I like this place for being quite and cozy. It seemed like we were the only ones there, mind u we are in a pandemic, but the solitude and peace and quite was needed after being home for so long and also working from home! Minutes away from downtown palm springs, and aqua Caliente casino. Will definitely be coming back

My Time share is like home away from home no matter whom Im with, or just relaxing! This is so funny I went to the pool and decided to go Swimming! This sign was posted! I decided not to! I also like to bake like to bake. Lol

The units inside this timeshare property are also available to the public. They are very large 2bd/2ba units with great patios and built such that the units all face inward to a lovely green belt with pool and hot tub. Lots of public space, no crowding. Gated location and right across from public open Cimarron Golf Club with food/bar/happy hour. Great location!

The roads are very spacious in the bathroom is super clean the views are spectacular of Palm Springs the kitchen area and dining area are very spacious plenty of closet room and a garage to park your car

Loved this place! felt like home w full kitchen, spacious living rm & kitchen. Nice size pull out couch. And bathroom had 2 sinks which was great for guest to have own sink...Nice helpful,friendly,professional staff...Great location!close 2 airport and things we needed to get too...

We had such an amazing time here. We had a one bedroom 2nd Story, it was really and have plenty of seating. The kitchen is your typical WorldMark kitchen had everything we needed, the view was awesome it was such a nice relaxing time here. We also had a garage available if we wanted to use it.

The hotel it self was very nice. My complete is with hotels.com. Going on the website about this hotel I was not given the option of either a studio or a 1 bedroom. If you scroll through the pics on hotel.con you believe that the room you are getting has a kitchen. All the pics that are on there show there is a kitchen. Well comes to find out that it’s only for the 1 bedroom rooms that I didn’t know existed. The studio does not have a kitchen. Also the site shows that the deposit is $100. I got to the the hotel and it was a $200 deposit. My issue this whole trip was not the hotel at all. It was all the info giving about this property on hotels.com

We had a pleasant stay in Cathedral City, thanks to an especially helpful staff and the spacious accommodations we enjoyed. Beautiful, peaceful, well maintained grounds, garage parking and clean, fully functional barbecue grills added to the positive experience.

Ultimately was a good place to stay. The first unit we have was unacceptable (things not working, ants, etc) but they moved us to another unit that was acceptable. Not fond of Worldmarks reservation system and cost (monthly dues).

We lived in a studio, very clean, like other facilities. It was very hot outside, and there is covered parking. The place is quiet and near a golf field (I do not play golf). It is near a residential area and it has no restaurant, so we had to drive restaurants.

Nice clean facility, however there is no exercise room.

Staff untrained and WorldMark issues and support for example movies and internet and much more. 1st floor Studios dingy with light because of walls and open Xposed patio area. Jacuzzi uncleaned over several days. Foam big from oils and body soil not attended to adequately daily as is necessary. Carpets badly in need of cleaning or replacement. Manager comes in and asks if they need help as if they know, and leaves very poor results and lack of adequate training is understandable. A diamond in the rough because of higher lack of management.

The place is nice, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is a timeshare apartment building complex. The only downside is that the resort’s location ‘seems a little isolated; away from grocery stores, etc

The 1 bedroom units are large and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Well cared for and will be back

Location is very residential, next to the Cimmeron Golf course no stores within walking distance. We stayed in a studio suite - perfect for what we needed as we came to golf. This is not a resort only facilities are pool , hot tub and laundry facilities all of which are very well maintained. Our suite was spotless though in need of a major facelift and redesign. Apparently this is scheduled for later this year. The grounds are lovely and staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious, clean, nice pool, well kept grounds, and the best part was having a garage for my vehical!!!!

Quaint and quiet weekend here. Loved it.

We love this resort. WM Owners should call each resort first before booking and learn what each resort offers including size of rooms and amenities. Yes this resort is like a condo but Daaa so are all other WM resorts. However, they all have the same amenities, which is what we like. We were here last year and this is our 2ND year and plan on returning to this resort next year. It is our forever go to place. The staff are just great and the grounds are beautiful. There are two other WM resorts in PS to also choose from. Our preference is this resort because of its location. Try each one and then pick the one you like. Its your responsibility to choose and learn. Its next door to a golf couse for the golf lovers (walking distance). We give this one our 5 stars.

Loved the heated pool and hot tub! There wasnt much people there... Shower and bathroom was great!

The service was great, the lack of people was great and me and my girlfriend had a blast on our vacation

The place is nice and spacious. Its extremely hot in July. Too hot to even go to the pool.Due to the issues I have with my stay here, Im giving them only 3 stars. I have another night to stay and they went ahead and deactivated my access cards.I was told that of I want new bards I have to go to them. Its 114° outside and this is their mistake. Im not leaving my room.Will NOT be back

Might be going here in December but I have heard that the studio rooms dont have any view except the trash bins and concrete walls and no 1 bedrooms avaliable? Can anyone tell me what to expect before I decide to book? I will update my review if I stay !
