I looked up toddler time this past weekend and found it listed in their calendar from 10-11 AM on Sunday morning for which I could purchase tickets online for $7.99. I arrived at 10:00 AM and the place was packed. I had already told me kids, so we were going. I went to fill out my waivers, waited in line for 15 minutes to pay, and then she said it would be $64 for my 4 toddlers for the 45 minutes that remained of toddler time. I said it was $7.99 online. She said it was $14.99 because they had a character time. I was completely shocked especially because I just went on there that morning and could have bought the tickets online for $7.99 but chose to do it there instead as I wanted to get going. She didn’t care. She still charged me the $64. We only jumped for 45 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager before we left who happened to be the same person who sold us the $64 jump pass. I left my phone number and wanted the owner or general manager to call me. I even sent an email that evening. Two nights later I followed up with an email also leaving my phone number requesting a phone call. Nobody has called. Nobody has written me back. I looked up the event when I left and there was a separate event for the character time listed under events from 9:30-11 am, but the toddler time was on the calendar from 10-11 am for $7.99 tickets specifically on Sunday, October 25. This is false advertisement. I should have been charged what was advertised online and what I expected to pay and instead got charged double. The toddler time should have been removed from the calendar if it wasn’t available and was instead replaced by the character time for $15. I never would have brought my 4 kids for $64. And refusing to understand it and accommodate is a terrible way to run a business. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Love the fact they have something for all ages and just not trampolines. They have an area for little kids they have Ninja zone plus more!

We went to a glow event. It was fun however not very glowy. Too bright which is understandable due to younger kids. Definitely for younger kids but fun with the kids. And it is more if a work out than you would think.

Very fun. Had a blast with friends, and the ninja course is super fun. They call themselves a, trapoline park, but theres only about 10 small trampolines to jump on. Food was good, and hot. Last but not least, you HAVE to have sky zone socks to jump. But you can exchange your other socks, for sky socks for free.

This is a great place for the kids to burn off some energy and get a lot of exercise. There are jump areas based on age, dodgeball, and foam pits. Grownups have plenty of areas to keep an eye on the kids or to sit and relax. We had a blast!

They accomodated us for late arrived so we got full 1& 1/2 hrs of time. On the Website it didnt say you had to use their socks only ($2 per pair). Pizza was good. The photo booth wont take debit cards (it said it would but it kept rejecting them) luckily my daughter had some $5s because it wont take my $20 for $15 worth of photos. Overall it was fun, we are already planning another trip.

Not many people there. Nice and relaxing watching kids enjoy themselves, hearing children laugh and having fun.

I really liked it just the music was a little loud kinda hurt but other than that I think it was really fun and all the games limbo and music chairs all the co-workers were really nice and funny

It was very kid friendly and family oriented. I love that you have to sign a waiver that everyone has to understand! I also enjoyed the massage while the kids were having fun.

This is one of the best jumping places in town. They keep it up to date and clean. Adding new things and keeping it fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I took my littles here to get out of the house. They made me pay full price and purchase jump socks for my 9 month old who doesnt walk and certainly was not going to be jumping. There was also no safe space for my 3 year old to jump where he wasnt being ran into by larger kids. It cost me almost $60 for my 3 year old to jump for an hour. Will not bring my kids back here again. We will stick to other trampoline parks.

Fun clean. Spacious. Amendities are made in right places. We came to use a coupon and gift card. The staff was competent & respectful. has much moxie to be a weekly and usual place to come to.

Its a cool place to go to with friends or family. They sell food, drink, and candy but they dont have healthy options. They have seating for parents who brought there kids and they host birthday parties. Theres an area where you can jump and flip on trampolines, a few obstacle courses, a small rock climbing wall, and a smaller kids area. To jump on the trampolines you need their special socks which cost an extra $6.

Sky zone is amazing it safe for kids and has a lot of activities to keep your body moving the people there are nice to every of their costumers there are treats games and well all sort of activities make sure you visit sometimes and like this.

It was awesome but 30 minutes before we were leaving my sister broke her ankle it was our fault but just to keep your kids safe make sure they dont get their foot caught under the mats.

The kids had a blast here! Everything was nice and clean with plenty of workers to oversee the kids.

Everything in there is broke down the so call games they take all of your money I will never take my kids there again dont recommend no one

So fun! The kiddos had a blast! We were even able to have our party room and jump time all together! The party host was such a sweetheart and took control of everything! Thanks for making my childrens birthday party such a fun experience for them!

My daughter loved it. Staff was very helpful. My kid was a little over wheeled when first arriving but one of the workers took her on a small tour and showed her the way. It was 20 bucks for an hour which included socks that are mandatory. But she was moving all the time and ended up having a blast. They do offer package deals they serve food and there us a parents zone up above where you can sit and just watch your children go nuts.

I love all of the add ons that they have done. It gives the kids more options and it works for all ages!

Hygiene seemed better than other indoor play parks. Staff were warm and welcoming. Price was reasonable. There were no conflicts with other parents or children. My only suggestion would be to lower the price of the lockers from 75¢ to only 25¢.

