Came here for country Monday. Great music and Ive genuinely never seen a Chuck E. Cheese move so quickly in my life. Trey is awesome. Food is surprisingly delicious and everyone who works there is really cool. Good service and good times!

This Chuck e cheese has a lot of games and was extremely clean when we went. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous making our experience a very pleasant one.

Finally got a chance to bring my son here. VERY SMALL, but pretty cute for a neighborhood mini zoo experience.Somewhat oddly located next to a residential area right off the fwy, but easy to get to. A handful of parking spots within the fenced area, but theres street parking and plenty of neighborhood parking on the next street if needed.

Love that 5 dollar pizza menu. The best deal out there and its delicious.

Please support local businesses during this time! These guys are great! My son wanted to have his birthday party at Chuck E Cheese with his classmates but that is on hold until shelter in place ends. I saw signs at Whole Foods that they are open for take-out pizza. I checked out the website and they have party packs!!! So I got the fun pack with 2 pizzas, goodie bag, and 800 tickets to redeem there later. Got an extra Caulipower gluten free Supreme pizza for the husband, and even got sodas to bring home. Pizzas were made quickly! Since we couldnt go to Chuck E Cheese, I was able to bring some Chuck E Cheese to my son for his 8th birthday. There is nobody there except take out orders, so you can definitely get 6 feet of separation. They are helpful and get you out quickly. The whole menu is available except for salad bar and fresh veg/fruit. They have appetizers available and even a buffalo wings special. Available with delivery service like Doordash and Grubhub. I have a very happy just-turned-8 year old son at home. Check it out!

Although designed for kids, people let their children run around with no supervision and mess up the fun time for others trying to have a good time and be fair. I definitely will not be returning.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The food taste great. The salad bar was clean and stacked.The kids had so much fun. The best part was that it wasnt too crowded. Well be back for sure

Clean and technican constantly making sure rides and games are working. All groups are stamped coming in and checked going out.

I love this Chuck E Cheese. I usually go during the week because its so uncrowded. The prices have kinda went up tho, but the food is good and the games work!

Nice staff, clean space, great variety of games. Ticket machines seemed to break often, but staff was willing and able to come fix them.

I came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on 9/29/2019 and having spent nearly 200 dollars me and my family got kicked out of the party section 30 mins after still waiting for our food to arrive. To top it off the employee that came to tell us to mention that the manager said we had to pay 60$ if we wanted to sit there, mind you it was about an hour and a half before closing time. I said no thanks, and asked if it was fine to sit in the next to the party section and he said he would ask to make sure but never came back to confirm with us, so we moved to the smaller table that only fits 4 people per table, so we waited over an hour to get our food it’s 8:45pm now and our guest and I are almost done eating and the same employee comes to tell us that we had to move to some other table because they were closed but mind you it’s 8:45 and I told him that Chuck E. Cheese didn’t close until 9 and his response was that his manger told him to tell us that. At this point I was furious. I went to speak to one of the manager I don’t know her name but she said that she wasn’t the one who had order him to move us that it must of been the other manager name Bertha who supposedly wasn’t there anymore which didn’t make any sense to me. She also said that the other manager must order that because some of her employees had to leave at 9pm sharp and that they needed that section cleaned before leaving. One of the employee had approach us afterward seeing us complain to the manager and told us that they don’t charge to sit by the party section that it’s free if it’s unoccupied and as I mentioned there was Nobody, besides me and my family right there before we got kicked out from the party section. Plus the party section was already really Dirty!!!! Also, forgot to mention one of the employee who tried to help us got in trouble or fired because once we walked out of Chuck E. Cheese she was crying in the parking lot. Furthermore, they did NOT check any persons stamp once people were walking out of the restaurant. I honestly have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chuck E. Cheese in this particular location mind you I’ve been to several different locations very poor customer service, tables were dirty for over and hour and children’s safety were put at risk during closing hours or at least that what I observed, so who knows how often this location actually checks kids stamps.

Great service! Lovely staff, and very helpful! The playpass is very easy to use. Reason why I chose 4 stars was because of the games. Could use more games, but overall really enjoyed my time there.

