I cant stand the manager cause she is not a nice lady she is rude and does nothing but harass my friends grandparents because of someone elses mess that they caused in their driveway and that my fiancee and I are attempting to clean up but all we get is harrassed by the manager. If she would just leave us and my friends grandparents backs we could get things done and cleaned up.

Its funny how my niece gets reminders about kids not being allowed to play in the street, but Im always seeing kids just running in front of cars, being disrespectful, running around, no parents in sight and teens hanging out in the parking by the office, late night mind you, smoking and drinking. They need better patrolling.

Colony Park gave me the best customer service. My husband and I came in looking to rent a RV space because we are purchasing a new R.V. The girl at the front desk Annabelle gave us a tour of the clubhouse and gave us all the information we needed. She answered all of the questions we had about the community, and made us feel very welcome and gave us an application to fill out. We definitely would like to call this place home after we purchase our RV! Highly recommended this RV park, the best we have seen in the area.

Unkempt, weeds and goat head stickers everywhere. water hookup not working even though my son has paid for his spot to put his rv on.Looks like someone was digging around the power and water hookups and 3 cones are holding up yellow warning tape. The cones had set there long enough without repairing problems that the grass is growing up out of the top of the cones.Not a good sign!

Very nice and super clean. Surprisingly nice and quiet. Also, beautiful community center right as you enter the park.

This is a zero star people Barack into our house and the manager doesn’t do anything about it and they steel your stuff and someone stole my car and the manager said she can’t do anything about it and she has cameras but doesn’t let nobody look at them I wold rather die instead of living her again!!!

The people are great here. Real nice and friendly people. They have a public pool for the little mobile home community but its under construction at the moment but should be done by SUMMER TIME OF 2019. its affordable and as far as their security goes, theyre doing a great job. NEiGhbOR hood watch iS ON POINT. Really describes the word community for sure and they are pet friendly except for pitbulls.

Used to live there. Thank God I moved. Nothing but addicts live in the back. So much traffic... the people up front are the only decent people besides the blairing of Mexican music... and I couldnt play rock without the police knocking on my door. Smh. I guess white people arent treated the same. Never again will I ever live there. Id rather shoot myself.

Its so stupid that you have tow trucks stalking the place to tow your car. Even if your unloading grocery bags.they creep around in the dark waiting to pounce. But if you give them 200 bucks theyll take it off the lift. And the managers gave them permission to extortion. I thought extortion was against the law. This is supposed to be a family park. How you gonna park 200 feet or more and carry babies inside leave them alone. Then get your bags out of your car.or do you risk having to pay your last dollar for them to give your car back. Thats still in your driveway hooked up to there tow truck. Its not worth living here. Theres drug dealers. And cops in here all the time. Natzies

The manager is taking the manager job too far. Residents are not aloud to have boxed AC sticking out the window during this hot summer. If we end up getting a heat stroke, we all know who to blame. We have lack of privacy because of people entering our property taking pictures of our backyard that needs cleaning, when you cannot see it from the front. Tow trucks taking cars every moment even at night when people are trying to sleep. The reason were staying is because the schools are local.

Paid rent on time and did everything she wanted got a 30 day notice at the beginning of month im pregnant and i have a 1 year old and i have no job .i. Dont know what were going to do . i dont like the land lady shes awful to people and kicking everyone out left and right. She favors mexicans over ither race
