When Ive gone there in the past my experience has been nothing but positive the people were very helpful and the seating is extremely comfortable. I miss the movies darn covid. Do your part wear a mask so the movies can be open again. Thank you

It was great to go back to the movies. So happy it was fun and very clean as always. I have never had a bad experience here. Been going to this theater for 4 years. I live in Austin and drive over here.

The recliner chairs are a huge upgrade! Just wish the concession food wasn’t outrageously priced. It would be cool if they created a point system or something where the more you spend you could earn back stuff like a free ticket or free popcorn/etc..

So Ive been to Cinemark many times and I enjoy it every time!For a start, the workers are very polite and cool. They have a nice assortment of snacks such as Nachos, that you can buy. They even had my favorite Peace Tea/Arizona Tea brand I like.In addition, the seats are very comfortable and even recline. Each seat has a cup holder and you can sit there for hours if you want, thanks to how comfortable the seats are. The aisles are nice and wide so there is no need to worry about tripping over someone or something like that.The sound quality is also very nice. During one of the trailers played, the speakers sound effect was so good, I noticed my seat starting to shake when explosions went off in the trailer. It was really cool.All in all, while there are other interesting theaters to visit, this one is my personal favorite, and my personal choice to recommenced to friends. So next time you visit the movies, be sure to check out a Cinemark. You will be in for a trip of fun and quality entertainment!

We love this theatre. It’s clean and I love that you get to choose your seats. There is plenty of room between the seats so you are able to really stretch out and relax. As with any theatre, the price of snacks and drinks are exorbitant but there is a really good selection. Plenty of showtimes to choose from too.

Was our first movie in 9 mo. Very clean people at a distance.

Love this theater! Decently priced matinee shows, around $6. Clean theatres and bathroom facilities. Perfect for taking the little ones when the crowds have cleared out and the movie has been in theatres for a few weeks. The seats are super spacious and recline and the arm rests can be pushed up to accomodate nappers:) We bring blankets, kid-snacks and buy our popcorn and soda there. A great time!

Love this theater. The Movie Club program is awesome! Saves me money on tickets and snacks. Plus, the credits roll over so if you dont use it that month it is still available. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve any time I have had an issue. Its small, but offers a quaint more intimate experience!

Very nice theater. Lounger type seats you select on ticket purchase. Would have been 5 stars except the endless amount of commercials, commercials before the movie, commercials between the previews (sware there are more and more previews and I must say you could not pay me to go see most of these movies they look so bad!). I paid to see a movie mot to be forced to watch a commercial! If Im forced to watch them I should be paid, you too!!!

These are awesome but their HR recruiting staff needs work. Had applied at one a few years back and the interviewer was very condescending and disrepectful.

I recommend this theatre. They continue to improve and offer more amenities to customers and Ive always had good service and smiling faces. I love the location and ease of access ....ie, its right off 183A and 1431. The restaurants surround the theatre are excellent as well.

This Cinemark has the super comfy reclining seats. The last couple of visits, I felt that it was lacking that supreme sound quality. I also wish Cinemark’s rewards program was structured more like the Regal theaters... free! Other than that, it’s a nice place to catch a good flick.

We like going there. Its a no fuss theater. You get the wine in plastic but no complaints for 12 bucks ticket price!

The newly renovated theater is awesome! Super Comfy reclining seats! The theater is always super clean. The staff is friendly as well. Don’t forget to buy tickets online, before you come, in order to get the best seats!

Buying my ticket was very easy and the only downside is that the concessions seems a little small for the size of the building. The restrooms were very clean and the seats are very nice. They recline all the way back and are your standard new improved movie theater seat.

LOOOOVE THE MOVIES AND POPCORN

I come to cinemark because their seats are comfy. Ive had nothing but good experiences here. I like their movie club, it waives the online fees for tickets so coming here is pretty cheap and fun. The screens are nice and big and clear, the sound is good. Good theater

Good theater and they have new drink options. My only issue is the the staff dont speak to people talking during the movie. You have to go tell them.

Movie was great, popcorn was outrageously priced at $5 for the smallest container, soda was like five bucks for a large soda. Although these costs are pretty standard 4 movie theaters, the Tuesday night price was less than $7 for the movie. Very comfortable seats which you can reserve,

Great place to watch a movie. And I am part of the movie member club so I get 20% of concession. Service is always pretty good and I always have had great customer service.

Love coming here every Tuesday for our families Tuesday movie night. Reclining seats are very comfortable. My family and I found our favorite cinema place. Beats all others we have gone to before even the Alamo draft. They are very clean and people at front are very nice.