I ordered the salad bar which after I paid I seen it wasnt open I asked why wasnt it they told me it will open back in just a few minutes I waited a half hour still nothing so I wanted my money back! They did give it back but they asked me with an attitude to bring the plate back, letting me know when it did open I couldnt eat at the salad bar. Bad attitude and slow service

Very dissapointed i arrived at 740pm and specifically asked what time would i be able to order another pizza and the cashier said 830. They made an announcement at 8:10 they would be closing at 9, so i went up at 8:16 to order another pizza and she said tge kitchen was closed. So dissatisfied!!

The wait time for the food was ridiculous. It took over an hour and they even messed the order up. This place is decently clean and not all that bad but be ready to wait for your food. Also we asked for carrots instead of celery sticks. They brought out celery sticks still. We asked if they could bring out carrots. Never. Got them. So I would say this Chuck E Cheese is pretty rough. It’s kinda clean. But not really. It’s good for children and kinda cheap to play games. But most the games are broken really. They steal your play points and that’s it. So just be careful. If a game says “Err” that means error. And don’t use it.

One of the better maintained locations in the area. Mini playground and lots and lots of token suckers! The lunch buffet is your best bet for the long haul.

I ordered Large Pizza and they were able to serve it after an hour. The manager said they had problem with the dough which keeps on sticking to the oven. Not a good experience.

My 1 year old had a blast. Just wished there some kinda of jungle gym type thing in there but other than that we had fun.

Great for kids birthdays

Came here today with my kids for 2 of my students birthday party, it was really nice coming the day before Christmas it wasnt packed my daughter got to play and enjoy her self. The bathroom was clean which is a plus for me because I dont like public restrooms. I would definitely come back to this location. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Recently held my sons third birthday here. The staff was incredibly helpful, my guests complimented the pizza, and the kids had a blast playing the games! Chuck E came out and was great with the kids. We did go on a weekday so there wasnt much of a crowd. Look forward to having a future birthday there.

Pizza was good, ample parking

Being that it was a weekday it wasnt packed at all. Maybe a total of 20 adults including children. The salad bar was delicious. The pizza is very good but super small. The service however was very slow.

Great games but it was hella packed... Felt like they could have done a better jobwith their seating arrangements/lay out.. Idk i just think theres a lot of wasted space just by where everything is placed from the games to the tables..

I have it 1 star because my kid was happy and the little cutie behind the toy counter hooked my daughter up with a crown other than that it was extremely busy, the line was out the door and they had ONE cashier working while another one thought it was a good time to organize the order numbers as if that matters. After about ten minutes she finally helped and took two people before walking away. Half the machines ate my money and didnt work or didnt spit out tickets. I hope my kid outgrows this phase quick or Ill be forced to drive an hour to go to a better ran one.

The salad bar was a sad view, the lettuce was ugly, the service was not great, overall it was ok but not great

Their brunch was horrible. Salad bar had only lettuce, croutons and dressing. There was only 1 slice of pizza out. Waited over 20 minutes finally asked for my money back which I got with no problem long as I had my receipt. Left went to Shakeys buffet which was awesome then went back to Chuck E. Cheese to let the children play. I will never go back for their lunch buffet. Wasnt enough food to feed my grand kids. Awful!

The worst customer service ever Ashley very bad attitude she ignored me totally she had me waiting for more than 15 minutes to cash and then she ignored me she pass other customer behind me. I was telling her that i was on line she complete ignored me very rude then she went inside have me waiting another lady come to attend me and the same very bad attitude. Cool i have fun here, my baby loves it. I didnt like that people kids were walking on some of the games. I need to be the manager. Safety first someone should be walking the floor at all times. Some parents or just pure dumb and some dont care but will be ready. To blame you when they fall and break something. Lawsuit lol anyway its fun, clean just keep an eye on your kids because while i was there a few got out how i dont know. So they not on it so we gotta stay on it. Safety first!!

Love it the deals are great now. My brother and I would go here when it was on the other side of the mall and it was expensive. now its amazing for kids . I have 2 now and its perfectly made for children

We waited over an hour for our pizza..this place is way under staffed on the floor. Salad bar was missing quite a few items. Chucky Cheese used to be so much better, for the prices they change now it is rediculous. 2 pizzas and 4 drinks for $50.00 thats crazy. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Staff for the prizes were not friendlyChuckie nor the staff announced when chuckie was going to give out the tickets to the kids this happened two times while we were there. No one checked our stamp when we were leaving. They must of assumed that we were with the party ahead of us, since we were of the same color. Not happy with the visit today.

