Great place for the whole family! Daily admission includes unlimited access to the pool, play structure, turf fields (if not currently in use), and a small gym. Golf simulator and trampolines are extra. Highly recommend getting the 20 punch card for a better price. Kids punch cards are discounted, whereas daily admission is the same as adults. Its a great place for a kids birthday party!

I always come here and use the outside fitness area (the stairs, hiking) and I thought how great it would be to check out whats inside of the building. Well the young lady at the front desk was not very friendly. I asked her if she had a flyer regarding the services they offer and the entire time she just kept saying this place is for kids and literally before I could say anything she would repeat herself this is a kids place. You have lost my business. Btw, i have 2 kids, which she could have asked. But nope she didnt.

This place only spends its energy on making as much money as possible. You have to pay an expensive price to get to be on their trampolines. And if youre lucky its quiet. If you go on a Saturday afternoon, youll find yourself waiting in line forever while the employee in charge lets in their favorites. And if you then are not in the mood for trampolines, then you must pay a fee to get on the play structure. There was an incident where someone got reamed for not paying even though they payed for the trampolines. Overall, save your money and your sanity and just do the incline there.

This is an amazing facility but VERY POORLY MANAGED. I have never been treated so disrespectfully or rudely by a manager as I was at the MAC. I was able to get beyond their policy of charging all spectators the same price as participants. However, after some confusion at check and upon sharing my situation with the front manager, Rebeca, hoping for some empathy and collaboration to reach a mutual solution the manager rather put her nose in the air, said nope, turned on her heels and walked away from me!!! Case closed, end of conversation!! She displayed a complete lack of people skills, leadership skills, management skills, respect, and basic kindness. I literally have never been treated so poorly by a manager and after speaking with local residents the staff at the MAC as a history of rude and incompetent management. Not only do I hope to empower future visitors with my post to prevent this abuse and disrespect in the future but I also hope my post spurs change in the management staff and policies.

Honestly, this place is great but the prices are way too high. I am so disappointed that they make parents PAY in order for their children to play at the indoor play structure. The parents should never have to pay to take their children to a play structure that the parents are not even playing in (and having a parent playing in the play structure would probably not even be looked highly upon anyway). This parent pay rule REALLY needs to be changed. It really seems to frustrate a lot of people...

Its a great place to take the kids when youre looking for something to do. Between the on the floor video game the three-story jungle gym and the swimming pool this place offers everything that your child might want. The swimming facility is good not great. I find it for really young kids there needs to be a few more options. For the middle age kid the whirlpool and the basketball hoop in the water slide is awesome. The three-story jungle gym is awesome there arent many things within a 50-mile radius that can compare to what this place offers. In short its worth getting a punch card and going there for 3 to 4 hours every weekend.

Really enjoyable activity center for kids under 14. 3 indoor fields, a trampoline section but costs 7 dollars extra, indoor jungle gym, and swimming pool. Could easily spend 2 hours here. We went for swimming. It is a wonderful swimming area...however, I would suggest having more than one lifeguard on duty. I was also disappointed in the fact that I could not ride the waterslide with my son (each other rec center we have been to (namely, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Highlands Ranch) allows me to either ride with him or stand at the bottom in case he has any problems. He is working on his swimming and is the right height for the pool here....they just wouldnt let us enjoy the slide too (even though I saw a girl and her mother going down the slide together--guess I should have asked for forgiveness instead of permission!!!).

What used to cost $7 to use the trampoline park now cost $15. This price jump literally happened overnight sometime in last couple months. Today I was also charged an extra $7 to wait for my son in the waiting area while he jumped. For my son and his friend and for my self to wait it was a total of $37. Im guessing this was our last visit. Not sure yet if they will charge me to leave, still here.

If only you could rate the outside separate from the inside. The outside is amazing, the inside is a robbery; specifically the trampolines.Let me back up. It’s not about the money...but trampolines are a separate charge in addition to the entry fee. Because my son is 6 not 7, they charge you as an adult to jump with them. Already this feels like theft, but it gets worse. I also bring my 18mo daughter. She cannot jump on land, yet alone trampolines. However I am required to pay another 7 dollars because she cannot sit on the carpet and watch. She has to be on the trampolines with us. About three minutes into my son and I jumping, we were asked to leave because my daughter was spending too much time sitting. It’s a trampoline, she cannot jump, she’s a toddler and falls a lot, yes she’s on her butt a lot; what is wrong with this place!!??Just to recap. For the three of us it is $18 to get in the door. Add another $21 to get on the trampolines, only to have my toddler spend too much time on her butt, and be asked to get off the trampolines. You should hear their excuses; it’s city laws, it’s our liability. Really, let me sign a waiver...how can airlines let toddlers under two fly for free.Immoral policies that are not family friendly.

We had an absolutely terrible experience at the Miller Activety Complex and will not be ever going back. It’s truly a shame as we have had my daughters birthday party there for the past 4 years. Never again. We were in the trampoline area and the girls were flipping and there teenagers thought it would be fun to jump on their trampoline while they were flipping. We brought it to the attention of the boy working there and he was extremely rude. We could tell he was friends with the boys that were doing this. We were extremely concerned for the safety of all the girls at the party. I then went to the front desk and the party planner came down with his manager. He was extremely rude to both his boss and the party planner. His boss told us to come get him should it happen again, which of course it did immediately. At this point I was really upset and he had the nerve to tell us that his friends can jump anywhere. I told him this is an extremely bad safety issue for everyone jumping. He then proceeds to tell me that he has the authority and he can have us kicked out. I was furious and went and got his boss again and the manager which he proceeded to again treat them or is with any respect. I’ve never seen anything like it and how a child like that can maintain a job with how he treated everyone. I would have fired him immediately had he been one of my employees. They removed him and had him go to another area and told the teenagers that were causing the issue to stay at the back of the trampoline park and we could have the front. At this point we only had like 10 minutes left. Every girl at my child’s party was scared. They saw an extremely unprofessional teenager show so much disrespect to anyone in authority. I would be ashamed if he was my child. Unfortunately this terrible experience will affect several girls lives and my daughter will forever remember her birthday negatively. On the positive side I hope these girls learned it’s ok to stand up when someone is doing something inappropriate and to fight to make the situation right. This wasn’t handled properly on so many levels and we will never go back. Giving us a coupon to come back for free by the end of 2018. Not gonna happen and won’t make any of this better. What a joke! Please be warned that no one knows how to keep your children safe in the trampoline area. I’m shocked they haven’t been sued!
