If you have a large family and need a very spacious place to stay with separate rooms and kitchen than this is definitely the best choice. Its very inexpensive, comfortable and convenient to nearby restaurants and markets. You can share the space with your friends and save money.

Price its fair. Decor its way outdated and cheaply made. One of my biggest problems is on the (a) units the window next to the front door has no coverings ore blinds and the poarch light is a dusk to dawn with a bright light, no off switch and security casing around it. Lights up the entire living room and bedroom making it impossible to sleep out there if had more guest.And the other thing was one night I came in and my key card stopped working. So happens to be the night they decided to blood have anyone work the desk over night shift....i slept parked outside the gates till morning....

For the price, it cant be beat! The 2 bedroom rooms are huge and perfect for a family. The property is a little dated, but thats okay.

My overall stay was comfy. Started with my elderly parents and they absolutely loved it and felt comfortable. The room itself needed to be updated with more modern furnishings but the staff and overall feel was pleasant. Very accommodating staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay was excellent and super comfortable. There was some remodeling or updating going on in other villas. So Im sure the villa we stayed in will get an updated look. It needed it. Other than that it was a veryhomey feel and my parents really enjoyed their stay. Wish we can adjust the AC but we got used to it.

The WorldMark units in one building were recently renovated. They are beautiful!

The staff at the front desk here are fantastic!! Super helpful and friendly reception, with water and treats. Definitely the friendliest desk staff anywhere. Property was clean and in a quiet section of town, still close to stores and food. Liked having a ceiling fan in villa. Wish beds and tub were larger. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again.

Pretty small property but staff were exceptional. We had everything that we needed. We called down to the front desk when we needed coffee cups and a broom, the staff brought it right away. I had trouble with the printer in the office and the staff were able to print it for me. Nice touch to have free donuts on the day we checked out. Great being by the Cimarron golf course

Resorts was clean and sanitized for s comfortable and safe stay. Wish the pool was open but its under maintenance.

Great staff, a nice location, interior is a little older but in good shape, clean and lots of space. The grounds are in great condition and they take care of the place. Well worth the money we paid

It was like home away from home. very spacious clean and close to every thing we like to do.

I didnt care for the A/C restrictions as the unit never really felt cool.The overall unit itself was very charming and nice.You might put some to go cups in the cupboard as i had no way to take my coffee with me..

The setting was beautiful. I loved the walking path.

Stayed in the Villas. Very clean, very affordable! Good toilet paper.

The area was beautiful the landscape and pool area. We had 1 problem we had no hot water for 3.5 hours. they were very nice they offer to move us but, it was such an inconvenience to move all our things and the fact we were on the second floor. First they said, about 1 hour but turn out to be 3.5 hours. then we did regret not moving to another room. dont get me wrong they were very nice and did follow up how were doing.

Clean and spacious. Cabinetry could use some sprucing up, but very comfortable units.

We have started our summer at Cimarron the last few years. We take the grand kids in a 2 bedroom suite that faces the pool and green belt...... I walk across the parking lot for all the golf I need!!! especially the 6 A.M. 2 hr. round by myself (best morning ever!!!) I hope to return many times this summer and perhaps plan a special birthday event in Sept. Very helpful staff and clean facilities. Weve enjoyed other timeshares but this is perfect for our start of the summer two nights!!!

Great place to stay. We golfed at cimarron course right next door, and it was a nice room. Parking garages are nice. The rooms are like a studio apartment. Only complaint is that the walls between hotel rooms are a little thin. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed with a group of friends here nothing fancy but you def get your moneys worth. Everythings really clean and the bed is comfy not like any crappy motel bed and the sofa bed is also very comfy. The pool and hot tub are great also tho I wish it would stay open later.

