Great pool. Affordable prices. Nice staff. Some of the locker rooms are a little dirty as well as the bathrooms. The workout area has good equipment and good air conditioning. Good pool if you want something quick and easy.

We have gone a few times to the open swim and we have a blast each time! The lazy river is perfect for toddlers in floaties. The slides are legit, every time I have gone on one its super fast and I get dunked at the end! The lap pool and hot tub are nice to get away from the kids. I suggest going to open swim during the week, weekend are packed and there can be birthday parties. Con: the splash pad sprayer arent on. It can be hard to find without driving from the east to west.

This is a very nice place. It has a pool with a lazy river and 2 slides. It has a second pool area with a lap pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I usually come here to use the free weights they have but there are a variety of different exercise machines in the fitness area. Theres a climbing wall and a basketball court. They also offer a variety of different classes. Ive never gone to a class but Im sure the classes help many others. All in all, a pretty good place to go to with the family or just by yourself to get into shape or have some fun.

I use to love coming here. But now with all the enforcements put in place Im completely turn off by the idea that I cant get the full experience I was paying for. Will pricing adjust to match the fact my time is limited and the activities are too?

Love this place right by our house. The parent/tot art classes are amazing. Enjoy swimming there during the weekday when not busy. Wish they had more exercise classes for teens!

I work out here pretty regularly and its such a nice place for a good price. The pool is also really nice along with the steam room and hot tub. The sauna isnt too bad either, if youre into that.

Great place! Tried the workout areas and theyre really cool. The pool is awesome. Not too crowded, and there is plenty of seating space. Also like their swim classes. One complaint: could management try cleaning the pool a little more thoroughly?

Great facility, nice indoor running track, equipment well-maintained.Some of the most impolite and unfriendly front desk people. Front desk staff need pointers in customer service and customer relations. I called to ask a couple questions and got hung up on after the first question. I was polite. I was well-mannered. Theres no reason for that. If anything she should have said, Is there anything else I can help you with? Okay. Have a nice day!Seperately, the aquatic department has been very professional, friendly, and courteous to us. To shout out a few names: Kylie Rupe, Grady, and Sydney are amazing!

This is truly an awesome 12M recreation facility with all the bells and whistles required for a great days work out.They offer training as well as therapy classes for who need it and beside all the exercise equipment theres pools. Lazy river, hot tub, sauna, racket ball and an indoor track around the building for a nice morning walk. Its a one stop workout center

This is solely about pickleball. The gym is insufficiently illuminated for proper play. The adjoining racketball courts were empty but beautifully illuminated. The drop-in rate is the highest Ive ever paid, at $6.75.

Enjoyed the racquet ball court and the concept of open with 2 floors of exercise equipment. Oh, may the amazing hours to fit anyones schedule even the late hours. Along, they are opened in to early bird hours. But, must be a resident with in the area if not pay a slightly higher fee. Im telling you its so worth it.

I go nearly everyday and I always enjoy myself. Its very clean without the meatheads at the workout chains.

I’ve been to trails as a kid and I went back last week to relive childhood memories and it was a overall good experience. The staff was very friendly and the area was clean. It was actually TOO GOOD of a experience and I don’t like how much they have updated in the last 8 years. I was hoping it would be exactly the same as when I a kid. Also a kid splashed me in the eye and the life guard did nothing about it. My eye is still sore. Also the vending machine wouldn’t accept my dollar and I didn’t get my pretzels. :(EDIT THREE WEEKS LATER: I gave trails another chance but tried the rock climbing because I forgot my swim wear. The rock climbing attendants were very friendly. This one young man in particular that I didn’t catch his name was very helpful and supportive.

Trails Rec Center is a great facility. Everything has a very airy trail lodge feel and seems very well and thoughtfully designed, maintained, and staffed. The big selling point for me are the excellent indoor pools where I can let the kids swim while getting my own workout done (the slides and lazy river are ). The staff is very friendly and the kids LOVE coming here. Im tempted to knock it down a star for having too few free weight benches but its never been a big problem and this is a nice enough place to deserve the full five from me. LOTS of options for solo or group activities/classes - check the options, schedule, and rates online.

Come here for the pool. They have both a lazy River and 2 slides. Very kid friendly.Large locker rooms and they also have a family changing room with 2 large private shower areas.There is a lap pool and a hot tub. Life guards are attentive but not too mean like some places. Exercise area is really big too.

