Of course Covid made this a different experience, however we had a good time everything was clean and quiet. We were the only family in there. It was a good time. They dont refill your popcorn bucket that was new to me they hand you like a refill tray. That was the only thing I was like ok thats new.

Pros: The recliners in the theaters are very nice and relaxing and the sound is good. Cons: The popcorn at this location always tastes stale for some reason. The areas around the butter and fountain drinks were filthy and had trash everywhere. However, the overall experience was good.

I am rooting for this location to close. Its misrun, the staff are rude and its a total pig stye. They give AMC a bad name. I chose to boycott them before the pandemic. Also its incredibly irresponsible to be open during Covid.Ive attended the AMC @ Century City Westfield in Beverly Hills and the AMC @ Universal City in Burbank back in Los Angeles for years. The staff were always friendly and took pride in providing the best experience.Ive had my Uber driver and one of my physicians remark on how run down Lakeline and this particular theater is.This location and its people are an embarrassment.Were used to standards.

I pass this cinema on my way to work regularly; I havent stopped in, myself, but the people I see coming-and-going always seem satisfied with their experience - deep in discussion, or laughing and reminiscing. I look forward to experiencing it myself soon

Love this place, much better than the Regals in town. Clean and well maintained, loblve their Coke free style machines. It lacks the real D 3D and such options though, so thats a bummer. You will have to go to Barton Creek Mall for that. Im a A-List member and this is comparatively closer to my place so Im happy with it. Recliner seats and small and big sized theaters. Nothing much to complain. The concessions stand is on the ground level though and some theaters are downstairs, you might have to come up to get your popcorn and drinks. There is also a small bar here with some good selection of drinks.

Sound is the worst in Austin I think... Its too crunchy. I cant wait to watch that movie again at home because it was disappointing at the theater because I missed some dialogue. At least it was cleaner than their other Austin locations

Clean and love the new way they go about seating during COVID-19

I really cant give a thorough review on this place as we only purchased movie tickets and did not eat or drink anything. We do come here a lot and are able to get tickets here when other locations are full. Comfy adjustable seating with lots of room between. I noticed they got a bar...will have to try it next time.

Excellent spacing for social distancing

This AMC has the worst staff of any AMC I have ever been to. The pizza we ordered was given to us completely burnt. When we asked them if they can replace it because it was inedible, we were told that this is the way the oven cooked them and there wasnt much they could do. We demanded another pizza that wasnt burnt and they reluctantly made another. Everything the staff did, from taking orders to delivering the food, seemed as if was a chore for them to do. Avoid this AMC and go to one of the others in Austin.

Went and saw Mission Impossible: Fallout with my son...nice mall theater, very pricy at the concession, Hot Dogs tasted great even though they had to temperature check them at least 5 times to see if they were cooked enough! Better than getting it raw...popcorn fresh...became a Stubs member and they give free refills on a large popcorn with it. Went to the 11:00 am showing...Not busy at all. Great theater seats..plenty of room.

Nobody was at the concession stands. Three staff members saw me and did not come over to help. Not the first time i have seen this at this location. Have a little pride in your work.

I had no idea this theater was so grand. The reclining leather chairs were incredibly comfortable. My choice of theater from now on.

My daughter and I attempted to watch Frozen 2 but they had a power surge and couldnt get the movie to work. They refunded our tickets% and gave us 2 extra tickets comp and a free drink to replace the one we bought. They didnt have to do anything but return our $$ but they went above and beyond. Plus the manager was so friendly and apologetic.

Loved the theater! it was our first time to this one! We found the drink refill stations located at the bottom of the escalators to be super convenient and so close to the movie rooms so we didnt have to trek back upstairs for refills and LOVED that we didnt have to pay for refills. We appreciated the options of picking gourmet popcorn AND regular butter popcorn with the #2 option on the menu at the snack bar. My daughter loved the red and blue gourmet popcorn!The theater we were in was a smaller one, probably because the movie we selected had been in theaters a while, so seating was for approximately 40 people, but we kind of enjoyed the smaller, more quiet room. The reclining leather seats were perfect since we sat closer to the screen, we were able to recline our heads back enough to enjoy the movie sitting that close. We will be back to enjoy more movies!!!

