Havent been to this theater in years. Its nice to see they upgraded the auditoriums to stadium seating with reclining seats. The concession stand also serves alcohol and has a good variety of foods and snacks. One bit of advice to Regal Management please oil the hinges on the doors of the auditorium. The squeaking of the doors takes me out of the moment and detracts from the experience. That would make it a five star experience. Your staff was friendly too! Thanks! I will be back!

Cheap for this city since its more experience than other cities. Other than that its wonderful and beautiful place. Yummy popcorn and great customer service. Great place to take children.

I like how everything is located on this theater, got some amazing recliner seats and has decent amount of spots for companions and the actual person using a wheelchair. Its so clean and organized it has a patio section outside and if you didnt take any pop corn or drinks or something to calm down the beast theres some nice places to eat right outside of the theater.

Nice clean theatre and excellent service. It is assigned seating and does sell beer. Recliner seats are very comfortable with adjustable settings. This theatre does have a second floor and has an elevator for handicap.

I love Regal! You cant do anyone else but Regal. Clean, and if you have their app you get things for free at times. Just Love it! Keep up the good work

We got here right when the movie started meaning after all the previews had ended. I mentioned that we have got lost several times on the way to the theater and were only behind by like three or four minutes and she still was very rude and disrespectful and was like nope go home. Do not go here iu f you dont fit because honestly, Im pretty sure other would have gotten in two minutes late.

My family and I went to this theater on Monday, 01/20/2020. When we walked up, there is a large sign in the box office saying to purchase tickets inside. When walking inside you are are directed to purchase tickets at the food counter (what???). This made the lines for food very long and very slow. We were 45 minutes early to the movie so we were fine but others were not so lucky. I heard several people complaining that they didnt want food, only tickets, and yet they are forced to stand in the long lines. Not sure who thought this was a good ideas but let me tell you... its a terrible idea. We waited almost 20 minutes to be helped. Strike 1.Strike 2 happened when we ordered food and were told wed need to wait 5-10 minutes to get a hot dog as it was just put on the cooker. No problem... or so we thought. We waited on the side and 15 minutes later were told it would be at least 10 minutes more for a hot dog so they would deliver to us in the theater. After going to sit down in our theater and waiting over 10 minutes, we went to pick up the hot dog instead. Upon going to the side area to pick up the hot dog, we couldnt get anyone to help us. I watched as other cashiers were giving hot dogs out to other customers who ordered them... watching them slowly go away. Finally I said excuse me to the person who had said shed deliver the hot dog as she quickly walked past me trying not to make eye contact only to have her stop abruptly with her back turned to me, take a deep breath, and turn with and irritated smile at me and say yes?... as if I had not been waiting 35 minutes now for a freakin hot dog! Strike 3... this theater is definitely out!If they would only realize how inefficient and frustrating their combo ticket/food line idea is, Im sure they would not feel the stress and frustration so blatantly from their customers.The theater itself is clean and comfortable... unfortunately getting into the theater and settled put a damper on this movie day.

The theater is alright been coming for close to 20 years. Went today with my Girlfriend paid for our tickets, sat and was enjoying the movie (mind you its assigned seating) about 10 to 15 minutes into the movie we the only black couple in the theater get our tickets checked to see if we paid, then we spoke to the manager who said it was a security issue we had to check the entire row so i asked if that was the case why were we the only ones checked and no one else? her response was well he checked the wrong theater... no apologize were given. mind best part i worked in health and safety now i work in law enforcement and can see a safety issue a mile away or a security issue basically only black couple got checked to see if we belong.

Everything about the theater is great EXCEPT their layout of where some theaters are down stairs. Which gets annoying if youre in a movie for 2 hours long and constantly hearing people go up and down the stairs and feel mini earthquakes. Thats the only downside.

Seating is comfortable and the theaters are very clean. Audio and video quality seems great. Only quirk is that the bathrooms are upstairs. Definitively a great moviegoing experience though.

Hello yes the movie started with no sound. The issue was not even dressed to fix the problem. Several movie guests informed the the staff. So we made a decision to leave. We ask for a manager not one manager came to the window. So we left to go eat and came back. The employee stated to us I quote you had returned the tickets and I can give you a new ticket. You should just stayed and waited your loses turned walked away.

Great location, clean but should have more combo deals at the concessions. Cinemark membership is only $9.99 a month and 20% at concessions. Just a thought.

Honestly love this theater. Always good deals when it comes to Edwards and regal theaters. Its always super clean inside and out. Managed to leave spending 8 bucks including ticket popcorn and a drink. Comfortable recliners and great sound quality in the theater! Hands down one of my go to movie theaters.

