It was a great time spent with my family, even it was busy because was Sunday I didn’t see difficulty to get in and to get the food because they have a lot off different foods, pizza, pasta, salad and dessert. They also have different thematic rooms to get the tables to sit. About the games they have games for any kind of age and different size and stiles to play. The price is fair for quality they offer and you can go trough them website to see some promotions or get some Groupon deal on the Groupon website as well.

Great place for kids and adults. It’s not as big as the one in Buena Park but it’s pretty good and nice. The food areas are well maintained and food is pretty fresh. It’s like Chuck E Cheese but a better version. They have a mini indoor coaster and bumper cars as the big rides. Good for birthday parties also.

Went here for my little sisters birthdayThe kids love it here, the food was fantastic! The only complaint i have is looking for staff to open up rides or bumper car. But we will be back! (Those bread sticks were amazing!!!!!!!)

This place was awesome. Has a different ride than their Buena park location. Its a roller coaster. Place is clean, food great and for the month of august kids enter and eat unlimited for 2.99! For two kids, each having a 25 dollar fun card (which included two free 2 rides) and my adult admission I paid 76 dollars to be exact. The kids played for two hours and ate several times. They had a great time!

If you are looking for a place to hang out with the family this is it. Indoor rides and arcades. We have have been to the other two locations and we were stoked to see one open near us. Visited today and we stayed for 5 hours. Received 4 stars because they are missing Deal or No Deal game. They have the old school arcades on large screens. So much fun for everyone...Even me...

I was so happy. This place is very close so you dont have to drive 8.8 miles just to get here. Its very clean not like the other places. And its not that crowded. The last thing is they have a roller coaster very fun.

Its a nice place. It took a while for them to refill food on the buffet line, so that was kind of irritating. The games were fun.

We had my sons 8th birthday here and we had a ball... we booked a party room and had Kevyon Smith had our host and he really made the kids day... he made animal balloons and was amazing with the games and keeping us all entertained... thanks so much Jon’s we’ll see you soon...

Either I havent been to a kids birthday in a million years (kinda true) or this industry has stepped their game up...at least Johns has anyhow.Yeehaws to the food: I mean their pizza game is on point as is their salad and healthy gluten free, dairy free, guilt free alternatives...I mean who does that at a pizza spot...THESE guys do BIG ups!!Brought a gaggle of littles with me and they all enjoyed everything; side note never show kids the games before you eat...big surprise..they wanted to get back to the games...I felt the same way about the food...same ol story.Charlie and his crew are going down if they dont step up their game to this level.I read the reviews on the peanut pizza and chicken which I didnt try and for that alone Im looking for a reason to go back.Will for sure be coming back for the food

It was so fun! My daughter really wanted to go! So my boyfriend invited us there! It is such a cool place to visit with cool games and cool rides! I would suggest coming here

Good place to play and eat for all ages

It was a great location!! But what I didnt like was the buffet! The dishes didnt look clean the food wasnt hot they didnt have a yogurt machine nor did they have sprinkles to put on they fountain ice cream!! Nothing like the Johns by Knotts Berry Farm one thing my kids did love was its awesome ride!! Which was just one ride thats the only reason why I gave you three stars!!

Honestly Its not a bad facility. But I had a bad experience. I have my sons birthday party February 1st. Then I started it late. Then they told me that they were refunding me some of my down payment back to my card never got it until today. March 3rd had to drive back over there to pick it up because Wanted to pay it in cash and not back to the card.

Well organized, family orientated establishment. Lots of games plus rides, prize selections are great. Will come back again. Highly recommended

Unlike its competitors you can NOT just go and play.You are forced to either eat or pay admission.The food is in a form of buffet and it is decent food for the price. The arcades are not too old and if you go there hungry enough for the buffet (since you have to pay for) you are in for a good family time

Best thing for kids but been to a better one in orange county

My family and I enjoyed the food very much. It was hot and tasty. The presentation was nice and prompt. But the bathrooms were very dirty. Seemed like the kitchen cared more about the customers than the employees that worked out on the floor. We took up a whole table just for the dirty dishes because they wouldnt come and collect them. No bus trays for us to clean our own tables. The games were fun so the rest of the evening was enjoyable. The re-entry needs to improve. Perhaps another way in just for the re-entry customers. Gets frustrating and confusing entering with the new customers just coming in.

This spot is cool. The food taste good. The workers try their best to please the needy...non satisfied customers.

Got there early on a friday evening and surprisingly it was not too packed. Kids were able to play on everything. Crowd showed up about 7:30 and it was time to go. Food was good, everything well stocked for being buffet style, games all worked!

