Very nice, and there are lots of things for all ages of kids. My grandson had a great time at his friend Braylens party. Lots of great things to do and see. We had a great time.

This was my first experience with my daughter and her cousin. The customer service was less than satisfactory. This is a Kids Trampoline Facility, it should be welcoming, smiles, fun music and clean. The changing station were outside the bathroom in the hallway. No privacy from onlookers. There was confusion about the waiver process. The waiver is understandable. Thats for protection and liability, but for the first time at least, be concise, be knowledgeable and train your employees. We paid extra for all areas but the larger kids. Once we went to the ball section, we were told we couldnt enter. We will not be returning. This was supposed to be fun, not stressful.

My daughter is 3 and we both had a great time! It was 13 dollars for a all day pass for us.

The kids loved it and had a great time. It was just a bit too expensive to do very often. We went for my nieces birthday and I would recommend it for occasional events like that but not for a weekly thing. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because we were all surprise by the price.

We come here every now and again. Great place for kids to burn off some steam. Lots of variety/space. Also uses Fivestars app and rewards arent hard to earn. Ive probably saved $30 in jumps using it. They have an option for you to jump with your toddler which is a blast!!

Went here recently for bday party. It’s bit smelly when entered. As the name says there are more kids activities and mostly for jumping. Wish they had some more verities. Staff is good. You may not feel private here as multiple groups allowed at same time.

Registration is simple. We went around lunch time on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy. They have the earthquake zone for Children 4 and under. It has inflatables and trampolines for them to use. Parents are not allowed to jump with their children which sucks for children who want their parents to play. My youngest son is 6 and my youngest 1 so they can’t jump together. That makes it difficult if I want to come alone instead of with my husband because I’ll have to stay with one and not watch the other. Their staff is young but they don’t seem to interact much with the children. Overall it’s a great place, they have plenty of trampolines, separate party areas for the big kids and one for the littles, vending machines (although the drinks are $2.50) and it’s spacious. I’d definitely recommend for parents with children closer in age so they can be in one area.

My son had a good time. He was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t much variety. Most of the staff looked like they would rather be watching paint dry than working here. Not sure I’d ever come back

Overall it was a nice environment. I enjoyed having an area designed for specifically 4 and under. I was disappointed, however, that the area was not monitored and it was very limited in comparison to the area for older children. Our only issue to complain about stems from the lack of monitoring; older children came into the 4 and under area and made it difficult for our 2 year old; our 4 year year old was ok but it was too much in my opinion. They were way too big to be in that area. Overall, the experience was great.

We went during a slow day and had so much fun. It was clean and thw front desk crew were friendly. I liked that they had a aet of eyes in each jumping area. Super cute area for younger kids as well.

Excelent spot with a great price to bring your toddler to get all that extra energy out even though they woke up at 4am and napped for an hour.Under 48in area is child friendly with friendly staff, a Bounce house, inflated slides and trampoline area. They also have a large area for older children with picnic tables for Birthdays and tables, benches and massage chairs for adults.

Jumpstreet is great for the little ones. However, I only gave 3 stars because theres no food , just vending machines that are a little high in price and lacking variety. They also are a bit on the small side without as many choices as their website makes it seem. Yet, as I said, it is a great place for little ones and if you pay for the all day pass you can leave and come back all day, so thats a big plus.

Great place to let the kids burn off energy. The only thing is they dont make you get their socks so people running around in their own socks makes for a bit of a foot odor in the air. The kids dont care though.

Kids had a blast, lines are pretty long for dodgeball but kids just kept jumping instead. Quick registration, not a lot of info inside, kind of confused us with the colors and times they announce, no one really told us anything.

We had a great time here for a 2 year old birthday. The place was fairly clean. Large area for kids to jump and play. The only knock would be that bigger kids always sneak into the toddler area and kind of ruin it for the younger kids. But overall, we had a great experience there and the kids had a blast.

We enjoy jump street a lot. It has different sections for age appropriate activities which I love since I am a nanny to my toddler. We enjoy going in the summer when it’s hot outside.

Not a ton of options for a 2 year old, but enough to keep a toddler busy on a rainy day to help burn off some energy! The staff could care less that they work there though, which surprised me since they all seemed young and should enjoy being in a fun environment. None of them even smiled or looked at us, front desk person talked so quietly we couldnt understand what she was saying. Photo booth was broken which was a bummer.