Took my 4 year old and he absolutely loves it. They had plenty of different activities for both his age and older kids. The staff did a good job of keeping an eye on all the kids and making sure they were safe. We were supposed to get a free slushie for warrior Wednesday but the blue one wasnt ready and my son is allergic to yellow dye and couldnt have the orange one. The concessions lady was super nice and allowed him to get a fountain pop instead. We will definitely be going again.

I have been to Skyzone many times. Got there around 6:30 and was told I had no waivers under my name even though we have been there many times. The last time was less than a month ago. I finally get those filled out and pay and then I see the stickers say 6:30 to 7:30. I question them and they say they close at 7:30. So I paid for 1 hour of jump time but I only getting 45 minutes. I said you could have told me you closed at 7:30 before I paid. Bunch of kids running the show. It was almost 40 for jump time and had to get new socks! I have 6 kids. Only 2 with me today but none of us will be back! Going to Iowa City instead. Better prices better staff!

My grandkids had so much fun. They were definitely worn out when their 2 hrs were up! The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly too. Its a little spendy which is why i didnt give it 5 stars.

Sky Zone is loads of fun for all ages! In my group we had people of all ages and everyone found something fun for them. There are lots of different activities, I loved the ninja course in particular and my six year old loved the wipe out spinning arm. There are some arcade type games, but they are pretty pricey. Good time all around.

My daughter went for a birthday party and had a ton of fun, but the rotating arm obstacle wasnt working.

I love going here. Its super awesome. My kids flip out and jump until they are ready to sleep. Its cleaner than AirFX and smells less like feet, which is a mega-plus. Its $12 per jump usually with a $2 sock charge if you dont bring yours from last time. We went after 8pm on Saturday the other day and they had something called GLOW where they turned the lights down, turned the black lights up, had free face painting, gave you a t-shirt which was black light reactive and let you jump for 3 hours. There was a DJ and everything, but Im not sure it was worth $23/kid. Thats not to say it wasnt fun, because it was utterly, utterly fun. But, I $23/kid is pretty steep, even for 3 hours of blacklight jumping.

Its so cool here! My daughter did a good job and the kids working in there were fantastic! I absolutely recommend this place for all the kids.

Adventureland yearly passes are 125 dollars. To jump here for one day with a family was over 100 dollars. A Summer pass is 100 dollars.2 stars because their new stuff is cool, but getting rid of the kid area, then charging extra for kids to play in the new area that is 1/5 the size of Play Station is an absolute joke.Sky Zone is a really cool idea with the worst prices to value I have ever seen in my life.I can buy an actual trampoline to keep forever for the price of one hour of jumping with the kids. That is a problem.

I paid the same price for my 5 year old and 15 year old and after was told my 5year old couldn’t do the 2 main activities- The wipeout and large activity coarse. Why wouldn’t it be cheaper than for him? they had no answer for that. Ridiculous. Definitely stick to AirFX.

Way too expensive!!! I had my 3 grandchildren, one is 11 months old. She couldnt play yet they didnt even have one highchair. Tried to talk to the manager and was told she was to busy. The layout was terrible. I couldnt keep an eye on the kids. I will NEVER go back

Glo night was a hit with my granddaughters. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The entire 3 hours I was there, I consistently saw employees cleaning everything, including wiping down the fire extinguishers.Prices were very reasonable!

My kids loved the glow night! There was a DJ, games, face painting, and dodge ball along with all of the other activities typically found at a jump park. All of the staff were very courteous and fun! It wasnt overly crowded so there was plenty of room for the kids to jump and have fun. Great experience! I will definitely take my kids back!

Place was clean and Staff was friendly. But I was so disappointed that we had to buy socks when we brought grip socks - just not SkyZone brand. Whole we could “trade” them in, it just seems like an inconvenience. However, kids (14 & 12) had a great time & we will be back.

No longer a family friendly place. Nobody was controlling the areas. No rules followed. Multiple kids in basketball area at once and kids were jumping over the top of my 10 year old and kneed him in face. Employees letting their friends stay in activity areas extra long while 10 or more kids waited in line. Dodge ball was crazy and again the employee stood there and did nothing as kids were getting hurt. I talked to management and they just shrugged and said it’s changed. Not planning on going back!

Costs more than golf. Not good value for kids under 5 years old. They charged my 2 year old full price and then said she couldnt do the obstacle course. I would have talked to a manager but there wasnt any around. Fun but small and expensive.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I lost my fibit there and went back to look for it multiple times. One day while was at the mall it synced up to my phone, I looked later that night and saw that it was still being used. I would much rather go to Air FX than Sky Zone

My family and I went here last sat. I had 2 toddlers and 2 bigger kids . The bigger kids had fun. What I like to know is why I had to pay full price for the toddlers cuz they are only allowed to go on 3 of the things only. Sersouly. That is way to much. I will not be returning until they reach the required height .

We have previously been to air fx and I have to say that skyzone although smaller in size has way more stuff to do like kid ninja warrior and kind of like a PlayStation like setup as well its so a my opinion step up from air fx

My 3 year old daughter and I had a blast here. It costs money, so it was a treat. Flips were allowed, we just did summersaults, but it was fun watching the pros flip. Staff are courteous and attentive; they make sure everyone is safe and has space to jump. Gotta wash and keep those special socks for next time! I wish I had noticed the free cubbies before I paid for storage. It was a popular place to be even at 10 am on Saturday. Just a good group of people having fun.
