Phenomenal! I want to praise every single young adult working on staff today. It is RARE that I go anywhere anymore and find attentive and polite young adults. Especially ones so accommodating. Not once was anyone considering their social life conversations more important than helping the kids present or the sanitation they needed to do. And I never saw a single person working with a cell phone in their hand. They were all polite and spoke clearly and didnt act like they hated their jobs. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so very much

What an awesome place. My 2 year old had a blast going down the slides and playing around. Staff was incredibly nice and appeared to generally care. I wish they wouldnt have to police the kids who parents find it appropriate to leave them unattended. The only issue was kids as young as 1.5-2 walking around solo or the 3+ trying to climb the slides causing traffic jams.

Great friendly staff. Always try there best to keep everything as clean as possible. Definitely recommend for kids of all ages. Up to middle school. Even older kids would probably enjoy it.

Great place to go when your kids need to run off that energy but its too hot outside. Clean and professional. Staff is always warm and welcoming. We always love visiting here for their fun and food.

We had our birthday party here today and it was amazing! The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! It was also very clean! Would recommend for any celebration!!

The two girls we had for the party helper were amazing did an amazing job. The play place area was awesome, definitely made for smaller kids. Makes the big kids or adults tired quickly. And the arcade is small but you can earn tickets fast with some of the games.

My grand daughter loves climbing through all the tunnels and she enjoys the rock climbing wall

This place is great. A couple years ago they completely remodeled everything and then even more recently they added a rock climbing wall that looks super awesome. My kids are just a little too small. The staff was great, they cleaned up a spill from a kid (not mine) in minutes and made my daughter’s birthday super special. So glad Cedar Rapids has a place like this. Also the pizza was surprisingly delicious.

Everytime I take my kids here they have a whole blast. That wallclimb is safe, looks fun, and helps kids play in a different way instead of the basic McDonalds playplace

Oh my God. The PlayStation. This place has changed so much. From when it originally opened back when I was a kid. I absolutely love the way it is now. The layout makes it so you can stand in the middle and pretty much see everywhere. Everything is adult-friendly, the air flows through great. And they do all kinds of great specials and deals all month long every month

It was better before the remodel. Its too expensive now.

Recently had a birthday party here and it was AWESOME! Tessa was our host and she was great! The kids love the climbing area and had a great time in the arcade as well. Pizza was WAY better than you would expect. We WILL be coming back again!

My daughter loves this place!! The upgrade on the play area is wonderful (no more crawling around with knee pains for parents) and the climbing wall is a perfect...A+. The new managment is doing a great job, the staff is super friendly en helpful, but I just dont like the food. The price is not bad but the food quality is not good. We prefer to eat somewhere else and come back for more playtime!

They have recently remodeled and put in a climbing wall. The prices are so affordable for my kids to play. They love going here, hours of fun. Great way to use up energy especially in the winter months when its cold outside. They have a wide selection of food to eat so lunch is easy.

Still the best place to take kids.

I love all the renovations that were done. Its so much easier to keep track of your kiddos now that you can see though most if the play area. The added seating near the game room was great too. The special events are always awesome. And the balloon artist was aslo super kind and awesome with all the kids.

Great area for parents to sit while watching the kids in the play structure. We had a birthday party here which took place in a cute little room and was easy to arrange. It included pizza, which got good reviews.

This is bow the 2nd time we have been here with our 3 year old and hes had an amazing time on both occasions. We started with the arcade spending $50 for 240 tokens, most of the games are fair 1 play for 2 tokens but, some of them are 4, 6, or 8 tokens per play (a little too pricey for my taste). After we played a little while we all went into the 3 story play area climbing up, sliding down, and we even managed to find a few swings in the play area. I definitely reccomend this to anyone with children (especially when your a child at heart too!)

Very nice after the remodel! Its easy for adults to follow their kids around the whole structure. More more tube slides, theyre all wide schutes now. Toddler area is amazing! A continuous loop of a few steps and a slide, as well as some foam blocks to stack.

Its ridiculous to charge for extra arrangements in the place that are is just for children from when youre having a set rate now your menus off the chart ridiculous in price how is a family supposed to afford to even come to your establishment if youre not family friendly on price

Great place for a childs birthday party

Just had our 4 year olds grandsons birthday party and was very satisfied!!!! Excellent service, clean setup room, superb server/attendant. Kids had a ball! Definitely worth the trip. Very reasonable, too!Would do it again in a heartbeat! Would absolutely recommend the Party Package.

This place was awesome for my sons birthday. Our hostess was great and seen to all our needs, really went above and beyond to ensure my son had a great party. the place was very clean compared to the last time i was there. The food was better than expected

It’s very hard to find activities for my kids to do together since there is such an age gap, ages 12 and 1 1/2. This place was perfect. My 12 year old brought a friend and loved the video games and still liked the play area. My baby enjoyed the toddler area which was the perfect size for her. The play area was clean, staff was very friendly and the kids had fun. It was worth the drive from Muscatine to go somewhere new. I’ll definitely come back.