To be honest I used to love this place and my kids used to have fun there... but sorry they changed their prices... too expensive 18 dollars an hour is not worth it.. I paid 100 dollars for 3 kids over 4 years old and a 3 years old child... and thats with an 1 hour discount coupon for one of them... I started going to another place... cheaper and better... My kids have been going to Jumpstreet since it opened. They love it. Jumping, dodgeball, friends-they have a great time. Friendly staff! My son always said he wanted to work there and now he is old enough and works there and loves it! My younger daughter enjoys jumping there with friends as well! Great place to go during the summer and on days off of school. Great pricing also! Fun day and plenty of outlets to plug your laptop in to get some work done!

I wish I could give them no stars. Such an incredibly rude and distracted crew working tonight. The manager especially! There was 45 minutes till closing with kids jumping and every single employee was gathered in a circle behind the cash register. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and their bratty kid

What a great place for parties. Party rooms are a little small but sufficient for 20-25 kids. Play area is huge but there are a few activities with 5 year minimum age restrictions. But the 4 year olds still had plenty of space to jump and slide.

If you never been you can get started by signing up online on your computer or phone. You have to sign a wavier for you and your kids. This must be done before paying. You can do it at the location. I visited for the first time today for my Great Grandsons 2nd Birthday!! Well spaced, safety measures in place, and attentive staff.

Its a great experience for kids and adults alike.

It is the best priced jump house/trampoline park for kids under 4. All day jumps for 7 dollars is the best price around but if you have kids over 4 then the facilities are less than Defy, etc.

My 7 year old had a great time! It was our first time here, check in was super easy! I love that the waiver is good for a year. Snack machines are little expensive & my only complaint is that the place smelled like feet. Time to clean the carpets or require fresh socks.

I scheduled and held my daughters birthday party here. All of the guests had a wonderful time, but...the Jumpstreet staff made the event worry free for me. Plates and utensils provided, the party hosts (Haley and Morgan) served the pizza and cut and served the cake and ice cream for me. I was able to enjoy the event rather than spend the day making sure everything was handled. Clean facilities, fun for the kids, a breeze to work with. I immediately scheduled my sons party for 3 weeks from now after seeing what a great job they did.

The only thing preventing me from giving 4-5 stars is they do not serve pitchers of beverage with their parties and they wont let you bring any water in yourself. They take advantage of the customer by making them pay their high prices for individual small bottles for each kid/parent. Just not economical or green to require all the unnecessary plastic and additional costs. I was really unhappy about that.

This place has a lot to offer. For children under 4 it is only $5 dollars for unlimited jumping. They have to stay in a smaller area, but is perfect to keep them corralled in and entertained for hours. There are ongoing deals and price cuts so definitely check online. The staff was friendly at the desk. The staff that were patrolling the jumping area did a great job making patrons adhere to the guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone.

I visited your facility today with my kids for the first time and i wanted to share with you my visit.From my kids school I purchased a Go Play Save coupon book. In the book there was a coupon that says, purchase one hour and get one hour free. I brought my two kids, and when I got to the register the kid working the desk said this coupon is only valid for one person, and two kids cant use this. I said it doesnt say anything like that on the coupon can you please show me where it says that. He said it doesnt (with attitude). I ask to speak to his manager. While turning his back him and the other kid at the counter are laughing. I asked him whats so funny (they were obviously laughing at me). He said nothing and they stopped laughing. The manager came up and said this is only valid for one kid. I asked her to show me where it says that on the coupon and she said that it doesnt (If you are going to offer the coupon put a sign on the door or at the register so customers like me dont feel like we have been baited and switched). After a few of waiting for her to make a decision, i said forget it and paid full price ($15 for a hour).I had 6 kids with me so i paid $90 for them to jump for one hour. The kids really enjoyed themselves at your facility, but I would not recommend your facility to anyone due to a few issues:1. The staff is below average. I own a business and if my employee was laughing at my customer they would have to answer some questions. If no customers they have no job.2. There was hardly anyone there, yet many of the stations were closed or they had to wait for staff to come run them.3. The $15 coupon that i presented and they failed to honor left a very sour taste in my mouth. The cost to run the place is the same if we are in the facility or not. Why not accept the customers coupon and have the customer be satisfied when it clearly doesnt say on the coupon that this is for one child? That extra $15 of revenue you got today caused a ton of lost business as kids have birthday parties and need things to do during the summer. Those things wont be happening at Jump StreetWe really liked your facility but the staff was below average. I wouldnt waste my hard earned money at a place like yours where the staff think its funny to laugh with their friends in a customers face.Feel free to reach out to me via email if you want further clarification.