The staff was nice. And this location is better than the other one as far as the crowd and cleanliness. There were things that seemed to get empty a lot. Feel like the staff can be a bit more on top of keeping things stocked, but overall good experience. Id go back.

Had a birthday party, have to wait awhile to be seated, our appointment was at 4 p.m. it was overcrowded people waiting in line for chicken and only 1 tray at a time, NOT good. Servers had attitudes because people were asking for food to be brought out. I guess they just need more staff and being friendly, people friendly and kid friendly. It was nice and clean that I would give a five-star.

First, Id like to point out their only 5 star reviews were made before the establishment even opened.Anyway, we went on their grand opening day & were very disappointed. Most of the machines were not working and the employees seemed overwhelmed.The machines where you purchase FUN CARDS were not working, either. They kept giving people error messages at random. So youd stand in line for 5 -10 minutes and watch it work for 2 people, then give the 3rd person an error message.When I was finally able to try and buy one, I went through all the steps, only to receive an error message at the end, too. I flagged over an employee and she couldnt figure out what was wrong. Finally told me she thought it must be out of cards. I specifically asked if Id be charged for it, since it had asked for me to swipe my debit card and I had entered my pin #. She said no, because it didnt dispense a card, so the transaction wasnt complete.Well, sure enough, I check my bank statement this morning, and I was charged!!!So I call Johns Incredible Pizza, tell them what happened, get transferred and disconnected.I call back, ask for a manager, who doesnt apologize, but at least is able to get me a refund after 52 minutes. Of course Ill have to wait 3-5 days for it.So what was supposed to be a 2 hour fun outing, has now turned in to a week long headache.

This one is local, so my wife and I thought we would try it out. Food was fine. The rooms were maintained. We didnt make it to the game and ride area. There were a lot of children which is a great thing, but a descent amount unsupervised and line cutting. When my children were younger we typically went to the one in Montclair and every now and then Buena Park. I hate to say this, but this is closer to the inner city, so there might be more chances for not so great things to happen. Before anyone gets their feelings hurt and all sensitive I grew up in the inner city and currently live in Compton, so Im judging from the inside and not out. I hope that this one wont get a bad reputation over time.

I like the variety of food and big place. Even when is crowded, it doesnt feel like it.They could keep the dinner areas a lot more cleaner, I understand is a high traffic place, but some rooms were really dirty.

A cool place thats definitely a better alternative to Chuck E. Cheese. Prices are affordable and love the all you can eat buffet with different varieties of pizza, main dishes, salads and desserts. Fun for the whole family

Took my 6 year old grandson it was our first time and, we had so much fun. The place is hugh played miniature golf, rode a figure 8 roller coaster, and they have some awesome bumper cars. The fiod was really good. Go on line and buy the food and game ticket. We will be going back soon.

This location is nice. Its not as big as the other locations they have, but its still a great place to have fun.

The play area was great lots of rides roller coaster Merry-Go-Round bumper cars lots of games miniature golf Etc bigger and better than most of the other places that have the same idea. But stay away from the buffet. Its nasty. Sloppy dirty food everywhere and in other food. At least HomeTown Buffet is clean and the food looks appetizing because theres no other food floating in it and stuff isnt slopped all over the place and there arent dirty dishes and dirty glasses and Spilled messes everywhere so you can hardly get up to the food because of all the dirty dishes sitting around and be careful when you lean over to get the food that you dont get your clothes in the mess. And this is not the managers fault. They just need to hire a whole lot more people to keep the buffet under control. If the owner was there I doubt seriously if he or she would go anywhere near the buffet themselves it was that bad. Oh and even if they did there wouldnt be any food for them to eat anyway. Most of the food trays were empty and in all the time that we were there they never did get replenished. And also the bathrooms were dirty. They only got three stars for the gaming and ride area because that was really good but the Buffet section if I could give them less than a zero I would give them less than a zero. We wont be back.

Where to start? This place is so unorganized and dirty. From the time you get in line to pay and get in, the frustration begins. There were 3 employees that are suppose to be helping guest out. If this is your first time here, it can be a bit confusing especially if you have a groupon code. Once youre in, the chaos begins. Go find a table to sit or hope you find one. We found a couple of tables in the last room, but he had to go get someone to clean it before we sat down. The food is not good and you have to fight people in the non existing line to get chicken. Oh and good luck trying to find a cup to get a drink. In my opinion, they let too many people in at one time and its seems like theyre understaffed, even when theyre not. The other thing is this place looks like its hosting a face tattoo convention. Its like Carson has become the hood. I dont see myself bring my family here ever again. First and last time.

It was our first time there and we had such a great, positive experience. The food is ok, the games and activities offered are awesome and i love that its soooo spacious. The eating areas are awesome and super kid friendly.