I came here last week to watch a Avengers Endgame the service is superior to any theatre I’ve been to. It was Tuesday so I got half off. The seats are extremely comfortable with plenty of room in front so that people walking by isent disturbing. Only thing was that they cut the ac toward the end of the movie and it started getting really hot in there. Other than that it’s great coming here will try to catch another Tuesday special

This place is okay for me. Just need to add better food selections. Come here and save on Tuesday 6.50 for rewards members

We went to see a movie and we were there on time the show is written to start at 1 PM we were seated in the handicap area 3 of us and at 1:33 PM, 2 ladies came and they asked about what number is our seat, they both looks young then someone from the theater came with them to tell us that the seat does not belong to us and that we need to move!!!!! My mom is a handicap and could not go to and fro and walks with a cane so we just decided to leave the show and asked for a refund. This happened in Regal Edwards at Cerritos Towne Center. We were discouraged going to the theater I love watching movies in the comforts of my home instead of theater !!!!!!

This was a great trip with my friend but they dont have the names of the movies outside of each theater so my friend and I sat in the wrong theater for almost 30 minutes until I left to go get water and came back only to realize we were in the wrong theatre. The little kids started coming in and we were there to see Kevin Hart. We both questioned why these people were bringing their littles to see him but hey, its PG-13. Turns out we were in Mary Poppins!

I really love the plaza this movie theater in situated in. There are lots of food and drink places, and many stores to shop at too. There is also a lounge area with lots of chairs right outside, and it looked very relaxing. The theater itself was clean and the recliners were comfy. I also really liked the guy who scanned our tickets because he was funny and super friendly!

My wife and I have two very energetic twin daughters, three years old. It has been forever since weve gone to a movie. We got some unexpected time and went to Oceans 8. The theater is awesome as we picked our seats in a perfect spot, fully reclined. The person at the food station was polite and efficient. The prices were good and it was an all around great experience.

The reclining seats are comfortable but I would not recommend buying their Chardonnay. It’s $10.99 for a tiny cup. Every other theater I’ve purchased wine from has offered a way more reasonable value. #kindofaripoff

This place has the nice reclining seats but it also means fewer seats so you need to reserve in advance if possible.

I love going on Tuesdays because movies are only $6.50. Staff is very friendly and I earn points that I can eventually use to get free stuff. Get the rewards program I enjoy a big discount on soda and popcorn.

Place went from being my favorite to just decent. Seems like they spent their budget on new seating and can no longer afford air conditioning. Not to mention the surround sound lacks power. It will do for a last minute dinner and movie, but definitely no longer my go to. Long Beach definitely has them beat!

First of all I want to say this place is so racist. I as a latino am a us daca holder, I recently lost my daca card I come to this place and ask to get movie tickets, they ask for my girls ID but she forgot it in the car, luckily I had my ID. I show my ID to the box office girl and she called her manager through walkie talkie I was denied tickets because my ID was a consular card which I acquired here in the u.s. to identify me as of mexican decent. I was racially profiled based on my ID and looks. Made my girl go all the way to the car to get her ID in order to get the tickets.

Not all of the theaters have recliners, so pay attention to that when choosing your tickets, the bathrooms being upstairs is a little inconvenient, but not a huge deal, if you take the elevator, the bathrooms are to the left.

The recliner seats (not sure if its real or synthetic leather) are super comfy! Service has been consistent at box office and concession counters. Its a smaller theater with only 10 screens in Cerritos Town Center so showtimes and movie selections are more limited.

You choose seats upon purchase. Tuesdays tickets are $6 (long lines & they sell out quick on this day so purchase ahead of viewing times). Have recliners and large aisle between rows. Two restrooms one downstairs and one upstairs. Parking is kind of far from the entrance, unless you park in the back. Has great places to eat right out side of the theater including a starbucks.

This theater has been remodeled. The theater has beautiful reclining seats. On Tuesday you can go watch a movie at a reduced price. There is plenty of parking space. Enjoy!

The staff were very kind. Pizza isnt really good so I dont recommend it.

Manager on duty was rude, simply got a ticket at 10, wanted a refund at 10:06 because it was late and my lady was tired. The manager acted like she didnt even want to do it like its only 6 min into the film.

The theater is nice however after I did order a medium coke and tasted it, it had tasted funny so i asked the person behind the counter for a new one (he happened to be Bryan the manager) he proceeded to go and taste my soda, tell me it tasted perfectly fine but he would still get me a new one. Now i work in customer service and I know for a fact that is not how you handle that type of situation. I will never be going back to this theater and will recommend to everyone i know not to attend this theater either.