Clean, friendly staff. My grandson’s “go to” place on Mimi days. I especially like that the areas are set up for different ages. When my grandson ventures into areas with bigger kids there are always staff actively in place and monitoring. Been taking my son here since he was 2 ( he is 3 now) and Jump Street is setup great for him. The staff could be more attentive, but isnt a big deal as long as you avoid peak hours on weekends.

We came here to celebrate one of my nieces birthday. It was four of us. We had to sign up two of them. The process is simple. Then you go and give names, they look you up and they charge by the hour. We stayed for one hour. If you stay and keep them active (well if youre jumping) it is a great time and healthy activity for the kiddos! Theres a water fountain. You have to take your shoes off and leave them in cubbies located on a wall. The employees are attentive and make it fun for the kids. One of the supervisors today had to alert some young teens of behavior. So they kind of pay attention. I say kind of because my daughter was at basketball court and was told about height but then a girl just her height if not more wasnt told anything. I let it slide today. Its a fun time anyways! And theres a mechanical bull.

Weve been to Jumpstreet several times now. My kids are under 5 so they get to play in the earthquake area. They each get an all day pass for only $5.99 which is a great deal compared to some of the other jumping places around. We went on Saturday and they had a great time. The only thing I can say is the workers used to interact a little more. This time they kind of just stood there. Other than that, we had a great time and Im sure we will be going back there!

Had my daughters birthday party here in early December. Jumpstreet followed up by phone after I made the reservation on line to see if I would like help ordering pizza and drinks. They made it very easy! There was a reserved table for us, my daughters name on the wall, and another sign with her name on the table. We had an assigned helper the whole time who served the pizza, and the cake, provided plates and bottles of water, and even helped clean up and box up the left over cake. The customer service was amazing and the kids all had a great time playing on the many activities. 5 stars- great job!

I recommend one hour for teens and older kids. There are only so many activities to do, and we ran out of things to do fast. There is a platform jump, dodgeball, kiddie playground, and open jump area. No outside food or drink is allowed, so be aware of that.

I love coming here to jump. There is a lot of stuff to do and I enjoy coming here.

This is a decent place for a party, butt make sure your party guests understand that they charge by sessions, which are predetermined 2- hour windows of time. If your kid arrives 30 minutes before the session ends, tough luck - Youre going to pay the same as someone who arrived an hour and a half ago, for 30 minutes (or less) of play time. Kind of a rip-off, actually, that you cant just pay a prorated rate.The service for birthday parties is all right, but they just order pizza from a nearby pizzeria and then serve it to the guests one piece at a time. Kind of makes you feel like its being rationed out.If youre going to have a birthday party with pizza and jumping, I would recommend you go eat pizza somewhere, have your cake, and THEN come jump. That way everyone gets to eat their fill, the whole group enters at the same time, and late arrivals dont get gypped out of playing time because of the session rule.

I am always looking for indoor play places for my daughters (6 & 7 years old) that will allow them to run their energy out and have fun vs sit at home watching TV! Priced at $15 each, it wasnt worth it especially when compared to nearby compared attractions. My 6 year old was allowed in the bounce house area, but my 7 year old was not, so of course they wanted to play together and there only option was the trampoline jump lanes, the big pillow jump or the dodge ball rooms.•The trampoline lane area is separate by lanes, and theyre supposed to stay in a lane vs free jump all over. No fun!•My kids were afraid once they reached the top of the pillow jump, and eventually came back down the way they got up.•The dodge ball area was filled with bigger kids, and balls flying like bullets. My kids, especially at their age, are very shy, timid and girly and would basically have targets on them entering the dodge ball area. There was just no way they could go in, they would be running, screaming and crying coming out of there!!••Basically, they were stuck in a lane jumping, and kept running to me saying they were bored. I eventually let them play some of the games, and spent far too much on those!!! Its not worth it at all. With the setup now it should be priced at $5 each! With the lane requirement for jumping, this should be geared more towards tumbling/gymnastics practice, because thats what filled the lanes when we visited.I wouldnt recommend this for children under 8 years of age. It speaks volumes when my children do not even mention this place as an option to play
