly have no clue how she keeps a job. If they had a good manager things would probably be a lot different but until then you have to live like trailer trash.

Worst place ever. These people have my house my keys and my money been waiming for almost 2 weeks for my money when originally they were supposed to wire my money within 24 hours and we signed over house on October 30th. Its November 9th and still no money just a bunch of games... Regional manager Brian is a joke doesnt call me back until theats are made then has every excuse on why he couldnt return my calls. Marcy and Sheri are very unprofessional and rude. They turn the water off at least 3-4 times a month and let the teenagers run wild thru property and dont do nothing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

There is alot of dogs and they chase everyone and kids run everywhere and it is okay but I would suggest to let owners of dogs keep dogs on there leash or it wont be safe for anyone_good to much things in the park_alot of kids with parents taking good care_alot of noise of neighbors_good people in the office

Management revert cost on to Space renters when things break down. ( Broken underground water pipes, electrical meter boxes are exposed and dangerous, major potholes throughout the trailer park!
