Nice place. Affordable housing !!!

Honestly seems like manager and assistant manager are looking for ways to terminate tenancy. They are constantly adding new rules and harrasing people. People have parked in front of their homes for years and now no one is allowed to because their car will be towed. Alot of people seem to be complaining about getting speeding tickets as well. Many people have also been terminated already. Terrible management that wants to kick people out. So maybe they wont have to pay for peoples Mobile home since the land has been sold. Also there is always meetings but yet they dont know the date the park is closing, but who knows. It has become a terrible place to live in. It is not home when you constantly fear you maybe doing something wrong and might get a warning. As you can see on the paper 3 warnings and youre out.

If the manager and assistant manager would work with the people in the park instead of against and be a better place but right now they dont care it may be a better place to live be careful with Paloma she runs in front of cars Rosies an excellent manager Paloma she dont care who she hurts she does whatever she wants and she dont care what they say shes very rude and a b****

A relative lives here and they are selling the land to build high rises so thats sad on the owners part as I am not a fan of gentrification. I guess they must have offered them a lot of money. Everyone has a price. Eventually.

The residence are waiting to find out when they have too move out since the property has been sold.

Owners could be put more money into the property instead of in the pocket.