This health club is well put together. The aquatic center has two slides, a lazy river, a splash area, and a deeper pool. The other pool for adults has a hot tub, a lap pool, steam and a sauna rooms. The locker room is clean and adequate. I dont know about the work out facilities because that would require...working out.$22 for a family of four to use the pool. The down side is the pool area gets very crowded with people and all the stuff they bring. (Its a indoor pool folks, just bring a swim suit and a towel. Thats all you need!)

Great rec center with ample workout equipment, pool, basketball court and track etc. The only thing I found off with this place is somebody needs to turn the temperature down in that room by the pool...its like a sauna in there! All in all a great place for a workout.

My first visit taking my granddaughter to swim. The facility is attractive and clean, the staff helpful. Only experienced the pool but it was a positive and fun.

Awesome workout facility. Been coming here for years, and it has everything you need: weights, track, pool, sauna, etc. The place is always clean and the people there are great.

I simply adore the small group weight training class at Trails. Every day we do something different -- kettle bells, mat, hand weights, bosu, or Pilates-- I never get tired of my workout, or my teacher! There is a fee to sign up for the class, but its been a godsend for me.I recommend taking classes at Trails-- working out with your peers is much more fun than alone, at least for me. They keep the facility nice too-- always cleaning the building, fixing the equipment if it breaks, and thinking of fun activities to add. This county rec center is better than some private clubs Ive joined, and very reasonably priced.

The facilities are lovely. Its a great place. Im using the lazy river to rehab from a car accident so I can start walking again, and unfortunately the kids that also use it have no manners and run you over without a second thought. Going to see if theres better times where I wont have to deal with rude kids.

Nice staff and very clean establishment the only down fall for me was all the different rules about the floatation devices for the little ones.

Wonderful facility. The fitness classes are so much fun. And they have 2 power racks for power lifting! My other rec center only had one so this is AMAZING!

Our family has used the pool here a few times. The kids love it. The lazy river is pretty fun. The two water slides are cool.

This is a great rec center. Not too big as to not have a friendly touch to it and not so small that its missing any amenities. The water activities leave nothing to be desired and have something for the whole family. Courses and classes for all ages and activity levels. Tough to beat this rec center for price too. Theres also a skate park outside.

A lot to do here with a lot of camp options for youngins. Theres a pool, gym, Tvs, a basketball court, a track and more. Ive only been here 3 times tho so I havent fully explored the whole place. Feel free to ask the people at the front desk whatever they are very nice.

It needs more yoga classes and a designated yoga studio. Yoga classes are squeezed into spaces that are too crouded- otherwise, its a nice place.

We have been here MANY times over the last 11 years and it would be a great place but first of all the pool is nasty and cloudy half of the time, we are pretty sure our son contracted Molluscum (skin virus that lasted a year) from one of the life jackets. Then on top of that there is a rule against doing everything pretty much so if you breathe wrong you get yelled at (I am 43 not a teenager). If you have some place else to go, go there!!

Beautiful rec center. We had a birthday party and swim party and its a great place for everyone to have fun. The party room is great, too.

We absolutely love swimming here. The facility is very clean and the staff friendly and professional! My son loves the two big water slides. I love the lazy river. Family locker room is perfect for this Mom and her young son! He’s not quite old enough to go to the “men’s” on his own.We went on a Thursday afternoon and almost had the whole pool to ourselves. It got busy around 430 for lessons and just kept picking up from there, but it was still fun and my son enjoys making new friends. I highly recommend this rec center!

From.the first time I step into the center, it has felt like I belong because of the help you get at the front desk. They explain everything to you and will assist you at anytime. Great facility! Top notch instructors. Excellent class variety. I marvel at the cleanliness throughout the center! Boy do they stay on top of busting germs! The grounds are aesthetically appealing. It is a wonderful family oriented recreation center!

Very nice facility but when I asked for a tour before joining I was told they only did tours for Silver Sneakers members. Well excuse me but I have to pay for a membership and silver sneakers people dont. Why cant I have a tour?

I go here all the time and Its an awesome place. The pool is war, they have a hot tub and lap pool. And the Kids Nite Out is super fun!

