So clean and very quiet trailer park.

Residents are nice. Not too many visitor parking spots. Too many cats everywhere.

Nice clean plasce to live.

My father lived there for 30 years use to be senior only. But then it changed to family park. Close to everything. Manager is an idiot but other than that its ok .

I have never been here but looking at the picture that looks as though the trailers are right on top of each other with no yard., It looks much too congested and if its in Carson Im sure its way overpriced for the tiny little space it provides

Its a nice, clean place. Most of the residents are nice.

Very small, no room to drive.