Got directed to the wrong theater, food was terrible, elevator and escalator were broken. No one at concessions late. Hope you dont need anything!

Although there was only one person at ticket counter and one at concession stand, they did their best to take out order and were quick with refills. Popcorn was fresh and seating comfy.

Huge and awesome place

Extra high prices for concessions, even for a movie theater. Drink machines out of a lot of drinks. Told employee about it who said its out of syrup. No s**t Sherlock. How about you do something about it. Seats comfortable and sound was good.

Decent theater and prices with really comfortable seats. The specific theater i entered had the lights flashing in intensity made it hard to focus and hurt my eyes. Hoping it was just that room. During the movie they are off so it didnt matter for the majority of time.

A little bit saddened to write this review especially since I wrote such a terrific one only two weeks ago. My boyfriend and I went to this theater to watch the Mr. Roger movie. (Terrific film btw!) But the bulb wasnt working properly so I have a huge headache now. Mentioned this to the managers (after I personally told them about the film randomly turning off) they didnt give us anything. Not even a refund for the terrible service. Very disappointed.

The pricing for concessions are crazy. We stopped buying anything here because of it. Its cheaper for us to go to a restaurant and eat a real meal right before or after the movie than to buy popcorn, drinks and candy. Theater itself is nice and comfortable but they will never get more than my ticket money.

This recently remodeled theatre is now AMC. The place is very clear and had some great people working each area. The location is not on par with other local favorites movie places movie house and eater, or alamo but it is better than the other generic movie houses. The food is limited to popcorn, pizza and hotdogs. There is no service so you have to order it in advance and cart it with you. This proved to be more of a hassle Than It was worth with three kids and a movie that was downstairs and a considerable walk away. There is a bar but it looks more like a concession stand than the lounge they advertise. The chairs are small compared to othera and the floor was an old pitched floor rather than the stadium seating that others offers. With the high screen you had to look up or lay you seat back to see the movie comfortably. The screen qualify and sound were great but my tickets were only $4 less for a family of 5 than movie house and eatery. I would rather go there and have the food delivered and save the hassle. This palce is number three in the rotation with others are sold out.

Love this movie house. Seat are comfortable and it feels like your own movie room. Speakers have amazing sound quality. Popcorn is always delicious. You can save if you sign up for the stubs program.

We went Sunday night Labor Day weekend. We were in Theatre 7 downstairs. It was disgustingly dirty, and all the waste cans in the hallway were spilling over with trash. Sat down in my seat and put my arm on the arm rest only to find liquid all over the rim of the cup holder. Had to go wash my hands and get paper towels to clean it up. Clearly the crews are not cleaning. We will not be back to this theater. Its not worth the money.

The AMC Lakeline is a great no-dine in theatre. Seats are leather and recline to a comfortable degree, unlike the ones at the Alamo on Mueller. The seats are together in sets of 2 and separated by an arm rest that can be pushed up so its like a love seat. The theaters are generally well kept with little to trash. Also, most theaters are small and the seats are more spaced out so it allows for easier access walking to and from the seats and allows you to comfortably view the screen from row 2. Row 1 may also be ok, but I havent been brave enough to try that yet.

Seating is so roomy and comfortable. You can grab some snacks and snuggle in for a nice movie. I fidget a lot, but with these seats, Im never uncomfortable. The theater was nicely remodeled.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Theater was clean, particularly around the multifunctional soda machine which usually has a puddle in front of them with all the ice that has melted; the isle ways and seats were clean as well. The temperature inside our theater room was registering 54 degrees, which was a bit too cold for my liking, and the syrup in the soda drinks were very much regulated, to the point I tasted more club soda than the actual flavor of my drink. Over all, it was a pleasurable experience as I enjoyed my featured film.