Negative stars way way way too much chlorine in the hot tub and pools , hot tub is severely dirty with large amounts of gross stuff floating in the chlorine bubbles it’s just gross , can’t stay in it long enough to relax your eyes burn severely from the chlorine it costs7.50 to get in if you don’t live in “the district” we have no Rec center anywhere close to 40 miles from our home so drove an hour and had to pay more than we did at the Parker rec center which is only $5 for An all day pass, basketball court was extremely full and smelled awful , weight room is completely out in the open and not private at all where everyone In the whole building can see you work out, pool is not heated and only up to 5 ft, pools are too small and all geared towards toddlers, waste of moneyhhs

So much to do here and so close to home. Feels like you are no where near the city. My only gripe would be the line to get in can take a while if you hit it late morning.Fishing here is fun, lots of different species to catch. Lots of places to fish as well. I have pulled out some nice trout and seen huge bass come out of this lake.While not the biggest lake, it is still plenty big to have fun on inflatable and jet skis or just to lounge on a boat.The campsites are nice, most have shade and plenty of space. They are kept clean and tidy as well. The rangers are nice and my kids enjoyed the shows there.Cant say enough good things about this place.

The trails is a nice place, sometimes it gets really busy especially the lap pool. But its well equipped and friendly. Sometimes I wish they wouldnt take up as many swim lanes with lessons, so You do have to go work out around that schedule.

Great rec center loaded with amenities and classes! Can pay per visit or per class fee. Can be difficult to figure out which fees apply to which activities and all the rules at first (minus 1 star). Example: if you pay for swimming lessons, you dont have to pay to get into the pool for the lesson plus 30 minutes of swimming before or after the lesson. However, if your child is under 6, you are required to supervise in the water and you will have to pay to use the pool for that extra 30 minutes. If you have an annual pass, you can use the pool all you want but still have to pay for those lessons.

Best gym Ive ever been to. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean. They have excellent pool facilities. I use the lap pool all of the time and my kids love the family pool. There are water slides and a lazy river. There are basketball courts, racquetball courts, weights, indoor track. I could go on. Its great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful.The Trails has everything you could possibly want or need from a lap pool, 0 depth pool for the kids to a full weight room with plenty of excersize equipment! The Trails also offers plenty of classes (some even free w/ admittance) for everyone in your family.

Great place to swim. We take our ILC class there to swim, the staff is amazing and patient and so understanding.

The facilities are top notch for working out, playing basketball, racquetball or swimming.The daycare facilities are staffed by wonderful caring personnel who make it very easy to get a good workout in knowing that the kids are well taken care of.The rec center also offers a variety of classes that are well priced and staffed.Love this place.

I stop going for 5 years cause people dont care about the rules for the swimming pool or the lazy river. And someone actually poop in the lazy river. I went back for a kids party 2 weeks ago, and it happened again someone poop in the lazy river. Disgusting place.

This is a family friendly and great facility. It tends to get crowded, especially the pool, but there is still plenty of space and things to do.Free weights and machines and alright but definitely could be cleaned more or replaced (white ropes are black from grime). Free weights and machines do not get too crowded which is nice.Climbing wall, surrounding trails, skatepark, and all other amnities are nice and well kept. Pricing is alright and what youd expect. Overall, a pretty good recreation center.

Lived in Aurora for a number of years and never tried the center took the kids there for a birthday party and it was reasonably priced well staffed and the amenities were clean

This rec center is nice. The only thing is we wish it had a better kids area in the swimming pool. We travel 20 minutes to a different rec instead of coming here when we swim.

I love this rec center. We recently moved to the area and are so grateful to have found the Trails. We (my kiddos) have taken gymnastics lessons, dance lessons, and now they are enrolled in swimming lessons. The instructors have all been so kind and amazingly patient with my toddler and preschooler. I dont know what kind of immaculate facilities some of these other reviewers are used to, but this is one of the nicest and most equipped rec centers Ive ever been to, with such a large array of classes offered that it is actually hard to choose what we want to do. My one and only complaint is the cost to get in. It is quite a bit higher than Im used to paying. We live very close by, but for whatever reason, my neighborhood voted to not be in district so we are forced to pay out-of-district prices which are far higher than in-district. I sure wish we could pay district prices, we would be there even more often. Overall, my family loves this place!