They updated equipment, games and food. Prices are more than fair! Staff was very friendly and it was very clean. Highly recommend! My nephew had a birthday party here and it was very efficient and a great price

We were in cedar rapids from out of town for a swim meet. Nice place for our 3 and 7 yr old to play. Arcade and food reasonably priced.

Doing A Great Job Keeping it clean.

We had a birthday party here today. The party time was set for 10am. They dont open the doors until 10 for the entire building. This is an issue because then you have to wait until your time has already started in the party room.They were not informative of what points were on what card and they originally forgot to give us the 20$ game card. (This was resolved)We werent able to get into the party room with the host introducing herself and giving kids wristbands until 1030, this gave us 2 hrs to celebrate our birthday boy and presents and eat and cake/ice cream. They interrupted him opening gifts to kick our party out at 1203. I understand there are set times but if we didnt get to go in there until 1030 then that isnt our fault and we shouldnt lose that time or at the very least we shouldve got a discount.Not impressed with the service we got spending $200 for this party.

Now that they remodeled it is focused on big kids and little kids instead if just based on little kids. They also have 6 rock climbing walls that fun and challenging.

I am very happy with the recent updates to The Play Station! There is a toddler area that is enclosed and everything is padded, clean and soft. The new slides are much better than the old tunnel ones as well! My daughter really loves it here.

Was 5 stars a year ago. They changed the play area. Removed a massive chunk for more tables and got rid of the massive slide that had been there for ages. Still fun for kids, but my kids favorite features have been removed

Really fun place to take the kids! A jungle gym with a small arcade. I like that there is food options and that there is a separate jungle gym for little toddlers that doesnt allow children over a certain height! They have a nice coke machine that you can add flavors to and a salad bar. A place to have a birthday party for sure!

Good spot for kids aged about 8 and younger to climb around for a couple hours. Im glad i scored a good deal on groupon otherwise I might never have found out about this place. My 5 and 6 year olds loved it.

Nice place to take the young ones to entertain them for an afternoon. There is an arcade and a large jungle gym to wear them out. Didnt have a chance to try the food.

Had some free play passes and with the new upgrades the kiddos had even more of a blast! The new slides are super fast and fun and my lovely neice enjoyed the balance strip!Definitely bring kids here full of energy and leave with them ready to crash. Great for birthdays as well but definitely call ahead to reserve your seating as the tables go quickly.

This is a good place to take your children. You will probably want to take another child with you if you have only 1. Its a much better place for children when they have a playmate to go with them.

I grew up playing at the Play Station and at first I was sad when they replaced everything. But now Im glad they did! Its very clean and open. Its a lot easier to get around and follow your younger kids. We really love the Tot Time on weekdays from 9-10 am for the little ones. My daughter is 16 months and can go anywhere without worrying about the bigger kids. We will definitely keep coming back!

My son loves this place! I like the new set-up (recently remodeled), and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing I dont like is the food and drink prices- kinda pricey for what it is. I still recommend the place!

Kids loved it, lots of newly-redesigned play spaces. They could have totally stayed all day. I was happy for my kids, but I definitely have a headache from the noise. Parents, bring Tylenol and a book.

Food quality is as low as Ive ever had, but that doesnt matter, because my grandchildren love going here. And my granddaughter works there. I love her so much that it doesnt matter what the quality of food is. I will continue to go there until she no longer works there and my grandchildren have grown too old to enjoy this place.

The kiddos always love their birthday parties here. This is also a perfect place for summer birthdays. If you rent the party room its always air conditioned it beats having their June birthday parties outside!

A little pricey, and sometimes packed, but when its actually not. Its a good place. Sometimes big kids run over smaller kids, and are too big to be in. They dont supervise, so you must. Sometimes they have balloons being crafted by a clown or etc. So its a nice place to go for your kids.

I take my twin 2 year old grandsons almost every Tuesday. They have a blast and so do I. The remodel is fantastic and much easier for adults to follow their kids through. I bought season passes for the boys for Christmas and it was the best present ever!!!

This is a fun place for little ones but could be much cleaner. I saw staff watch kids eat from the salad bar with their fingers and did nothing, so suggest avoiding this. I have never seen the bathroom clean and suggest avoiding this also.

Newly remodeled with new equipment and more seating than before. Place was packed when we went and was still standing room only for the adults. Food was good though and it looked nice.

Admission price is great because you can stay as long as youd like, and with Groupon or online ticket, its around $5/kid. We usually go weekdays when its not busy and my kids, age 6-12, all love playing on the playground. I dont like the TVs on all the time- the kids are playing, so its just more noise and distraction. Food is fairly pricey, but I guess that helps make up for the lower cost of admission.

Nice place for younger children. Giant play place and variety of comfort food items. Salad bar is pretty good but some items looked like they had been there awhile. The arcade is ok . It also has laser tag but I didnt check that out.

Our kids had a lot of fun climbing around. Its a tight fit for parents that need to help a small kid through the play towers. It got very busy around lunch time, making it harder for parents to squeeze through.