I honestly like the chairs in this theatre more than Cinemark. The food is of course super expensive so eat before but for a small theatre, it’s worth going!

The AC was super cold. The sound volume on the trailers was perfect and when the movie started the volume was too low. Definitely not coming back.

I gave 5 stairs due to the fact that its a mall theater and I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. Very clean theater. I cant review the food or food service since I didnt not purchase anything. I used the kiosk to pick up my previously purchased tickets and it was easy. The bathrooms were also clean.

If youre going to see Knives Out in theater No. 4, DONT!!! The movie was great. The theater was 80-ish degrees during the entire movie. I was very uncomforable. When we asked about the air situation, we were told that the AC is broken in that theater and had been for a long time. FInd another theater to see this movie.

I went to see a movie there and the lights couldnt be turned off. The manager was very polite and sympathetic giving me a full refund on the movie and my beverage. She did the right thing and that will make me come back.

Staff didnt really look like they cared. My friend had to pay cash for her ticket and there was one guy behind the counter talking to one of his friends and didnt seem to notice. Also, some of the machines werent working so we didnt even get the food we wanted. The seats were nice though and the person at the ticket check was very helpful. Dont expect much

My only complain is that whenever I go during the late night movies, employees take a while to help you at the consession and parking can be very hard to find during mall hours. Other than than that, its fine.

My husband and son and I went yesterday and the kids behind the counter were not friendly at all and i ordered popcorn and the girl gave me cold,stale popcorn! At the 1:00 movie! Poor service. We were very disappointed. Please take the time to train your staff to represent friendly service and for gods sake have hot popcorn!!

This is a great movie theater that offers great service. The seating is power recliner chairs and offers enough room for everyone. The sound quality is amazing. The concessions line of confusing because of members and non member stuff. Bathrooms are always clean.

Great place for hanging out with family. Love the seats. Prices are a little higher and parking can be an issue . However the theaters are very comfortable compare too other places. I also like the free refills on both sodas and popcorn. Popcorn taste much better than other cinemas. I would recommend it for familys and friends.

Since this theatre complex has gone through renovation it is quite a pleasure to visit. As a person who rarely goes to movies I was very impressed with all aspects of the new experience. Easy ticketing and entry. Concession and adult beverages plentiful. Large, wide seats that recline with arms on each side and beverage holders is a delight. Good tiered seating for an undisturbed view of the screen and an excellent sound system make this an enjoyable time. They also offer special pricing for avid movie goers. Ill now be taking in more movies!

Theatre itself is nice, seats are comfy. However, refreshment prices border on obscene, even for movie theatre pricing. $7.99 for a small popcorn costs more than most tickets.

Good theater, clean and well kept. Of course everything is pricey for food and bevs, but reserved seating on recliners, beer, and pretzels with cheese...I mean come on, can you think of a better way to watch a movie?

Theater is nice, love what AMC did to the theaters. What I dont like is you are limited to how many gift cards you can purchase. Even with a CC and matching ID. Yet you can go online and buy an unlimited amount with a CC and no verification.

I love this theater. Its really convenient when I am already at the mall and its always really clean. I love the recliners and free refills on sodas.

My experience was GREAT!!! Every movie I have seen was perfect sound and video quality! The service is great and all of the employees are super hot. There was two really hot employees I think their names were Kaleb and Alec. Super hot bodies and they were packin ;). As a 45 year old woman most movie theater employees dont treat me like they did. Overall great experience during the movie and later that night:)

The theater has been redone in the style I have come to appreciate in other theaters. The seats were very comfortable. I enjoyed the environment.

Ever since theyve changed this theater to an AMC I was a bit skeptical, but since joining their stubs rewards program Ive become more impressed with the movie experience. I love getting reward points back and the 5 dollar ticket Tuesdays make it more fun to go throughout the week. The reclining seats make the movies much more comfortable and I hardly ever have to wait in line thanks to the rewards line. I will often find a reason to go to this theater even if I have to see a movie twice.

Seats were wonderful. 3D experience was great. Toy Story 4 was nice break from a busy evening.

