It has truly turned into a dog parkits no longer a fishing pond for children,my focus was distracted by a dog barking, threatening and attempting to come at us while we fished with our 2 and 5yr.old..

I really enjoy this little pond. We bring our dogs out there to play and have floated in the water also. It is family and pet friendly.

The Hunter Lewis Fittje Fishing Derby was held here. It holds many special memories.

Was there for less than half an hour and caught three fish including a catfish. Great place to take your kiddos!

Its nearby summer and all the debris needs cleaned up and made into a rec free park for kids and families that do use the trails etc everyday beautiful place!!!

Great pond to take the kids to. Bluegill and perch. Lots of broken lines and hooks, so dont let your kids walk barefoot.

Easy to get to

Hiking/ walking trails. Public fishing, stocked pond. Fish are very small and unfortunately infested with goldfish (carp family). Picnic shelter. Fun to watch the Osprey hunt here.No restroom facilities... Tough when you want to fish for more than a couple of hours. Plenty of parking, but the road in isnt all that well maintained.