It was clean, customer service was great and loved the games.However the food was bland and as I went to get alfredo sauce. A young lady was mixing the already thick sauce that has been sitting with hot water. Right there in front of me while its in the buffet. Yuck!

Wouldve put 5 stars but the cleanliness is terrible. And not once did I see anyone come to the room we were in to cleanup from the table that left for 30 minutes. A lot of the games didnt work or didnt work properly. I didnt feel that it was worth the 35 minute drive.

Attended a family gathering at this location. The food was well laid out and prepared. The facility was spacious, provided 4 themed eating areas separated from the others. The bumper carts was the main attention for myself.

Did a party for my kids in a private room an it was dirty, didnt let us in till after 15 minutes after our party schedule time it was hot in there. an there was never food had to wait minutes for any pizza to come out. No forks anywhere an the restrooms were disgusting!! Never again going again. Just too over crowded. Only thing nice was the new rides.

Calling the City of Carson- the establishment was over capacity for sure. If there was a fire -tragedy for sure! Food was so limited people standing waiting for it to come out of the kitchen- needs more food stations! Needs more staff- people waiting for tables to be cleaned-up. Bathrooms needed attention. Horrible experience! Needs new management and logistics needs to be better quality control. Don’t waist your money in this place!

A good place to take a kid outside of chuckie cheese but, the food is mid. Watered down pasta and overly doughy pizza hinder the buffet experience. If youre just hungry dont do it, if your family is hungry and you need something for the kids to do, sure why not.

Worst first experience ever! Will not return! Had a 4 year bday party. The wait for my entire party via the party entrance was so unorganized! Too crowded! We were like sardines packed with all other parties waiting! When our 2 hours was up they moved us to public seating but were not able to find any for our party so we just stood in the middle of one of the public rooms. Buffet was not that great. They took forever to refill the food so wait was long there too! The guests that were there this day were all ghetto!!! It was like a gangsters paradise! The big teddy bear claw machine door broke open and all of the ghetto guests including the parents of the children attacked the machine and the employee trying to close it and lock it. Sad that Carson has turned ghetto. Then about a week later there was a stabbing there! Will not return!

The staff were excellent! Fun, happy atmosphere plus wide selection of food. Having a sweet tooth I particularly loved the desserts!

The Carson location had better games and it had a mini rollercoaster that I like. The only problem I had was, it wasnt enough food out. There was no forks or trays out. And the bathroom needed cleaning.

Took a tour of the location and I was impressed. I did not try the food so I dont if it is tasty. It was a week day afternoon so not so many children were there. But I am sure kids would enjoy themselves.

This was my first time going to this pizza joint. I thought it was like Chuck E. Cheese but I thought wrong . Fried Chicken and potatoes was lacking the spice and flavoring. The bathroom was horrified,I mean it was dirty toliet seat,paper in ground and smell. The churro donut wasnt the best. The pizza was good and alright. But the table and eating place super messy. It super crowded and I never seen people lined up for chicken.I might not come back to this location anymore.

Went to the one at the Carson town center. First time visiting with family and it is an AWESOME family fun place. Chuck E Cheese dont have nothing on mr john incredible pizza. Hey Mr John think about franchising to Compton. The kids will most defiantly love it.

Workers in the seating area barely gets to a table to clean about 5 dirty tables while I see them standing their or go back and forth barely doing much. Buffet attendants are great! Also notice I think a supervisor named Kay seems to be very rude and disrespectful towards the employees just an environment where I feel bad for the employees.

They were unorganized and we were late starting our party but they made us leave out the party area on time. Then they moved us to a very dirty seating area next to the buffet. So dirty we had to clean our own area with a paper towels. It was food and trash all over the floor. I gave them two stars cause the kids had fun. And they charged part of my family to come in but refunded their money with no issues cause we paid to cover them with the party.

Well the food was good, my daughter had fun but the bathrooms where not clean and I used my card to pay and someone someone did fraud on my card .

Kids had fun but I was stressed the heck out. Had my sons bday party there and I told them I didnt have an accurate count of who showed up and who didnt. They said dont worry, we will refund you if you bring back the unused cards. What a hassle!! I got my money back almost 2 weeks later! Thats after going back and forth with the manager. Also, my party hosts look like they were confused on what to do. Talk about 0 enthusiasm. There was so much dead air, my guests were getting bored. Anyway, maybe because they are a new location they havent quite got it together yet , but the food was so good!

Its a place for kids. They had a very decent salad bar. I was looking forward to the Mediterranean Rice but the Carson location didnt serve it. My grandson, daughter and wife enjoyed the games.
