Excellent. Park.... Ive live here over 3 years... Very quiet and clean park.. Excellent Managers... Patrice.. Is the head person that runs the park..and shes great... Highly recommended park and very safe to live in

I lived here from the age of 8 until I was 21. Some of my family still live there but honestly it just gets worse every time I visit. People park on the street and block driveways without repercussion even when you call and complain. Management was a joke growing up I dont know who runs the show now but hopefully things change for the better

Its a great place to live, the only reason its 3 stars for me is because on my street we have parents that dont watch their children. These children walk in front of cars, block the road, theyre super loud, AND they have been picking and throwing fruit from my tree!! Its unacceptable. And theres not enough parking for everyone and the management STILL expects you to not park in front of your own house.

I live with my parents & I really like living here. Its has been remodeling little at a time making it safer for everyone. Very quiet. People here are friendly & they help each other.

I have to say the youngsters that work here are some kool younger guys. They have respect for other peoples property, i have cameras only pointed at my drive way and no one elses house ( for that is highly illegal my neighbor across from me had cameras pointed at my front dr &bdrm -weirdo-)he got introuble my mom was heated LMAO,ANYWAYS EVERYTIME - THEY come read my meters they are very careful and ive never seen them disrespect nothing, and theyre very knowledgable if you have any questions about the park-im also seeing improvement with the way the park looks!new manager ! Better park! One problem as nothing is perfect we have a neighbors that live near my garbage ben that fill the ben to the point of overflowing and we all pay to use that garbage ben and this mobile home has to many people living in it and they live right behind the garbage ben like theyre drive way is directly behind the trash ben , the problem is , all 10 or so people living ther & the items they throw away that shouldnt be in there like a babystroller ,the one with all the stuff and 8 tires ,along witha bar-b-quer, toilet.thats not the park though its just one bad apple out of the whole park .well!I hope they stop taking advantage of our trash ben cause we all live here together and atleast have coursity......Merry Christmas $$$$Everyone ....And.....A....HAPPIER NEW YEAR. .......2019 .......A YEAR OF MONEY AND GOOD TIMES TO COME!!!!!!

Fairly large mobile home community, located rurraly, the surrounding area consists of orchards & sparsely placed residential homes separated by moderate distances. Low to mid class living conditions, some of the residences are in need of cleaning & remodeling.

Its safe here and kinda auiet and family lives here

The people who work there are very mean.I do not recommend this to couples who have kids that are still young