Our familys favorite cinema. Love the large recliner seats. Only downside is difficulty getting good seat location for popular movies. We do buy tickets online and that works fine, but forget about just dropping in on a whim, unless you like sitting directly under the screen (which I hate). The facility is kept clean, well maintained, and at a comfortable temperature.

My go to movie theatre in Cedar Park. Clean and great reclining seating. Free refills on Large popcorn and drink. Wish I can go once a week.

Fantastic venue with recliners as seats. They serve beer and wine as well as other alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Great movie treats. Theatre is very clean. You need to get tickets ahead of time and the rewards program is definitely The way to go for frequent movie goers.

Great seats good food just lots of loud little kids in the theater

This location has a very small concession area compared to other movie theaters so if you go when it is busy, it will feel crowded. The killeen location is actually better and the spouses count with the military discount, just in case people were wondering. That doesnt happen at this location. It is better to just go to the matinee times. Also, there used to be many reviews on here and I am not sure what happened to them....

I saw The Secret Life of Pets 2 at Cinemark Cedar Park on Thursday night and the movie experience was great. Their popcorn, snacks, and drinks were nice. The service was superb. Everything was above my expectations at this movie theater.

Always clean, reclining seats, comprable prices, beer, wine, and cocktails.

7pm movie on a Tuesday night leaves you sweating so hard you have to peel your body off of the seat when you leave.We walked in. It was hot. We notified staff and they may have turned the ac on for a few minutes as 20 minutes into the previews their was one burst of cold air. Just one.Others in the theater were sweltering. I would have enjoyed he movie more had the theater been a comfortable temperature.it is possible that the theater, sound and picture quality were excellent. Who knows. Could not get past the sauna like temperatures.Do not recommend. Tried to contact their customer service before leaving a reply and no response.

I love the reclining chairs and assigned seating. They now have adult beverages. Getting more competitive with Alamo Draft house except it is self serve and less expensive.

My family and I have a great experience at the movie theater everytime we go, but the time share people who have parked themselves in the entrance of the theater are not who we came to see. The movies is somewhere for you to relax and have a good time, not to get hassled by some man who is trying to see you vacations. He did not understand that we were not interested after many attempts of trying to walk away. We have never had an unpleasant experience at the theaters until last night.

Horrible experience. Three of us, all adults, walked in on a Tuesday at 11am. An elderly female employee approached us rather aggressively demanding to know how we got in. We told her we came in through the front door, concession employees saw us enter. She continued shouting...I mean SHOUTING at us that they were closed. All three of us felt she was extremely rude, and honestly she looked at us with anger and disgust and there is a tiny part of me that felt she was being discriminatory but whatever. We left and drove to Alamo Drafthouse and enjoyed our movie there. Wont be returning to this location. Taking my business elsewhere.

Went to go see Captain Marvel. The seats were comfortable and the movie fantastic! Nothing is better than a date with my wife but watching a great movie in a clean theatre makes the night even better.

The theater was cool and clean. There were not enough people working the concessions on a weekday. Unfortunately the management has chosen to tear up the plaza in the front with the unique sundial to put in parking. This removes the calm setting for this shopping center. Instead of doing this they could have prohibited other business owners from parking in those spaces in front & put a few more handicapped places in the front.

Absolutely love the new recliners! Its also great that they have updated so that you can reserve your seat. Popcorn was tasty. Theater was clean and staff was friendly! Highly recommend checking it out!

Sorry place needs to upgrade for adults! Seats are to close to each other. Great place for taking small kids and teenagers. But times are changing, no more bucket seats adults want recliner seats. Its 2019 Not 1987!

I highly recommend the Cinemark club. For $10 a month you get a ticket every month, and 20% off concessions. And your tickets can carry over if you dont use them.

This venue is fine. The theaters are all of a consistent quality, and the concession options are standard. The addition of reclining seats and alcoholic beverages is pretty great. As usual, if youre not at Alamo, be prepared for inconsiderate movie goers who talk, use their phones etc. My personal experience so far has been mostly good at this location, Id guess around 70/40 good to not great. Its never been bad enough to feel the need to complain to an employee, so thats pretty good I suppose.This is a great neighborhood theater with more than you need to have a great time at the movies, and its located within very short walking distance of some good restaurants.

I honestly dont know why people would go to a place like this over an Alamo Drafthouse. Popcorn is $8 for dry flavorless cardboard. The menu is basically non existent and the movies just play non stop ads before the movie. Its like they found a way to wring out as much money as they can while providing no improved customer experience....oh yeah the seats recline a little. Enjoy that.