Friendly and accommodating staff, but a horrible experience!!! Found bugs as we rolled out the ottoman and a bunch of black bugs sprung out. Out of horror, we packed up our things and checked out 4 hours earlier than planned. This is my vacation and to have to leave early because of sanitary reasons is a definite disappointment. Left a note for maintenance and calmly told the front desk, who simply said they would have it checked. I wanted to save my complaints to the manager, who could actually help me (I thought). Took four tries to get a hold of the manager who did listen to my complaints but reminded me that the hotel already gave me a courtesy late check out and that it was only ants - not bed bugs - which are normal in the desert. When a bunch of bugs are all over your bed, you dont care what kind they are!! Manager repeatedly said he was confused and did not know why I was calling or what I was asking for. He also said that I didnt make a big deal at the front desk....so he is punishing me for having good manners and saving this complaint to the manager instead of his staff?? SO FRUSTRATED that he didnt care his linens are swarmed with bugs and that nothing was offered to compensate for our disgusting stay. Paul - I hope you are reading this and remember that this is not a small complaint, but the beginning of many dissatisfied customers!!

Hotel was great. Pool was clean and a perfect size. spa was hot. lots of grass for kids to play on. the BBQs made it easy to not leave the property. great views at sunset of the golf course and mountains. slight issue with the AC not working the first night. studio room we had is perfect for a couple of 2. Family of 4 a tad tight. If you have a family get a one bedroom..like we will next time. otherwise...great time..we will be back!!

This is a great location if you are golfing at Cimarron. The staff is phenomenal. The 2 bd 2 ba Grand Suite is very spacious. The furnishings are old, worn, and soiled. The bed horrible. We grocery shopped just down the street and had a bbq. It was fun. If you want any kind of nightlife, forget it! You are quite a distance for that if you want to have cocktails.

Hotel check in was excellent, Nice Friendly Staff. The One Bedroom was very roomy and comfortable, which includes a full kitchen to cook and save money! The pool area was clean and great place to relax. I will definitely stay at this resort again.

I stayed in a studio that was nicely furnished and had a very comfortable bed. The Raintree is located in a nice quiet area and on a golf course. I had a great stay & will stay here again on my next trip to Palm Springs.

It was a great last minute find. The property was geated and the rooms were cleaned. The staff was always happy to help.

First night there we had no shower towels, the fold out couch was broken and only a top sheet was provided, and the toilet leaked. I called desk the next day and got towels and I believe they fixed the bed. Disappointed, shouldnt have to deal with these types of issues. Having no towels was a first...not sure how housekeeping overlooked that. Not compensated in any way for the issues.

This is a rented time share. It was very nice and quiet. The staff were helpful and courteous. I would stay there again.

Quiet, clean comfy. Weather is hot this time of year but the room rate and amenities make it an attractive for a nights stay.

The setting was nice, but there was only 1 window and all you could see was a wall. The whole place was dreary and sleeping in the bedroom was like sleeping in a closet because it was so confined

Very nice property. Staff was professional and Courteous. We had an issue with the tv. It was handled quickly to our satisfaction. We were assigned a second floor room. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your things up the stairs. This was a place to rest for the night on the way to AZ. If the occasion every arises again. I’d stay here.

The place was amazing! My husband and I had a weekend getaway and this was the first time we stayed in Cathedral City. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the facility was and that it even had a garage. It was like you were staying in a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious.

Peaceful, quiet, serene environment.It’s like you rented a fully furnished condo.Would definitely stay here again.It even has a garage for your vehicle. Clean property, friendly helpful staff.Does need some entertainment upgrades. The TVs are a bit small and only has TV channels and a DVD player. Would have liked ability to use Netflix or have other streaming or movie rental options.They did rent DVDs at front desk with a somewhat recent selection.

This was our second time staying here. This time we were here just one night but both times the units were very clean and very comfortable.

Property is very private and not that big. The grounds are always very manicured and clean. Everyone is always very helpful and polite.

Room was nice but they did not tell us the pool was under repair. That was a big deal staying in Palm Springs.