Not bad. They remodeled to recliners and such which is great. But I bought a beer for $12. One beer. Gimme a break.

Smells like stale beer! Was here two weeks ago and they are still having problems with heat control. The solution given was they would leave the door open to get cool air into the theatre. That was the solution two weeks ago and that is the solution today.

They have recliner seats and thats a good thing. I watched my last couple of movies here and had a good experience both times.One time the roof was actually leaky from the rain, which sounds like a disaster, but its forgivable, because they gave me a free re-entry pass after the movie, so I appreciate it.Just be wary of the prices. The initial prices may look cheaper than other theaters, but then they dont factor in the convenience fee until the last step, when youre ready to pay, so its not actually any cheaper than typical prices at other places.

I selected a seat at the counter then found the employee had given me a different one. Took forever to get a ticket. The guy at the concessions couldnt figure how much change to give me nor how to get the cash drawer to open. The seat selection menu at the ticket counter showed all but 5 seats full. In reality over half the theater was empty. Customer service poor. Popcorn and soda very expensive.

OMG!!!! Never had this scenario happen to me and my kid ever.We are at the AMC theaters at Lakeline mall. Took a day off to take my kid for a surprise movie day- Spider-Man.Reached at 11:35 for a 11:40 show, and the theater is not open. When enquired- the guy who works there (who is also waiting outside) - seems their manager has not shown up yet. While we all guess there is some sort of life event happened which could have tricked down to this situation... we had to leave with a depressing day.... which will probably stay with us for a long time in our memories

Theater was great. Large clean recliners. But the concessions had no large pretzels and the fryer was broken so no chicken tenders or mozzarella sticks.

This movie joint, has very nice leather recliners with comfortable adjustment settings,, makes you feel rite at home in your own living room! Great refreshments and beverages products to choose from on the menu. I highly recommenced this theater if in the Austin area.

Customer service was great! We had some old gift cards that AMC in their infinite wisdom decided to deactivate. We were running late for the movie and wanted to use the gift cards on tickets and some popcorn. Instead of making us miss the beginning of our movie waiting on hold they took our cards and gave us x2 admission and a bucket of popcorn. Thank you for helping make our date night a success!

The only good thing was the movie...The theater we were in reaked of urine. Most all of the trash cans were overflowing with trash and the floors throughout were disgusting. Dont think I will be seeing a movie here again anytime soon.

We went Saturday night and had pre purchased the tickets. Tickets are high, and have a high service charge. When we got there computer wasnt reading scan and only one service rep at desk. One person at concession desk so long line. Went to theatre 1 and it wasnt ready until 5 minutes before show time. Bathrooms were overflowing with toilet paper everywhere, no towels and orange slice in water fountain (before AND after movie). Seats are really great, but the lack of employees and nastiness made it feel like a dump.

Its a good theater. There is 1 theater on the 1st floor that has the A/C off all the time. I cant recall which one.

Is a great place, was really hot in the theater room, I even told a employee if they can talk to the manager about turning on the AC if possible and they never did, I was literally sweating in my blue jean pants, and had to take off my over shirt. So half way through the show I asked another employee if they could turn. On the AC and she said yes and then finally at the end of the show of (the mule) @4:10 PM show time, as the credits started to play I feel a blst of cold air. First experience after purchasing the A-list for 3 movies a week, not a very good start. I felt like nothing would happen if I went a third time to say nothing, wont go back to this location again.

It is our go to theater. Cannot stand their open carry policy. Forget the popcorn, bring your own healthier snacks, but I love the selection of diet sodas an flavored water. Very comfortable to see a matinee here.

Very cozy and quaint theater lacking in the loud distractive video games and unnecessary candy machines. A nice quiet place to enjoy a movie. AMC is remaining competitive with its discount Tuesdays and other offerings. This theater, much like others in Austin offers an extensive bar to help wash away the memories and regrets of buying a ticket to a bad movie. Next time believe Rotten Tomatoes, you dummy...Cheers!
