I own a home and live in Piney Creek. I love this neighborhood and all the amenities. My experience with the HOA has been kind and professional. Being a top producing Realtor in the area I deal with the Piney Creek HOA regularly when I help clients buy and sell homes in Piney Creek. In my opinion, the HOA dues and transfer fees are high but comparable to other neighborhoods of similar size and amenities. The clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and landscaping are well kept and most neighbors cherish having such great amenities within walking distance of our homes. I highly recommend Piney Creek for anyone look for a great place to call home.
Piney Creek HOA is the worst management, that targets American Chinese, picks them with anything stupid such as the color of the fences while ignoring their neighbors. This HOA made the monthly fee ballooning from $29 to $109 with no any service but trash removal. With 1851 families, this HOA collects over $2 millions every year, it appears to have morphed into self- staining, self-centered corporate entity bullying homeowners without delivering on its original promise.Let work together and dissolve this HOA.
Great place to host small parties, less than 100 people. Roomy, tables and chairs. Parking decent
A really great facility 8 tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Its an ok place to be at but the clubhouse is a small kitchen with a small room. Dirty Locker rooms and unprofessional lifeguards. Comfortable seats, good diving board but there are kids out of hand who end up hurt but dont get the help they need. Not much to do over there dirty pool they dont clean it either very cold jacuzzi. Not the best clubhouse
Nice park- playground is awesome for the kiddos- beautiful scenery and nice lake