Cons: Website does not inform you that this location counts Mondays that are holidays (president’s day, Memorial Day, MLK day etc.,) as weekends therefore these holiday Mondays do not have the all you can eat buffet. A lot of the prize toys were out of stock. The salad bar was out of food for a majority of the time during my visit, at one point there was no salad, no croutons, no cucumbers. Had to wait a bit but I guess it was a busy day.Pros: The place is clean and the employees were friendly.

I dont think I would ever do a birthday party here again. My sons party started at 12:30 and out hostess did not show up until 1:15. By then the party is half way over. So we didnt get out drinks or pizza until 1:45. Then I was told that at 2 we would do cake and presents. I was like really. Then my hostess keep trying to con me into saying that I needed to pay for the pizza that was included in the package. Then I had to buy drinks for the adults when I was told there were courtesy cups for the adults when I purchase the package. So apparently the people who book the party arent on the same page as the hostess. So I dont recommend having the party there. But just going for a nice outing with the kids its a good place to go.

My son had a blast! Staff was helpful and accommodating when one of the games were inoperable. Visiting from Arizona and this was my first time at this location. I didnt think it was bad at all (based off the other comments) as I was there solely for my son to PLAY games and NOT food. We figured this was a great place to kill time while waiting for our party to arrive at the Olive Garden.

Fun and pleasant experience with the family staff and employees were great help and gud service

No one at the door to stamp children and adults. Two Asian women were walking around soliciting money for sex trafficking. Made me very uncomfortable. Reported to an employee and they made them leave , but why were they let in.

Waited over an hour for our pizza because they cooked for a birthday party first.

They cleaned off our table thinking it was traah because we had napkins covering the food and when we tried to explain we still didnt get our food back

Unclean, people walking up to the salad bar sticking there hands all in the fruit even kids. Took forever to get that dry hard pizza and not to mention my nephew got multiple bite marks on his back while there and my niece legs got bit up we wont be going here again thats for sure oh and filthy bathrooms not enough staff.

Both machines are down, cant check balance on card have to wait at least 20 minutes each time I went back to line to the cash register to try and fix issue. Having difficulties fixing issue.Transfer points to new card I gave back to child so he could play, he came back telling me that the new one wasnt working either. Went back on the long line to try to fix issue. Only one register open for a full house. Chuckie havent been out in the over one hour Ive been here. Finally after almost an hour my son could play. But still no Chuckie.

Pretty cool. Games could use a little upgrade though.... Keep shutting off and rebooting in the middle of a session..do not order thin crust at the Carson mall location. Very thin, burnt, and salty. Also the bathroom has no mirrors. Good luck Carson......

My grandkids cant get enough! Family fun

Pizza was poorly made I literally had one side with no sauce or cheese. Then our pizza wasn’t even hot Had to wait 2 hours for it because they forgot and had my order mixed up Place had weird smell. (Probably just the children sweating ) the bathrooms was completely horrific Idk it just didn’t feel like a clean place too me

Bathrooms are nasty! Trash on the floor no seat covers! & For the salad bar they giving out boiled eggs instead of chopped eggs?? Only 1 ticket machine worked in the whole place games kept breaking not enough staff to fix them so we getting cheated out of our money & then all staff standing around talking & no one is coming to help when it’s time to collect our winnings I doubt I’ll come here again!

Salad bar doesnt have very good selection. Its been almost an hour and still havent received our pizza yet..They have teenagers running the place when I asked for the manager and unfortunately poor leadership..Not worth the money or time in this establishment...

Not what I expected.It wasnt super busy but there were still lines to get food and play passes.I stood in line at least 20 min before placing my order and then it took an hour for the food.Chuck E Cheese was nowhere to be found until we asked for him.

Chuck e. Cheese resently got rid of the tokens the machines would take and implemented card to activate the games. This new system causes small kids to not be able to operate the games on their own. Kids also lose track of of how many tokens they have left and burn trough the same amount of tokens in half the time with less tickets to show for it. This is just setting up kids for failure in their future with credit cards. This Corporation sucks and managed to make something pure into an abomination.Never again.