So much so, we go once or sometimes, twice a month :-) The staff is so friendly and it is always clean, the seating is amazing, the temperature in the movie auditoriums, is always at a comfortable setting, the movies projected are clear and sound is quality. I also love the fact that they have a movie club with lots of benefits! I could go on and on but I suggest you check it out for yourself :-)

Easy online ticket purchase and picking out of seats. The snack selection wasnt the greatest and of course way over priced. Very comfortable seating and all around clean theatre.

We joined the Cinemark movie club and could not be happier. We get discounts on tickets, free tickets, and order online fees waived. Its SO nice to order ahead then literally walk past the giant line of people at the box office. Also, they have Orville Redenbaucher (I totally butchered his last name) popcorn. The icees they have are always perfect, and also the prices are really fair on concessions. Plus the seats are leather, large, and recline. Its amazing.

Prices are a bit high but thats typical for a movie theater. Very nice theaters and the staff is friendly. No real issues.

Love the assigned seating. They have a full bar to order from. The seating is much better with the luxury recliners. Makes for a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend this theater to anyone looking to go see a movie in comfort.

This is our favorite neighborhood theatre. Now, we would go to any length to watch a big screen worthy movie and appreciate that a great one is so close to us. Why? Why, we can shop at 1890 Ranch, eat at plenty of good restaurants around and enjoy a movie before or after. I like that there is a rocky landscaping outside that most kids love to hop around while waiting for the movie or slide on the big bow sculpture outside to vent out newly learnt superhero moves.

The recliner chairs improves the experience of watching the movie. My family thoroughly enjoyed spending the night there and it helps that there are great places to eat nearby.

The temperature in the theater was a little warm. Everything else was fine.

Its a really nice theater with reserved recliner seating. The seats are pretty comfortable and spaced apart enough to give you arm room.

Its a great budget option if you arent looking for a waitstaff and dinner to be tacked on to your movie experience. Being able to choose your seats before hand and having spacious reclining seating is pretty nice. Its not as nice as the Movie House & Eatery seating wise, but thats not a fair comparison and still miles above typical old school mall theaters. Its also closer and to me and the matinees are hard to beat.

Great movie theater is all I have to say. Especially for the fact that they have great recliner chairs and that you can buy your tickets ahead of time and choose where you sit. It makes it so much easier and after you pay for your spot nobody can take your seat.

Love the new seats and layout inside the theater. The seats are very roomy, made of leather and also recline. The rows are also very spacious so its a really great way to watch movies away from home. The theater is pretty clean throughout so seems like the place is well maintained.They have assigned seatings so best to get your tickets online.

Havent seen a movie in a long time. But when I do go see a movie I will always go to Cinemark Cedar Park very comfortable love the seats especially the reclining leather in some of their theaters. Popcorns always fresh and actually I had some Red Vines which normally I do not get them from movie theaters because they are always stale these were as fresh as if they just made them. Maybe I should go see more movies get more Red Vines and popcorn.

Great seating with ample walking room. Concession prices are outrageous. I usually only come here if seating is full at the Alamo. But it is an acceptable second option

Nice reclining seats, great sound, one of the better theaters I’ve been to. Definitely much more comfortable than Alamo. Incredibly priced discount Tuesdays.

The theater is clean. The restrooms are well kept. The staff is friendly. They have the reclining chairs now. Which are very comfortable. There is lots of room to stretch out. Seating is reserved so you actually have to choose which seat you are going to sit in when you buy your tickets. This helps in a way because you dont have to hunt for a seat when you get inside the theater. But if its a popular movie you end up with whatever seats are left, usually the front.The concession is pricey but thats normal. They do have combos to save a little. And the Cinemark app gives you rewards.

The upgrade furniture throughout the movie theatre has made my movie watching experience even better. This theatre is clean and tidy,and the service from the encounters i have with the staff has always been polite, and always willing to assist its customers with anything to make the customers have experience better. When going to the movies this theatre is always my first choice.

I am not one who will get impressed by luxury lounges in a normal theatre, I feel they make the theatre harder to afford and harder to get into with families. That said, the experience at Cinemark Cedar Park is typical to other movie theatre s I have experienced in he Austin area. Biggest gripe as a Northerner who moved South: No coffee

Great place for hanging out w family and watch a movie. I like the seats upgrades and reserve seating which is really helpful and we dont have to wait to get seated. I wish they add healthier food snacks and drinks but that is my wish list. The employee are very friendly and the place is very clean and organized. I would recommend it for family and kids.
